Judicial report: 1) Trainer D Kingston was fined $100.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of MACHINE MAN weighing in 1.7 kgs above its last race weight on 26 August. 2) Trainer R Blackburn was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 68.8.b. when failing to produce the papers for IOLAUS.
