Judicial report: M Lozell was issued with a minor infringement and fined $100 for presenting DECEPTIVE LAD (race 5) to race with a weight increase of 1.9kg from its previous start on 8/9/16. EM HOLLAND (race 6) was a late scratching at 8.30am after receiving a toe injury with a 28 days stand down imposed.
