Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned on Friday 23.09.16 into an allegation of foul language by a Licence Holder has been concluded with a satisfactory result being achieved and no further action considered necessary. In race 11, MR MAIZE was found to have failed to pursue the lure throughout and under Rule 79.1 b was stood down for 28 days and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 80.1 before next racing. In race 12 BELFAST EEJIT shifted out and jostled with RUA RAMA on the home turn but was given the benefit of some doubt as to whether BELFAST EEJIT turned his head slightly towards the other runner.

TYPHOON TED (3) - Bumped going into the bend and raced very wide finishing in last place. UNBEKNOWN (4) - Crowded going to first turn and shuffled back to near the rear. PICKERING (6) - Crowded and inconvenienced soon after the start. JAMAICA MISTAICA (7) - Crowded going to first corner and shuffled back to near the rear and stayed back.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 520	HIGHWAY HOUND (3) - Slowest to begin but finished on well for 3rd place. SHE'S MUSTARD (8) - Raced wide throughout over extra ground and finished near the rear.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	CAWBOURNE WEB (1) - A late scratching when found to have a tail injury when removed from the kennels to prepare to race. CAWBOURNE NATH (4) - Dictated in from the start, inconvenienced and settled back. JOBS RITE (5) - Dictated in from the start, inconvenienced and settled back. CAWBOURNE MORRIS (9) - Dictated in from the start and settled back and never recovered.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	KINGDOM RUSH (1) - Began awkwardly losing ground and stayed well back throughout. COOL CHICK (2) - Checked on the bend losing four lengths and finished last. UNACCUSTOMED (5) - Crowded and inconvenienced at the start and lost two lengths.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	MISS MUFFET (3) - Crowded and shuffled back to last going into the bend and never recovered. BARN DOOR BILLY (5) - Bumped and forced to race wide over extra ground on the bend. TRIP TO FLORIDA (9/6) - Crowded and shuffled back to near the rear going into the bend and stayed back for the remainder.
Race 6	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	EAMON (4) - Began awkwardly losing four lengths. EAMON then checked off heels on the bend and lost three lengths. CALA D'OR (5) - Galloped on going into the bend and lost three lengths. KILLALEA STAR (8) - Checked off heels on the bend, lost ground and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	BELFAST BARRY (6) - Crowded soon after the start and checked back to a rear position. IZZY BOWEN (7) - Crowded soon after the start and checked back to a rear position but recovered well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	The race was all clear.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	POP MAGIC (2) - was the slowest to begin and stayed back throughout to finish last. OPAWA GUMSIE (3) - Crowded and checked back to near the rear early and finished 5th. BEN NEVIS KNIGHT (4) - Tightened soon after start and stayed well back throughout. OPAWA GAVIN (5) - Tightened between runners after the start, never recovered and finished in 7th place.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	KNEAD YOU (2) - Tightened and checked back to the rear going to the first corner and stayed well back. WHATA SHEMOZZEL (4) - Checked back to the rear going to the first corner. WHATA SHEMOZZEL checked again entering back straight and never recovered and finished 7th.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 Ht5 - C1q - 520 Heat 5	TAKE ACTION (3) - Finished last and was referred to the Vet and found to have shoulder and sartorius pain. MR.MAIZE (4) - Shifted out going into the first corner, was observed to turn his head to the outside dog and caused interference and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilis muscle injury. However, MR.MAIZE was found to be in breach of Rule 79.1 b for failing to pursue the lure throughout and was stood down for 28 days and under Rule 80.1, is required to complete a satisfactory trial. SURGING EMBER (6) - was a late scratching when found to have a laceration to a foreleg when being prepared to race. CAWBOURNE MIAMI (7) - Forced wide into the first bend and lost four lengths. CHIP OFF BLOCK (8) - Forced wide into the first bend losing four lengths.
Race 12	HOLD YOUR ULTIMATE XMAS PARTY @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME RANSOM (1) - Tightened and checked going into the bend losing several lengths. ORANGEY YELLOW (2) - Tightened and checked going into the bend losing several lengths. KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD (3) - Shifted in and tightened inside runners and caused interferance going into the bend. QUEVADO (4) - was forced wide going into the bend losing ground and stayed back. BELFAST EEJIT (5) - Shifted out and jostled with another runner on the home turn. RUA RAMA (7) - Jostled on the home turn. ( Refer to Judicial section ) TANK'S ROB (8) - Forced wide into the bend and lost ground. MAGIC DANDY (9/6) - Forced wide going into the bend and stayed back to finish last.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	PRINCESS NOVAK (2) - Was found to be In season when removed from the kennels to prepare to race and was declared a late scratching. SWEET LOVIN'(3) - was crowded from the outside when the start was made and settled back. IMA LUCKY ZARR (5) - Crowded from the outside when the start was made and lost ground. POLLY CRACKER(6) - Crowded from the outside when the start was made, settled back and never recovered. ALLEGRO GUN (7) - Shifted ground in from the start and tightened inside runners for several strides. IDOL BILLIE (9/4) - Crowded from the start and shuffled back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	ON DEMAND (1) - Was tightened and checked losing ground into the bend. GRACE SLICK (3) - Was checked and fell going into the bend but regained her feet to finish the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have painful toe injury. CRYSTAL MCBELL (4) Was hampered at the start and settled back. CAWBOURNE OHIO (6) - Was checked by the fallen runner going into the bend losing several lengths.
Race 15	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 305	SKETCHY STEVE (2) - Was Hampered after the start and settled back where he stayed throughout the race. BREEZE ATTACK (4) - Was crowded and checked back to the rear after the start and then raced wide over extra ground on the bend. SO UNBELIEVABLE (5) - Race wide over extra ground on the bend.
