Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1). The endorsement on ADJUDICATOR under Rule 79.1 was cancelled as per rule 79.7 at the request of Co-trainer S Evans. 2). Due to a administration error MUSHROOM CLOUD (Race 1) failed to be declared a scratching by the right of re-entry time. 3). Trainer C Roberts (A Washington as agent) was fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to kennel HELENA ALLEN (Race 10 ) within the prescribed time. 4). HELENA ALLEN (Race 10) has been stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial after failing to pursue the lure.

Race 1	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C0 - 295	AD'S SPICE (6) came down the track through the early stages causing an inconvenience to CELTIC WARRIOR (2) and forcing HOMEBUSH EVIE (5) down the track. AD'S SPICE was then placed in restricted room and was severely checked when entering the bend and as a consequence was stood down for a period of 7 days after sustaining a small laceration to its left stifle in the incident.
Race 2	Barron's Supplies Stakes Heat 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	TRICKY ACTION (7) came down the track crowding KINLOCH POWER (9/6). ODIN SLAYER (3) was obliged to check off heels entering the first bend.
Race 3	Cheviot Trust Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	SAHARA SAM (5) came down the track through the early stages placing pressure on the racing room of COSMOHOLIC (2), JINJA WILLY (1) and KATA (3). EUG THE SCROOGE (6) clipped the heels of DEMAN BLUE BLOOD (7) entering the home straight.
Race 4	Dream Collector At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	LUCAS SCOTT (1) had to check off heels prior to the bend.
Race 5	Barron's Supplies Stakes Heat 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	CAPTAIN TUTTLE (6) began awkwardly. EPIC DREAM (2) was slightly squeezed for racing room in the run to the first bend. LAGOON BELLE (5) had to check when squeezed between runners prior to entering the back straight.
Race 6	Garden City Chem Dry Sprint - C1 - 295	GORDON'S MY MATE (8) was terminally checked when awkwardly placed to the outside of JINNO GINO (2) rounding the bend with this causing an inconvenience to BELL RING (7). Subsequently, GORDON'S MY MATE was cleared of injury post race.
Race 7	Happy Birthday Robin Wales Dash - C1 - 295	ANOTHER SPIN (3) and HOMEBUSH FINE (9/4) came together in the early stages with HOME BUSH FINE then losing ground when squeezed into the bend. LAGOON MAY (2) lost ground when placed in restricted room into the bend. WILLY BE BEST (1) lost ground and had to check awkwardly placed to the inside of OPAWA BLINKY entering the bend with this in consequence causing a check to PAGANI (5) and inconveniencing GO MCINDOE (8) and OHOKA FAITH (6). Both WILLY BE BEST and PAGANI were cleared of injury post race.
Race 8	Barron's Supplies Stakes Heat 3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	. OPAWA JUDY (3) was slow to jump. MAX BRAINSTRAIN (7) raced wide rounding the first bend.
Race 9	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Dash - C1 - 295	TOO MUCH SUGAR (6) began awkwardly. HOLLY BLUE BLOOD (1) and BIGTIME TIP (5) came together rounding the bend.
Race 10	Barron's Supplies Stakes Heat 4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	GOLDSTAR BOOMER (5) and BROKEN PENNILESS (8) were all slow to jump. RUN ZOLA (4) came inwards and bumped with SPARE ACTION (3) shortly after the start. ALBIE PUNTER (2) was slightly turned when squeezed for racing room into the first bend. GOLDSTAR BOOMER (5) was severely checked and lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend which in turn forced RUN ZOLA (4) and BROKEN PENNILESS up the track. GOLDSTAR BOOMER was cleared of injury post race. HELENA ALLEN (6) turned its head outwards towards SPARE ACTION when racing around the final bend and again upon entering the home straight bumping it outwards onto BROKEN PENNILESS. This bitch was subjected to a post race veterinary examination which revealed a mild strain to its right wrist with the vet imposing a 10 day stand down. After viewing all available films and hearing submissions from kennel representative K Grant regarding this dogs racing manners it was established that HELENA ALLEN had failed to pursue the lure at both stages of the race and given the period of incapacitation did not deem the bitch to be seriously injured as per rule 79.3 and that the conduct could not be apportioned to this injury it was further stood down for the mandatory 28 days (to be served concurrently) and must trail to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion. This trial was completed on 2 September. MISS VALLEY INN was stood down for 21 days after sustaining a sprain to its right front wrist during the running.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C1 - 295	COLERIDGE JIM (3) came outwards onto KNOW SALUTE (4) through the early stages. HAYLEY JAMES (5) was checked and lost ground entering the bend when awkwardly placed between runners. This in turn caused an inconvenience to CHILL OUT RACH (6), KNOW SALUTE and JOEY BAXTER (7).
Race 12	Snow-e Muscle, Energy & Fertility Sprint - C2 - 295	ALEX RUMBLE (9/7) was squeezed for racing room in the run to the bend.
