Judicial report: Trainer S.Stone was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 71.1 c of the Minor Infringement Table when she incorrectly placed the 8 rug on AIR EXPRESS when she should have placed the 9 rug on the dog. As the dog started from the correct box, the payment of dividends was authorized. Inquiries established that Ms Stone had been sighted with the 8 rug by the Kennel Supervisor who advised her that she had the wrong number. At this point, both the Kennel Supervisor and the Steward in attendance at the kennels, became involved in organizing a Handler for the other runner under Ms Stones care in this race as the person thought to have been organized for the role had left the course.

TRIP TO FLORIDA (2) - Jostled from the start and inconvenienced losing momentum. LINNY STOPWATCH (3) - Crowded from the inside after the start and inconvenienced but recovered to finish in 3rd place. CAMILA BAXTER (9/7) - Began very awkwardly losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	YOU BETCHA BONNY (1) - The slowest to begin but made up ground well for 2nd place. VICTORIA PACE (5) - Checked from behind on the home turn and lost momentum briefly. EBONY HAZE (6) - Bumped and unbalanced briefly on the home turn and finished last. HOMEBUSH GISELE (7) - Hampered after the start and settled back. Bumped and briefly unbalanced on the home turn and finished 7th.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520	TRICK ME VARA (4) - Was the slowest to begin and then raced a little wide over extra ground. Appeared uncomfortable in his action and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. BIGTIME BAKAGAIN (8) - Settled back after starting from box 8 and checked off heels losing ground going into the first corner and never recovered.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	STOLE ME CAR (1) - Down in weight by 1.7 kilograms which was intentional. Jostled going to the first turn and checked losing momentum. FIVE STARLASS (2) - Jostled going to the first turn and checked losing momentum. ZONIC BLUE (4) - Slow to begin and then checked going into the bend and fell and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. CAWBOURNE JEFF (6) - Raced onto heels going into the bend and checked losing several lengths. ACT NATURALLY (8) - Checked and almost fell going into the bend and lost several lengths and was referred to the Vet and found to have shoulder pain.
Race 5	DOPEY DOG C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	CYNDI ACTION (2) - Crowded going into and around the bend and was shuffled back to last and stayed there to finish in that position. CAWBOURNE STICK (4) - Bumped and hampered from the start and settled back.
Race 6	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	PEEJAY PRINGLES (1) - Shifted out from the start and jostled other runners for a short distance. VIVA LA VIXEN (4) - Jostled and briefly hampered from the start but recovered quickly. SEDGEBROOK ASSET (5) - Jostled and checked from soon after the start, went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	BIGTIME WELLDONE (3) - Was checked on three occasions in the early stages and settled well back but then made up ground for 5th place.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	STEEL THE GOLD (5) - Was bumped and briefly unbalanced on the first bend and lost momentum. ROSCO ACTION (8) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled back where he stayed throughout.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	BOTANY CALYPSO (3) - Began very awkwardly and slipped losing four lengths and she stayed well back. GULLY RUNNER (5) - Was hampered from the start and he lost ground, settled back and stayed there throughout.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	TAMMY'S FIRE (5) - Was hampered going to the first turn and then checked back to the rear and she never recovered and tailed the field throughout.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	INDEFINITE ORDER (6) - Raced a little wide on the bend and then checked over heels and shifted wide into the home straight. GULLY YAPPA (7) - Began a little awkwardly and settled back where she stayed throughout.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	UNAWARES (3) - Checked over the heels going into the bend and lost momentum briefly. ODD FELLOW (4) - Checked off the back of another runner going into the bend and lost ground. The 3rd placed dog AIR EXPRESS raced wearing rug no 8 instead of no 9 but started from the correct box and so payment of dividends was authorised. Refer to the Judicial section for details.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	SMART DANDY (5) - Slow to begin losing four lengths and she stayed back throughout. BOYISH CHARMS ( 8) - Raced wide over extra ground.
Race 15	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	HARD MERCH (2) - Checked over heels going into the bend and lost ground. CONSUMATE EASE (10/7) - Was forced wide over extra ground on the bend.
