Judicial report: The investigation which was opened and adjourned following a verbal altercation at the race meeting held at Auckland on 2nd October 2016 has now been concluded with L Bliek being issued with a formal warning which has been placed on record. LETHAL ACTION which was stood down under Rule 81.1 for 10 days at Waikato GRC on 6th October 2016 was examined by the veterinarian and is now clear to race under Rule 81.6.

Shifted out racing toward the first turn making solid contact. Inconvenienced rounding the bend. Contacted rounding the final bend and again early in the final straight. MS RUBBLE DOUBLE (5) – shifted out across heels becoming briefly unbalanced racing down the back straight. Attempted to shift out rounding the final bend and again early in the final straight making contact with another runner. MINUTE SIXTEEN (6) – hampered first turn. ATE A LITTLE (8) – hampered first turn.
Race 2	$10k Guaranteed Quaddie Stakes - C2 - 527	EMBRACE ME (1) – hampered entering he first turn. Solid contact rounding the first turn losing ground. OPAWA MERC (2) made solid contact entering the first turn then. Solid contact rounding the first turn. MR. MUMBLES (3) – contacted after the start. Checked becoming unbalanced entering the first turn losing ground. Inconvenienced entering the back straight. IDOL LEANNE (4) – tightened and checked after the start shifting out making contact with another runner. Shifted out across heels entering the first turn losing ground. Unbalanced entering the first turn. LUCKY MAN (5) – contact several occasions after start and approaching first turn. Hampered rounding the first turn losing ground. COOL MARLOW (6) - contacted after the start. MINI BIKE (7) – slow away then contacted soon after. Hampered rounding the first turn shifting very wide losing ground. ELECTRIC DEE EYE (8) - Hampered rounding the first turn.
Race 3	Plasterboard Ltd Sprint - C1 - 318	LLOYD ATTACK (1) – slow away. Raced in restricted room for a distance having to check off heels rounding the bend. ON DEMAND (2) – hampered leaving the boxes. Appeared uncomfortable in its action shifting wide entering the first turn losing contact with the field with a post race veterinary examination revealing pain in the right long head triceps with a 21 day stand down imposed. HIGHLAND LADDIE (3) – made solid contact leaving the boxes. TYRION (4) contacted entering the first turn. LE ROI (8) – checked off heels rounding the bend. SCOTT NO VALUE (5) – solid contact on several occasions racing down the back straight. Clipped heels and fell entering the first turn. Regained footing to finish some distance from the field with a post race veterinary examination revealing no abnormality. AGENT SCHRADER (6) – contact entering the first turn. TEPIRITA AMBER (7) – solid contact on several occasions racing down the back straight. Unbalanced entering the first turn. LE ROI (8) – checked off heels rounding the bend.
Race 4	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C1 - 318	BLOOMINGDALES (2) – last to leave the boxes. Tightened and checked losing ground entering the first turn. JUST ABOUT RAEDY (4) – contacted entering the first turn. OPAWA POPPY (5) – contact after the start. FRANKINCENSE (6) – contact on several occasions after the start. SILENT PARTNER (9) – shifted out off heels rounding the first turn. BOUNCIE AL (10) – contacted after the start.
Race 5	Trophies Plus Sprint - C3 - 318	BAYMAX (2) – steadied and shifted in across heels entering the first turn. Shifted out to obtain clear racing room rounding the bend contacting another runner. FORMATION (6) – contacted first turn. SCTOTT TIED UP (7) – slow away. Contact first turn then raced wide for the remainder of the event. WOBOURN ABBEY (8) – contacted rounding the bend.
Race 6	Hewlett Electrical Stakes - C1 - 527	COSMIC ROVER (1) – shifted out after becoming awkwardly placed on heels for a distance racing toward the first turn. ZIPPING KASEY (2) – forced out across heels entering the first turn making solid contact with another runner. Got on heels entering the back straight becoming badly unbalanced for several strides losing ground. Held up for a distance rounding the final bend. CAWBOURNE WALES (5) – made contact entering the back straight then shifted out coming together with another runner on several occasions losing ground. OPAWA PAUL (6) – shifted in across heels soon after the start. ROCKY MCAWESOME (8) – hampered and forced wider entering the back straight making contact on several occasions becoming unbalanced losing ground.
Race 7	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C3 - 318	GEE THUNDER (1) – slow away. Inconvenienced rounding the first turn. WALTER MITTY (2) – tightened and checked entering the first turn losing ground and shifting out making solid contact with another runner. BIGTIME MOOLA (4) – contact after the start. Hampered entering the first turn being forced wide losing ground. OBSTINATUS (5) – contact after the start.
Race 8	Farewell Luke Ashby Stakes - C3 - 527	KITTY’S SHIRAZ (1) – contacted another runner entering the first turn. LOCHINVAR BROGUE (2) – contact first turn. MISS VELOCETTE (3) – contact first turn. FANTASTIC RICKY (5) – hampered entering the first turn becoming badly unbalanced and fell. Regained footing to finish the event some distance from the field with a post race veterinary examination revealing no abnormality. ELECTRIC IMPULSE (7) – hampered losing ground entering the first turn when attempting to avoid the fallen runner.
Race 9	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Sprint - C2 - 318	SPOTTED FLYER (1) – tightened and checked losing ground racing into the first turn then shifted out into the line of another runner becoming badly unbalanced losing ground. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. COSTING MONEY (2) – contact after the start. Inconvenienced entering the first turn losing momentum. SIMPLY YETI (3) – tightened making contact after the start. Badly hampered entering the first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. Referred to the veterinarian with no abnormality detected. THRILLING FOREST (4) – contact after the start. Badly hampered entering the first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. HOW’S YOUR MUM (5) – contacted after the start. Got on heels entering the first turn becoming badly unbalanced losing ground. Post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. UNILEVEN (4) – made solid contact with the hindquarters of another runner racing down the back straight losing ground. Shifted out off heels to obtain clear racing room entering the final straight. MADE TIME (5) – unbalanced back straight. ALLEGRO BOOM (7) – jostled for a distance after the start. OUR HEISENBERG (8) – jostled for a distance after the start losing ground.
