Judicial report: OPAWA TIMO (J & D Fahey), which was stood down for Failing to Pursue at Wanganui on 1 November, was represented to Vet D Matheson at Christchurch on 3 November and found to have a serious injury. Consequently the stand down under Rule 79.1.b. was rescinded although the Satisfactory Trial must still be completed.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE LICK (2) - Was slow to begin and was then bumped and settled back. Checked on the final bend losing two lengths and stayed back. FILANTE (3) - Slow to begin and was then bumped and settled back where he stayed throughout. SCOTT THE BEST (8) - Raced wide throughout covering considerable extra ground and finished last.
Race 2	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 - C1 - 520	TRENDY VIV (1) - Was away well from the start but began to drift entering the back straight and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. PANDA RING (2) - Began awkwardly and then bumped and settled back and stayed there. ZIPPING JOCK (3) - Bumped from the start and settled back but did make up ground for 5th place.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BIGTIME RISE (1) - Was checked on first bend, shifted out and bumped with another runner and stayed back. NESSIE ALLEN (7) - Bumped on the first bend losing several lengths and all chance and stayed back to finish a distant last. Referred to the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 4	FIRST SECURITY C4 Ht1 - C4q - 305 Heat 1	BOSTON LIGHTNING (1) - Was crowded from the outside after the start but recovered to finish in 3rd place. YEBOAH (2) - Was down in weight by 1.8 kilograms and this was an intentional decrease. Was crowded from the outside after the start and settled back. Was checked again going into the bend, lost ground and stayed back to finish last. CAWBOURNE SPREE (3) - Was crowded from the outside after the start, settled back and stayed there for the remainder. BIGTIME REDFOO (4) - Was slow to begin and settled back but did make up some ground for 5th place.
Race 5	LASER PLUMBING C4 Ht2 - C4q - 305 Heat 2	FUNKY FREDDY (4) - was jostled for some distance after the start, lost ground and stayed back for the remainder to finish 6th. HOLLY BLUE BLOOD (5) - Was jostled for some distance soon after the start and was shuffled back to the rear and finished last. BOX OF FLUFFIES (6) - Shifted in from the start and caused jostling to other runners for some distance and was also inconvenienced and stayed well back throughout.
Race 6	AON CPF C2 - C2 - 305	GOODTIME LADY (7) - settled back and then checked off heels going into the bend, ran very wide over extra ground on the bend and finished well back. LET'S GO SPRITE (9/8) - Settled back after starting from box 8 and was checked going into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 7	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 520	KIRKHAM HARVEY (1) - Was tightened with a circuit to run and shifted out causing interference. OPAWA GUMSIE (3) - Checked going to the first corner losing several lengths and stayed back throughout the remainder of the race. ALLEGRO POWER (8) - Hampered going into the first bend and settled back where he stayed and finished 2nd last.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	IZMIR'S FURY (1) - Was slow to begin but made up ground to finish in 3rd place. OPAWA SPRINTER (4) - Was slow to begin but made up ground for 4th place. HOMEBUSH PIPPI (7) - Checked over heels going into the bend and shifted out to race wide for a short distance and finished last.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	FAIR CRUZIN (6) - Dictated out a short distance after the start and bumped and momentarily inconvenienced losing two lengths. HOMEBUSH ZANE (7) - Awkwardly placed going to the first corner and was checked, went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 10	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	CAWBOURNE CLOVER (3) - Was awkwardly positioned in restricted room going into the first bend and was shuffled back through the field to last place. She then made up some ground to finish in 6th place. LONESOME NITRO (7) - Was the slowest to begin and stayed well back throughout to finish in last place.
Race 11	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	SEDGEBROOK BABE (1) - Was bumped and jostled and briefly unbalanced soon after the start. ALLEGRO CLASS (2) - Jostled and unbalanced soon after the start and settled back and stayed there. CRANKY PANTS (5) - Awkwardly placed in restricted room between runners going to the bend and checked back to near the rear. SUBIC BAY (6) - Bumped and briefly unbalanced going into the bend but recovered quickly. ALL IN BERLIN (9/3) - Was jostled and unbalanced soon after the start, went back to near the rear and never recovered.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR XMAS PARTY @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	The race was all clear.
