In the run to the turn HOMEBUSH SCRIBE (5) shifted ground outwards and dictated DAN BLUE BLOOD (6) outwards into the path of HOMEBUSH EVIE (7) and UNO JASON (8) who were both checked. The trailing HOMEBUSH SHANE was forced to check outwards off the heels of HOMEBUSH EVIE as a result. Into the turn UNO JASON ran inwards severely checking HOMEBUSH SCRIBE who in turn checked DAN BLUE BLOOD and HOMEBUSH EVIE who ran wide on the bend. |
| Race 2 | Homebush Hounds Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310 | VICTORIA PACE (1) jumped awkwardly and shortly afterwards HOMEBUSH FREDA (4) shifted ground abruptly inwards severely checking SEASPRAY CRACKER (3), SERGIO STAR (2) and VICTORIA PACE. In the run to the turn SEASPRAY CRACKER ran inwards checking SERGIO STAR. |

In the run to the turn KNOW CLOWN (1) shifted ground outwards checking STORMING MACK and RHINEGOLDE. Into the first turn OPAWA ALEX (6) ran outwards and clipped the rear of POETIK (8) with both dogs running out and losing ground. After the race KNOW CLOWN was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a spike wound to the right hind foot with a seven day stand down recommended. |

From the jump KNOW WORTH (2) was tightened between KNOW VALUE (1) and OPAWA GUMISIE (3) and lost momentum. Into the first turn PIANISSIMO (5) ran outwards and dictated OBEYANCE wide on the track. KNOW WORTH ran wide into the first turn and throughout the running. |
| Race 8 | Speedprint Shop Sprint - C2 - 310 | KNOW SALUTE (3) was slow to jump. Into the turn WOOLY WHATSIT (7) became unbalanced and struck the running rail losing considerable ground and finishing last. After the race WOOLY WHATSIT was subject to a veterinary check which revealed soreness in the left shoulder with a seven day stand down recommended. |
