Judicial report: As a result of being entered to race at both Waikato GRC and Wanganui GRC meetings, the following Greyhounds were scratched from Wanganui and stood down for 28 days under the provisions of Rule 64.4. BIGTIME MONTY, BIGTIME DAZZLER, ALLEGRO GUN, SKUZI and TIMMA TURTLE. and TWO UP. A.Turnwald the Trainer of TWO UP admitted a breach of Rule 64.4 and under Rule 64.3 of the Minor Infringement table was fined $150-00. An information will be filed with the JCA in relation to charges under Rules 64.3 & 64.4 against Trainer L.Ahern and concerning the other five Greyhounds which were scratched from Wanganui GRC and raced at Waikato GRC on 30.12.16.

Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C0 - C0 - 520	PIKO PIKO (3) - Jostled going to the first turn losing several lengths but recovered to finish 5th. LAST MAN ALIVE (6) - Slow to begin and settled back but made up ground to finish in 2nd pace. WATCH YOUR BACK (9/5) - Jostled going to the first turn losing several lengths and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME LONESTAR (2) - The slowest to begin and settled back. Jostled on the first bend losing several lengths but made up ground over the final stages for 5th place. CAWBOURNE PANIC (6) - Jostled on the first bend losing several lengths and stayed at the rear for the remainder.
Race 4	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C4 - C4 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 5	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	DOWNGRADE KING (3) - Jostled going to the first turn and lost momentum for a short distance. MAKING TIME (4) - Jostled and checked going to the first turn and went back to the rear and stayed there. SPELLING MISTEAK (7) - Shifted in and caused jostling and lost ground as a result. CHAIMBO (9/8) - Crowded going into the first turn and went back to near the rear and stayed there.
Race 6	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	BANSHEE REEL (3) - Was tightened and checked going into the first corner and lost three lengths but made up ground to finish 4th . BLACK ROADSTAR (4) - Was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear where he stayed throughout the race.
Race 7	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 520	FAST RIGBY (1) - Had every opportunity with a clear inside run but only responded fairly and finished 2nd last. NITRO MARY (2) - Also had every opportunity with a clear inside run but disappointed. BIGTIME BAKAGAIN (6) - One of the slowest to begin and settled back. Hampered briefly on the final bend but ran on at the end to finish in 4th place.
Race 8	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	MISSING ALLEGRO (2) - Was tightened between runners approaching the home straight and checked back to the rear and stayed there. BOSTON LIGHTNING (9/8) - Checked on the bend losing three lengths and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 9	WANGANIU CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	KINGS CALL (2) - Jostled and checked in the race to the first corner and lost momentum. CARRANO (3) - Crowded and checked and fell going to the first corner and was referred to the Vet and found to have generalised bruising BIGTIME SWEETIE (4) - Checked going to the first corner and lost ground. BIGTIME LADY (5) - Checked and forced wide into the first bend and lost momentum but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 10	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C4 - C4 - 520	CHAI LATTE (2) - Bumped and checked back to last early in the race and stayed back throughout. BIGTIME JASON (4) - Bumped and unbalanced on the first bend and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 11	J P PRINT PETONE C2 - C2 - 305	CASUAL SLIPPER (1) - Crowded and shuffled back to last going to the first turn and stayed there for the remainder. AGLET (7) - A little slow to begin and then raced wide over extra ground on the bend. LEKTRA SPIDER (8) - Began awkwardly losing ground and then a little wide on the bend.
Race 12	HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE NEW YEAR C2 - C2 - 305	MAGIC GINA (4) - Was checked from behind after the start and settled back. Collided and checked going into the bend and stayed back to finish in last place. ROCKY FOXTROT (7) - Collided going into the bend and was checked and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 13	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	YANKEE FOXTROT (3) - Began awkwardly and lost ground but recovered to finish 4th. OPAWA BUCKS (4) - Bumped and lost momentum going into the bend and finished last. DEVILSKIN (5) - Bumped and lost ground going into the bend and stayed well back. GULLY RUNNER (7) - Slow to begin and settled back and then bumped and unbalanced going into the bend and stayed well back.
Race 14	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	TRICK ME VARA (3) - Was checked and ran very wide into the bend over extra ground and finished well back. SAHA MCBELL (6) - Was crowded and checked losing four lengths in the race to the first corner and stayed back.
