Judicial report: 1). Trainer B Dann was fined $300.00 for failing to produce BELIEVE (Race 11) to race necessitating the late scratching of this dog.

2). Trainer C Roberts was fined $50.00 for failing to kennel runners by the prescribed time.

3). CHICAGO BLACK (Race 7) was a late scratching after being found to have a groin strain at stir ups.
