Judicial report: Starter P Courtney was spoken to advisedly and reminded of his obligations in relation to the false start in Race 3. Licensed handler R Meyers was cautioned for failing to be in attendance following Race 2 to catch COOKIE MONSTER (2) after having been engaged to do so. SASSY SONG (Race 3) was stood down under Rule 80.1 until it trials to the satisfaction of the Stewards.

UNCOMPLICATED (2) - contacted another runner several times early and momentarily unbalanced. IOLAUS (4) - slow to begin. Ran wide home turn. WONG WAY (7) - slow to begin.
Race 3	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Sprint - C1 - 375	A false start was declared at the first attempt when the boxes failed to open. Starter P Courtney was spoken to advisedly and reminded of his obligations in the future. All runners underwent a veterinary examination and were cleared to start. SASSY SONG (4) - slow to begin. Raced wide on turn and took no further part in the event. An investigation was held into this runner's performance. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions from Trainer D Schofield, SASSY SONG was stood down under Rule 80.1 until it trials to the satisfaction of the Stewards. In arriving at this decision the Panel took into consideration the false start which was the result of an error on the part of the Starter. OPAWAPOPPY (5) - shifted out contacting several other runners after start. WILLI GAS IT (6) - checked after start. BREEZE ATTACK (7) - checked after start.

OUR HEISENBERG (4) - checked and lost ground entering turn.BAYMAX (5) - checked entering turn losing 4 lengths. FANTASTIC SID (7) - slow to begin. Checked entering and then rounding turn. MINI BIKE (8) - slow to begin.
Race 5	Box1 Gold Sprint - C3 - 375	ROCKIN' FANCY (2) - jostled approaching turn. Got onto the hindquarters of another runner entering turn losing ground. DIVA POSE (3) - jostled approaching turn. Galloped on from behind entering turn losing several lengths. Referred to Vet - no abnormality detected. SANDOR GLEGANE (5) - hampered entering turn and lost momentum.
