Judicial report: 1). Race 6 was rescheduled to start at 6.07pm as apposed to the start time advertised in some publications. This race was then delayed 2 mins at the request of the T.A.B. as was race 7.

Race 1 Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295 SWEET MARYLOU (8) was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. CAWBOURNE CRAIG (3) came outwards at the start and bumped with BUDGIE RIGHT (4). MAGIC WIZARD (6) became awkwardly placed on the heels of TILT (5) in the run to the bend.
Race 2 Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C3 - 295 CLEVER SAGE (1) came outwards at the start and bumped with BARNICLE WIZARD (3) who was then squeezed for racing room entering the bend. GUMP'S THE NAME (6) was squeezed for racing room shortly after the start. GREET THE JUDGE (5) dictated OPAWA ROCKET (4) down the track in the run to the bend as did CHICAGO BLACK (8) onto CHIPPY JORDY (6). HOMEBUSH RUFUS (2) and OPAWA ROCKET (4) came together on several occasions in the run to the judge.
Race 3 Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295 OPAWA LEAN MEAT (3) and CHOKE HOLD (4) came together at the start. COLLECTING MONEY (8) came inwards in the run to the bend placing pressure on OHOKA BILLY (7) and NEW THANG (6). NEW THANG was then slightly turned outwards when entering the bend by TIP THE BABE (5). ANOTHER FAN (4) had to check after being awkwardly placed on the heels of AIR EXPRESS (2) when rounding the bend. As a consequence to this AIR EXPRESS ran up the track forcing OHOKA BILLY wider. AIR EXPRESS was cleared of injury post race.
Race 4 Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Sprint - C3 - 295 ROYAL BASH (1) was slow to jump. MARK BE GOOD (5) and OHOKA COBY (6) came together in the run to the bend.
Race 5 Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C3 - 520 KINGMAN (4) came outwards at the start forcing JON SNOW LIVES (5) outwards and into the running line of JINJA BILLY (6). BRISEUR DE REVES (2) lost ground when squeezed for room entering the first bend. This in turn forced KINGMAN out onto MAX STIX (8) with both runners losing momentum. BRISEUR DE REVES ran wide down the back straight.
Race 6 Fast Archer At Stud Sprint - C4 - 295 CARNEGIE HALL (6) came inwards abruptly at the start placing GRIFINATOR (5) in restricted room. CAWBOURNE SARAH (3) was stood down for 10 days after suffering a sprain to her right wrist when terminally checked entering the bend. This in turn caused an inconvenience to CARNEGIE HALL and forced OPAWA SAM (8) up the track. GIFINATOR, OPAWA SAM and CARNEGIE HALL then became awkwardly placed with each other rounding the bend.
Race 7 Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4 - 520 ALBIE JAY (1) was subjected to a post race veterinary examination and cleared of injury after losing ground when squeezed into the running rail in the run to the first bend. BOSTON BILLY (5) came outwards and checked BREAKING BAD (7) after becoming awkwardly placed to the outside of ANOTHER MESSAGE (4) when racing into the first bend. BREAKING BAD was also cleared of injury post race. RED MARGIN (8) ran wide down the back straight.
Race 8 Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C5 - 295 PATCHWORK ALICE (6) began awkwardly. NO LEAF CLOVER (3) came inwards at the start jostling with CULVIE GODFATHER (2). SALLY (5) and WHEEL CHAIR NORM (8) bumped continually through the early stages with SALLY then losing ground and checking SMASH THAT, PATCHWORK ALICE (6) and HOMEBUSH KELSO (7) after being squeezed when entering the bend. PATCHWORK ALICE was subsequently stood down for 10 days after suffering from a spike wound to her right hind leg in this incident.
Race 9 Mac Developments Sprint - C5 - 295 HOMEBUSH ROCKY (5) was squeezed for racing room through the early stages before bumping with MAGIC MIKE (4) prior to the bend. RAPAKI KATH (1) and MAGIC MIKE came together rounding the bend with RAPAKI KATH then obliged to check off heels and run wide up the straight.
Race 10 Robbie's Bar & Bistro Distance - C1/2d - 645 OPAWA PEACHES (8) was slightly turned outwards shortly after the start. KNOW WORTH (4) ran up the straight on the first occasion forcing IN THE BOOT (5) and GOLDSTAR AVERY (7) up the track. MYSTIC ACTION (2) tired rounding the final bend.
Race 11 I Pave Concrete Dash - C4 - 295 ULTRA ACTION (2) had to check off heels shortly after the start. NORMAN JEWEL (7) became awkwardly placed to the inside of OPAWA VAL (8) rounding the bend before servery dragging this bitch down. Both of these runners were cleared of injury post race.
Race 12 Protexin Dash - C3 - 295 CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (3) and TOKEN ACE (4) jostled though the early stages with CAWBOURNE PEEJAY then losing momentum when squeezed for racing room when entering the bend. THUNDER STORM (6) lost ground when awkwardly placed on the heels of AIDEN BAXTER (9/5) rounding the bend.
