Weather: Raining
Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing condition with rain falling during the middle part of the meeting All other equipment operated well
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: The Stewards & Kennel security staff discussed a plan of action prior to kenneling for People safety and Greyhound welfare should an issue arise during the day due to the previous nights earthquakes

Judicial report: Race 4 was declared a no race due to a power failure on course as the field were half way down the home staright resulting in the dogs catching the lure close to the finishing line
The meeting was put back 2 races with race 5 due to go at 4.12 pm
The Power went off again shortly after the conclusion of race 10
The Power company were unable to give an approximate time for the Power to come so the meeting was abandoned in the interests of Greyhound Welfare time in kennels and poor light due to the weather having closed in some time earlier in the meeting.
Race 8 Stewards report will be put on report when the film becomes available
The winners of race 7 ( BIGTIME SPIRIT ) and race 9 ( BIGTIME RANSON ) were nominated to be swabbed and were locked away
The Stewards released these dogs after the Abandonment due to no lighting in the swab room and no security filming for the process

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	FAIR PARADE ( 3 ) fav ) was bumped and checked racing on to the bend and was referred to the vet on returning to the wash bay and was found to have a laceration to the webbing to the left hind YANKEE FOXTROT ( 5 ) was bumped and jostled racing from the start CAWBOURNE JACKO ( 7 ) ran in from the jump bumping and jostling with another runner for a stride or so LAST MAN ALIVE ( 8 ) was slowest away by several lengths ,he improved between runners on to the bend running in to the shoulder of FAIR PARADE HOMEBUSH EVIE ( 9 ) was tightened and checked racing away from the start
Race 2	Buck Fever @ Stud C1 - C1 - 375	PREMIER PRINCE ( 1 ) caught heels checking out wide in to the bend racing widest from there on in CAWBOURNE STICK ( 4 ) was bumped and pushed in across heels soon after the start BIGTIME THINKER ( 5 ) fav ) was bumped and jostled for a stride or so soon after the start ALEX RUMBLE ( 6 ) angled across soon after the start bumping and jostling several runners
Race 3	Brooks Timing C1/2 - C1/2 - 375	CAWBOURNE CLAY ( 1 ) fav ) raced midfield on the inner being tightened and hampered for several strides nearing the home turn CAWBOURNE DANIAL ( 4 ) nearing the home turn angled in on to a couple of runners tightening and jostling them for several strides CELESTIAL ACTION ( 9 ) was tightened and jostled between runners nearing the home turn losing momentum
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C1/2 - C1/2 - 375	This race was declared a ( NO RACE ) due to a power failure on course during the running resulting in the dogs catching the lure short of the post All runners were checked by the vet on returning to the kennel block as a precaution with no abnormalities found
Race 5	Shakey Jakey @ Stud C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	TAKAMORI ( 1 ) racing handy in to the bend was tightened and checked back IT'S THE LOVELY ( 2 ) racing handy to the bend was tightened and checked back SKUZI ( 4 ) fav ) was checked leaving the boxes as another runner ran inwards sharply SMASH ALLEGRO ( 5) ran in sharply from the jump checking SKUZI KAPUTSKI ( 8 ) after being slow away improved in to the bend and ran out wide over heels racing widest in to the home straight
Race 6	Paul Claridge Electrical C3 - C3 - 375	PACIFIC VIBE ( 3 ) was tightened and checked back when racing handy in to the bend CAWBOURNE NATH ( 5 ) ran out off heels racing wide in to the bend BEAR INDA SQUARE ( 8 ) fav ) came together with CAWBOURNE NATH racing in to the bend bumping for a few strides BEAR INDA SQUARE was forced to race widest on to the top bend losing ground before being able to angle inwards but was unable to make a lot of ground in the run home
Race 7	Greyhounds As Pets C0 - C0 - 457	BIGTIME BAKAGAIN ( 1 ) ran outwards in the run to the bend bumping with another runner BIGTIME BAKAGAIN made ground to be handy on the home turn and made ground in the home before losing ground close to the line finishing in 4th placing and was referred to the vet for assessment Vet report is that the dog had suffered severe cramping during the running and was back to normal with in an hour of the race CAWBOURNE MUZZA ( 6 ) ran in to the hind of BIGTIME SUMMER racing in to the bend CAWBOURNE MUZZA ran widest on to the top bend BIGTIME SUMMER ( 7 ) fav ) was tightened in on to the heels of the leader racing in to the bend going back on CAWBOURNE MUZZA who ran in to the back of this dog BIGTIME SUMMER was severely inconvenienced finishing towards the rear and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 8	Use Petraveller.com.au C1 - C1 - 457
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C1 NZ Bred - SPECA - 457	BIGTIME WELLDONE ( 1 ) ran on to the heels of UNTOUCHABLE as the field straightened for the run in BIGTIME WELLDONE lost a length or so at this point BIGTIME SWEETIE ( 2 ) was bumped on the home turn UNTOUCHABLE ( 3 ) racing handy in to the home straight was checked as BIGTIME WELLDONE ran on to her heels BIGTIME TAYLOR ( 6 ) fav ) was checked racing to the bend and checked again soon after losing momentum back to a clear last in the running and was unable to improve there after
Race 10	wheeldeal.co.nz C2 - C2 - 457	KIRKHAM HARVEY ( 1 ) was tightened and checked catching heels and falling racing in to the bend KIRKHAM HARVEY regained to his paws to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have bruising over both shoulders LOGANO ( 2 ) racing in tight quarters in to the bend was severely checked going down on his haunches as he was pushed on to the hind of KIRKHAM HARVEY dragging this runner down LOGANO lost all chance finishing on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have generalized bruising
