Track: Good The track was well presented and the meeting proceeded smoothly. All races from the 520 metre boxes were manually started due to an electrical issue which surfaced during pre race trials and will be rectified prior to the next meeting.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL CO - C0 - 305	BOYISH CHARMS (1) - Shared the lead into first turn but shifted out and jostled losing momentum for a short distance. CAWBOURNE BUCKLE (6) - Bumped and inconvenienced and forced wide losing ground on the bend. PICKERING (8) - The slowest to begin and settled back but made up ground well to finish 4th.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	HAZEL AND GRANNY (1) - Shifted out and jostled going into the bend. BIGTIME SASSY (2) - Tightened and checked to near the rear going into the bend. CAWBOURNE WESTY (3) - Tightened and checked losing ground going into the bend but recovered well to win. HOWARD I KNOW (4) - Checked back to the rear going into the bend. HOMEBUSH NOODLUM (5) - Crowded going into the bend losing ground and checked again on the bend losing further ground. HOMEBUSH GISELE (6) - Crowded and checked back to the rear going into the bend and stayed back.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520	FUSHIDARA (4) - Began awkwardly losing ground and settled back where she stayed throughout. MAKING IT UP (7) - A little slow away from the boxes but recovered well to finish in 3rd place. LOCO AMIGO (8) - A little slow to begin and raced wide to the first corner where she was checked losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C0 FINAL - C0f - 305	FASHIONS FANCY (1) - Tightened soon after the start losing several lengths. HARD MERCH (3) - Tightened soon after the start losing several lengths. CAWBOURNE CHEZZY (4) - Tightened soon after the start losing several lengths. CAWBOURNE LICK (5) - Crowded soon after the start, lost ground but recovered to win the race. BIGTIME TAYLOR (6) - Shifted in after the start and jostled for several strides. CYNDI ACTION (7) - Shifted in after the start and crowded other runners for some distance.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	WINE O'CLOCK (2) - Shifted out from the start and jostled for some distance losing ground. Checked over heels going into the bend losing further ground and finished last. CAWBOURNE POTTSY (3) - Jostled from the start for some distance losing ground and checked again going into the bend. DILLY'S TO MUCH (5) - Checked and forced wide into the bend and stayed back. KINGDOM RUSH (6) - Very slow to begin losing five lengths.
Race 6	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520	CRUZ AWAY (1) - One of the slowest to begin and settled at the rear. Was jostled and lost momentum going into the first bend and stayed back throughout. BOBANUSKA (5) - Tightened and checked going into the first corner losing several lengths and never recovered. MAGIC MARIA (8) - Checked twice going into the first turn and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	The race was all clear.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	PLUM KRAZY (4) - Checked over heels on the bend losing momentum and stayed back for the remainder. GULLY RUNNER (6) - Bumped when the start was made and settled back. BOTANY VIKKI (8) - Bumped when the start was made and settled back.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE TRIXY (2) - awkwardly positioned between runners going into the first bend and checked losing two lengths. WINEVARA (4) - Bumped going into the first bend and lost two lengths. FILL YA BOOTS (5) - Bumped going into the final bend and lost ground when at the rear. PANDA RING (6) - Bumped going into the final bend and lost ground when at the rear.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	The start was delayed by 2 minutes at the request of TAB control. MIDNIGHT ENEMY (3) - A little slow to jump from the start and lost two lengths. UNO AGAIN (4) - Hampered going into the bend and was shuffled back to the rear. ALQUEZAR (5) - Hampered going into the bend and shuffled back to the rear and never recovered. KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD (6) - Tightened and inconvenienced going into the bend but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 520	TAKE ACTION (1) - Awkwardly placed in restricted room between runners entering home straight and lost ground. CHIP OFF BLOCK (2) - Awkwardly positioned going into the first turn and checked losing several lengths. DEVILSKIN (3) - Checked going into the first turn and lost momentum for a short distance. BIGTIME POWER (7) - A little slow to begin and settled back. Galloped on heels and lost momentum going into the first bend but recovered to finish 3rd.
Race 12	HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEANNE BELL C1 - C1 - 520	MILLY RIVERS (4) - Was slow away from the start but made up ground to finish in 4th place. OPAWA EXTREME (6) - Checked losing ground going into the first turn. TRACEY (8) - Checked going into the first bend and lost three lengths.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	FRANKINCENSE (3) - Shifted out soon after the start and raced wide throughout covering extra ground. CAWBOURNE LOCH (5) - Inconvenienced from the start and settled back where he stayed. JOEY BAXTER (6) - Bumped and forced wide going into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	KYLA ROSE (3) - Was checked from the start and settled back where she stayed throughout. SHAKTI (4) - Crowded and checked when the start was made then raced wide over extra ground and finished last. BIGTIME SPEEDY (5) - shifted in abruptly from the start and checked losing ground and stayed well back. MOCHA CHINO (6) - Was up in weight by 2.5 kilograms and this was an intentional increase.
Race 15	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 305	CHASE ME APATCHE (1) - Was up in weight by 1.8 kilograms and this was an intentional increase. CHASE ME APATCHE was placed in restricted room going into the bend and was checked back to last and stayed there. SASHA MCBELL (6) - Awkwardly positioned going into the bend and was squeezed back to the rear but recovered to finish in 3rd place. HOMEBUSH FREDA (7) - In an awkward position going into the bend and squeezed back to rear.
