Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	BELFAST EJIT ( 9 )was forced to race widest in to and across the top bend. KA PAI ( 7 ) ran on to the heels of BELFAST EJIT racing across the top bend when attempting to make ground losing momentum back to the rear.
Race 2	MY BEAU COLLECTION Wanganui Cup Ht1(Group 1) - C5q - 520 Heat 1	SHEER MISS ( 2 ) ran outwards soon after the start with OPAWA SHACKLEY ( 4 ) Fav ) catching her hindquarters , FLYING MERKEL ( 6 ) came across tightening THRILLING BORIS ( 5 ) as DICK THE JERK ( 1 )angled outwards. FLYING MERKEL and THRILLING BORIS came together bumping and jostling racing around the bend towards the back straight hampering OPAWA SHACKLEY as this runner attempted to race around these runners. KNOW DECISION ( 8 ) raced wide through out finishing strongly in to 3rd placing at the line.
Race 3	MY BEAU COLLECTION Wanganui Cup Ht2 (Group 1) - C5q - 520 Heat 2	CAWBOURNE COOKS ( 5 ) went up with the lids. OUR GYPSY ( 2 ) ran inwards soon after the start bumping TIMMY TRUMPET ( 1 ) fav ) YAP'S ME MUM ( 7 ) ran in bumping EBERT BALE ( 4 ) as the field raced into the bend on the first occasion. TIMMY TRUMPET ran outwards racing around the first bend bumping OPAWA O'GRADY to race wide around the bend in to the back straight. TIMMY TRUMPET angled inwards racing along the back straight tightening EBERT BALE back on to OPAWA 'OGRADY, CAWBOURNE COOKS and MAJESTIC ACTION( 8 ). EBERT BALE recovered well from earlier interference to finish bet in the run home to win.
Race 4	MY BEAU COLLECTION Wanganui Cup Ht3 (Group 1) - C5q - 520 Heat 3	BERRIDALE BULLET ( 1 ) ran outwards soon after the start forcing ACE BALE ( 3 ) out across the heels of CAWBOURNE BRICK ( 4 )and READY MADE SIZE ( 5 0 checking these runners. BERRIDALE BULLET was pushed back inwards as CAWBOURNE BRICK pushed across racing to the bend on the first occasion. BERRIDALE BULLET ran outwards racing in to the bend running in to READY MADE SIZE forcing this runner out on to ACE BALE both runners jostled and checked losing ground to a clear last in the running. READY MADE SIZE finished several lengths last at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	Laser Plumbing Wanganui C5 - C5 - 305	ASTERIA ( 4 ) ran in from the jump checking FREEDOM FLYER ( 3 ). VITO BAXTER ( 7 ) ran across the face of CHEAT SHOT MATTY ( 6 ) fav ) pushing this runner in on to SEDGEBROOK BABE ( 5 )in on to ASTERIA, ONE BROKE GIRL ( 2 )and AL'S GIRL ( 1 ) all these runners bumped and jostled for some strides. FREEDOM FLYER was tightened in on to the heels of ONE BROKE GIRL in to the first bend losing momentum going back catching the hind of VITO BAXTER ( 7 ) checking this runner. VITO BAXTER and FREEDOM FLYER were unable to get back in to contention there after.
Race 6	AON CPF C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE GEORGE was a late scratching on vets advice after suffering a cut pad to the near fore en route to the track a 10 day stand down was imposed. KAPUTSKI ( 7 ) went up with the lids missing the start by several lengths. KAPUTSKI improved towards the home turn finishing strongly in the run home to finish in to 4th placing at the line HOMEBUSH CHAOS ( 8 ) after racing towards the rear lost ground rounding the home turn finishing several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. Co/ Trainer K Gommans when spoken to regarding the dogs performance tonight explained it was the first run back for HOMEBUSH CHAOS for 9 weeks.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 520	CAWBOURNE FOXY ( 6 ) began awkwardly for a stride or so. SWIFTLY CHOLE ( 5 ) in the run to the post on the first occasion angled across the heels of ALLEGRO BEATY ( 7 ) tightening CAWBOURNE LOCH ( 4 ) in on to CAWBOURNE JAZZY ( 3 ) with these 2 runners bumping and jostling for some strides. CAWBOURNE LOCH was tightened further in on to LAGOON MYRTLE ( 2 ) and went back off her heels soon after making contact with the rail . CAWBOURNE LOCH raced in the rear there after finishing several lengths in the rear and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 8	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	HU XIAN ( 5 ) was away well from the jump ,soon after she was tightened and jostled between LETS' GO SPRITE ( 6 ) and UNO BRENT ( 4 ) for some strides . HU XIAN was jostled and checked back to the rear and was unable to get in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line. ON THE LEVEL ( 7 ) ran wide out over the heels of PINK SHELLAC ( 8 ) in to and across the top bend.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C3 - C3 - 520	KIRKHAM COBY ( 6 ) ducked outwards from the boxes across the face of AUTUMN LIGHTS ( 7 ) bumping this runner then bumping FEKITOA ( 8 ) on his outer. FEKITOA angling across in to the first bend checked and tightened KIRKHAM COBY in on to PETAL SANETTE hampering these runners for a couple of strides. SCOOTERS ROSE ( 2 ) raced handy to the lead before losing ground in the run home to finish several lengths in the rear and was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found. Trainer T McCracken suggested that SCOOTERS ROSE may be best kept to sprinting in the near future. PETAL SANETTE ( 4 ) raced wide when improving across the top bend after having to check out across heels running widest in to the home staright.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	CAWBOURNE SPREE ( 6 ) soon after the start raced across tightening LEKTRA CONCORD inwards as SEDGEBROOK MAGIC ( 4 ) moved pushing LADY ZEENA out on to LEKTRA CONCORD ,these runners bumped and jostled for some strides. LEKTRA CONCORD lay in on LADY ZEENA as the field raced in to the bend out of the home straight, on their inner CAWBOURNE CLAY ( 9 ) bumped CAWBOURNE SPREE out on to the heels of OPAWA SHAY ( 7 ) CAWBOURNE SPREE stumbled for a stride losing a couple of lengths but was unable to get back in to contention there after.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C4 - C4 - 305	SECOND TIME ( 2 ) dwelt at the jump being last away. DOWNGRADE KING ( 4 ) bumped in to TWO UP ( 3 ) causing this dog to stumble as they came off the mat both dogs losing momentum. BECOMING PAW ( 8 ) angled across as HAPPY WIFE ( 1 ) angled outwards soon after the start tightening and checking CAWBOURNE STEVE ( 6 ) for some strides BECOMING PAW went back and in over the heels of HAPPY WIFE pushing in on to CAWBOURNE STEVE tightening this runner in across the face of SECOND TIME and TWO U all these runners were checked losing ground. HAPPY WIFE was able to clear these runners with BRITNEY STAR ( 5 ) racing clear of trouble in to the lead racing on to the bend and was never headed there after.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	LONE STAR ( 1 ) fav ) began fairly he was hampered in the run to the first bend when looking to improve between runners being checked when pushed in across the face of FUNKY FREDDY ( 2 ) who went back on to BOTANY WIN ( 4 ). BOTANY WIN was hampered for some strides racing on to the bend when catching and attempting to clear the heels of FUNKY FREDDY. LONE STAR improved quickly through the field in the run across the top bend checking FUNKY FREDDY as he angled inwards. LONE STAR only battled in the run home in to 5th placing at the line. BOTANY WIN after having trouble clearing the heels of FUNKY FREDDY racing on to the bend lost ground back to last in the running and was unable to improve there after
