Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	PREMIER PRINCE (2) - Began awkwardly losing ground. Shifted out to race wide into the home straight. TEEVEE KITTY (4) - Crowded from the start and settled back where she stayed throughout. IDOL MARK (5) - Shifted in and crowded inside runners from the start. Forced wide over extra ground into the home straight. NUI MAGIC (7) - Checked back to last going into the bend and never recovered.
Race 2	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE FOXY (3) - Checked in the race to the first bend and lost ground but recovered to win the race. BELFAST BARRY (4) - Checked going into the first bend and went back to near last and stayed there. GLAD'S A POPPING (5) - First away from the boxes but was checked going into the first bend and was shuffled back through the field to be several lengths last into the back straight and stayed back.
Race 3	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 520	KIRKHAM JASPER (1) - Jostled for a short distance in the back straight. Jostled again in the home straight and briefly unbalanced. THRILLING CASSIE (2) - Checked and fell after the winning post and referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. BIGTIME JASON (5) - Jostled in the back straight. Jostled again in the home straight and briefly unbalanced but held on to win narrowly. TAMMY'S FIRE (6) - Boxed first for a trial and the slowest to begin and stayed back throughout.
Race 4	FIRST SECURITY C4 - C4 - 305	CHEAP SHOT MATTY (3) - Was checked from behind on two occasions going into the bend and stayed back. INCREASING (8) - Checked going into the bend, went off stride and drifted to finish several lengths last and referred to the Vet and found to have hock swelling.
Race 5	LASER PLUMBING C5 - C5 - 305	TWO UP (1) - Tightened soon after the start and squeezed back to the rear. LONE STAR LAD (2) - Crowded from the outside after the start and went back to the rear and stayed back. VITO BAXTER (3) - Dictated in from an outside runner and caused checks to inside runners soon after the start. BOX OF FLUFFIES (4) - Shifted in from the start and caused checks to runners drawn inside. Hampered approaching the home turn and lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 6	AON CPF C2 - C2 - 305	SNOW BALL CHANCE (1) - Placed in restricted room going into the bend and shifted out into another runners line causing a check. CAWBOURNE ESKI (2) - Began awkwardly and settled back and stayed back throughout. ALLEGRO RUNNINGS (3) - Tightened going into the bend and briefly unbalanced. STEEL THE GOLD (4) - Tightened going into the bend and briefly unbalanced. BADUZZI (5) - Checked and went down behind going into the bend but recovered to finish the race and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. GOOD GENES (8) - Shifted in and crowded several runners going into the bend.
Race 7	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 - C2 - 305	BELFAST SMARTY (1) - Began well from box 1 but shifted out going into the bend and raced very wide for the remainder and finished last. MIGHTY MAC (4) - awkwardly placed between runners after the start and settled back but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	OPAWA SMOKE (2) - Was crowded and lost ground from the start and bumped and lost ground going into the bend but recovered to finish out wide into 4th place. DOWNGRADE KING (3) - Was inconvenienced from the start and settled back. Jostled and checked going into the bend and stayed well back. BIGTIME RUNNINGS (6) - Was bumped and unbalanced losing momentum on the bend and into the home straight and finished last.
Race 9	METEOR OPD C4 - C4 - 305	The start was delayed by 3 minutes at the request of TAB Control. CAWBOURNE ELPASO (2) - Was slow to begin and then raced a little wide throughout and finished in 2nd last place. YOU'RE THE BEST ( 7) - Slow to begin and also raced wide covering extra ground and finished last.
Race 10	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	CAWBOURNE JAZZY (4) - Shifted out after the start and bumped with other runners, settled back and stayed there throughout. ARCANE RAMPAGE (5) - Was the slowest to begin and stayed back throughout to finish in last place. CAWBOURNE CLOVER (6) - Was inconvenienced soon after the start but recovered to make up ground and won the race.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE BRAE (2) - Jostled for some distance in the back straight, was unbalanced losing ground but ran on to finish in 4th place. HOMEBUSH ZANE (3) - Jostled for some distance going to the first corner and was unbalanced losing ground and stayed back. HOMEBUSH TIARE (4) - was jostled for some distance going to the first corner and was shuffled back to last losing several lengths and stayed back for the remainder. CAWBOURNE DANIAL (6) - Was the slowest to begin losing two lengths.
