Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: (1) SASSY SONG (Race 7) was stood down under Rule 79.1.b for 28 days and until it trials satisfactorily for failing to pursue the lure.
(2) Trainer M J Lozell was issued with a Judicial warning under Rule 110.6 after LLOYD ATTACK (Race 1) got loose from his motor vehicle prior to being caught in the main grandstand area following the running of Race 11.
(3) An investigation was opened and adjourned sine die into the conduct of Licensed Trainer L Bliek following the running of Race 12 in relation to a comment she made on leaving the Chief Steward's viewing area.

OUR HEISENBERG (7) - checked entering turn losing 3 lengths.
Race 3	Stitches Upholstery Sprint - C2 - 318	RED RASCAL (1) - Tightened entering turn. Checked rounding turn losing ground and then bumped on entering home straight. SIMPLY SAM (3) - hampered rounding turn. THRILLING WIGGLE (6) - checked approaching turn losing 3 lengths and then raced wide. HOW'S YOUR MUM (7) - checked and turned sideways approaching turn. Bumped entering home straight. BEE LICHTER (8) - raced wide on turn.
Race 4	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C1/2 - 527	BLAZING SPIRIT ( 1) - checked entering first turn and shifted out. MR. MUMBLES (3) - tightened entering first turn with its hindquarters being contacted. LUCKY MAN (5) - checked entering first turn. THRILLING EVIE (6) - checked across heels early. KITTY'S SHIRAZ (8) - bumped and shifted wide entering first turn.
Race 5	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C1 - 318	BREEZE ATTACK (2) - checked entering turn losing 4 lengths. EVA KANEVA (3) - hampered for some distance early. PEAJAY PRINCESS (4) - bumped early. ON DEMAND (5) - checked early. Galloped on entering turn losing considerable ground. Referred to Vet - no abnormality detected. SNIGGLEPUSS (8) - shifted out entering turn when contesting lead losing considerable ground and then raced wide . Referred to Vet - lame right fore with 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 6	AGRC Rewards Sprint - C0 - 318	MISS SHELLAC (1) - checked on several occasions early. HAZEL AND GRANNY (2) - badly checked for some distance early. ATE A LITTLE (3) - badly checked for some distance early. BARN DOOR BILLY (4) - badly checked for some distance early. TUMBALAIOO (5) - badly checked for some distance early. Held up and hampered rounding turn. AMAZING CONTACT (6) - checked for some distance early. WARRIOR TONY (7) - shifted in shortly after start causing significant interference to inside runners. Co-trainer J Udy shown the replay of early stages and advised that this runner's performance was of concern and would be noted.
Race 7	Hewlett Electrical Stakes - C1 - 527	ROCKY MCAWESOME (2) - jostled approaching first turn. EMBRACE ME (4) - slow to begin. CHATEAU NEUF (5) - jostled approaching first turn then checked losing several lengths. OPAWA GAVIN (6) - checked and forced wide entering first turn. SASSY SONG (7) - failed to pursue lure and took no serious part. Referred to Vet for assessment - no abnormality detected. Stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1.b with a satisfactory trial required prior to resuming.
Race 8	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Stakes Series Final - C0 - 527	MID COLLISION (5) - went up with the lids and was very slow to begin losing considerable ground. WONG WAY (9/3) - went up with the lids and was very slow to begin losing considerable ground. MID COLLISION (5) - raced in restricted room rounding turn.
