Judicial report: 1) DYNA ALK and ALLEN HADRIAN (both trained by C Roberts) completed Satisfactory Trials as required by Rule 80. 2) Drug testing was carried out on a selection of handlers during the course of this meeting. 3) Stewards opened and adjourned inquiries into alleged incidents involving Trainer J Goode. 4) TEPIRITA WYATT (McCook & Jopson) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1.a. and must complete a Satisfactory Trial after marring another runner during Race 4.

Race 2	Flair Dash - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH STORMY (2) - Ran outwards early stages tightening outside runners. OHOKA ANGEL (3) - Tightened early stages. Ran inwards home turn. FALCONHURST (4) - Tightened early stages. Got on heels and angled wide home turn losing momentum. GOLDSTAR BECKHAM (5) - Badly checked early stages. Tightened and checked outwards off heels home turn. WAIMAK SHEFF (6) - Came together with inside runner into bend. DEFINITELY MAYBE (7) - Ran inwards and checked in back straight losing ground. UNCONSCIONABLE (8) - Late scratching at kenneling with diarrhoea.
Race 3	Dream Collector At Stud Stakes - C0 - 520	CALL ME SOON (4) - Slow to jump. OPAWA VELOCETTE (5) - Ran inwards on dispatch contacting inside runner. SMASH MATE (6) - Checked outwards first bend. CAWBOURNE BRANDY (7) - Raced wide first bend. Continued to race wide throughout. STARRY BAXTER (8) - Slow to jump. Badly checked and forced very wide first bend.
Race 4	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds 0272719588 Sprint - C0 - 295	LUCKY SUNDAY (1) - Shifted up the track first bend. Marred by TEPIRITA WYATT home turn and lost chance. Checked and cleared by vet post race. OHOKA PHEOBE (3) - Slow to jump. Raced wide then hampered home turn. Ran outwards checking SUCH FUN home straight. TEPIRITA WYATT (6) - Slow to jump. Ran outwards marring LUCKY SUNDAY home turn. Stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1.a. and must complete trial. MAISMORE TERRA (7) - Pushed wide first bend. SUCH FUN (8) - Slow to jump. Badly hampered home turn. Again checked home straight after OHOKA PHEOBE ran outwards.
Race 5	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA HOPE (1) - Tightened first bend dropping to the rear. Checked end of back straight after GOLDSTAR PHELPS ran inwards. CAWBOURNE RIDGE (3) - Slow to jump. CISCO (4) - Bumped early stages. MUSHROOM CLOUD (5) - Bumped early stages. OPAWA RACER (6) - Tightened and lost ground early stages. Checked outwards off heels first bend. HOMEBUSH SKIP (7) - Ran inwards first bend. GOLDSTAR PHELPS (8) - Last on jumping. Ran inwards checking OPAWA HOPE end of back straight. Dropped out home straight and assessed and cleared by vet.
Race 6	Waihemo Lodge Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	OPAWA RICHIE (2) - Tightened into bend. BROKEN PENNILESS (3) - Slow to jump. Checked from outside early stages. Checked into bend. COLERIDGE JIM (4) - Ran outwards home straight. GOLDSTAR BOMBER (5) - Checked from outside first bend. FEAR MARINA (6) - Slow to jump. Ran inwards early stages. ROCKET JEWEL (7) - Slow to jump. Pushed wide run home. SMASH DEMAND (8) - Ran inwards first bend.
Race 7	Barron's Supplies Dash - C1 - 295	JINGA SNAG (1) - Checked off heels and ran outwards into bend sending several runners wider. BROOKE DAVIS (2) - Slightly tightened into bend. KNOW CONTEST (4) - Pushed wide into bend. GUMP'S THE NAME (5) - Checked back straight. Ran outwards into bend. Forced extremely wide home turn. Checked and cleared by vet post race. SMASH BOMBER (6) - Checked back straight. Badly checked into bend losing chance with no abnormality found by vet post race. DIXIE MISS (7) - Checked outwards home straight. ANOTHER JAMIE (8) - Ran inwards back straight slightly checking inside runners.
Race 8	Mac Developments Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA ANTHONY (1) - Checked outwards off heels into first bend. Again checked off heels on first bend losing momentum. GOLDSTAR DODGE (2) - Checked from behind on first bend. DRAXLER (3) - Pushed wide first bend. RUN ZOLA (5) - Checked by inside runner first bend. GOLDSTAR ARCHIE (6) - Slow to jump. Ran outwards first bend. LUCIASTAR (7) - Slow to jump. Held up entrance to back straight. CAIRO (8) - Slow to jump.
Race 9	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C1 - 295	IDOL STAR (2) - Forced wide home turn. TOO MUCH SUGAR (3) - Badly tightened early stages. SMASHNIAK SMASH (4) - Ran inwards checking inside runner early stages. Badly tightened into bend and dropped to rear. Checked and cleared by vet post race. ZIRCON (5) - Badly checked by outside runner on turn and dropped to rear. Checked and cleared by vet post race. OAKS HILL (6) - Ran inwards checking inside runner home turn.
Race 10	Little Brown Jug Stakes - C1/2 - 520	IN THE BOOT (1) - Dragged down into first bend and then ran outwards dropping to the rear. Assessed by vet and found to have laceration to leg. SHIFT THE BLAME (3) - Raced wide back straight. JINJA BILLY (4) - Checked into first bend when attempting to run outwards. RUSHCUTER ACTION (5) - Tightened into first bend losing ground. OPAWA TRACY (6) - Slight check early stages. OPAWA WAIHEMO (7) - Very slow from the traps. Raced wide home straight. SPRING SAM (8) - Ran inwards receiving slight check early stages.
