Judicial report: 1). HOMEBUSH TULIP (Race 4) was a late scratching on vets advice. 2). MULBERRY THUNDER (Race4) was also a late scratching after escaping its handler and finding the lure during stir ups. 3). MACHINE MAN (Race 6) was removed from the box first list for future starts. 4). LA BELLA ROSA (Race 6) was stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure.

Came together with inside runner entering back straight. GHISELLA (8) - Came together with outside runner entering back straight.
Race 6	Garrard's Horse And Hound Sprint - C0 - 295	BOTANY COLD (1) - Climbed on heels entering bend and severely checked. MACHINE MAN (2) - Boxed first. Severely checked by falling runner entering bend. Removed from box first. HOMEBUSH ELIZA (3) - Severely checked by falling runner entering bend. SERGIO STAR (5) - Began awkwardly. Severely checked by falling runner entering bend. LA BELLA ROSA (6) - Voluntarily turned its head outwards towards UNFETTERED forcing this bitch up the track when exiting the bend.
