Judicial report: BANSHEE REEL ( R Waite ) race 3 was stood down to complete a satisfactory trial
HOMEBUSH BUCK race 9 was a late scratching pre race parade ( refer ) race report

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	LISSADELL MARCUS ( 8 ) and NOONOO ( 10 ) were both slow away. BILLY MARLOW ( 4 ) checked out over heels racing on to the bend racing widest to the home turn finishing in 4th placing at the line.
Race 2	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 375	GHOSTFACE ( 5 ) ran inwards from the jump checking OPAWA SPICE ( 4 ) NO MORE MARMITE ( 9 ) racing back on the inner in to the first bend ran outwards sharply across the heels of several runner bumping in to OPAWA SPICE pushing this runner out widest. OPAWA SPICE lost ground to last in the running and made up some ground in the run home and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories C0 - C0 - 375	CHILL MORE ( 2 ) and CAWBOURNE JACKO ( 3 ) both went up with the lids UNTOUCHABLE ( 4 ) ran in from the jump bumping CHILL MORE with this runner angling inwards on to CAWBOURNE JACKO PLUM CRAZY ( 5 ) angled outwards racing in to the first bend coming together with KING CORMACK ( 9 ), on their inner CAWBOURNE JACKO attempted to improve through on the inner of CHILL MORE checking this runner out on to UNTOUCHABLE BANSHEE REEL ( 1 ) ran outwards from the jump leading in to the first bend racing wide soon after going back in on to CYNDI ACTION checking this runner. BANSHEE REEL recovered to challenge for the lead on the home turn doing best in a tight finish BANSHEE REEL was referred to the vet for assessment where she was found to have pectoral muscle soreness on both sides a 10 day stand down was recommended. The Stewards reviewed the run across the top bend where BANSHEE REEL went back on to CYNDI ACTION where there were concerns with the racing manners of BANSHEE REEL. After hearing submissions from Trainer R Waite BANSHEE REEL has been stood down to complete a satisfactory trial
Race 4	Outback Trading Company C3/4 - C3/4 - 375	CAWBOURNE DANIAL ( 2 ) was slowest away racing in the rear throughout.
Race 5	Buck Fever At Stud C0 - C0 - 457	CAWBOURNE MUZZA ( 2 ) went up with the lids SECRET AGENDA ( 4 ) ran on to FASHION'S FANCY ( 3 ) on getting away from the start In the run to the bend GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD ( 5 ) angled in on to SECRET AGENDA jostling and pushing this runner inwards , a couple of strides on GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD ran in sharply across the face of SECRET AGENDA , CAWBOURNE MUZZA, FASHIONS FANCY severely checking these runners who all lost ground SECRET AGENDA and GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD lost all chance there after finishing a margin in the rear at the line and were referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	Go to the Melbourne Cup with Boys Trip.co.nz C2 - C2 - 375	KIRKHAM JACK ( 8 ) and GOODTIME LADY ( 6 ) came together bumping and jostling wide out for some strides as they raced on to the bend GOOD TIME LADY when clear of interference ran very wide in to the home straight losing ground finishing several lengths in the rear at the line
Race 7	Greyhounds As Pets C3 - C3 - 375	All clear
Race 8	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 457	CAWBOURNE PAWS ( 4 ) missed the jump by several lengths. CAWBOURNE PAWS improving in to the bend angled out across heels and was hampered for some strides when avoiding the heels of TO THE BANK ( 1 ) fav )as this runner ran out over the heels of WORBOYS ( 8 ) TO THE BANK was hampered soon after losing ground and was unable to get back in to contention there after CAWBOURNE PAWS after striking trouble in to the bend was unable to get back in to contention finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 9	C1 NZ Bred Middle Distance - C1 - 457	HOMEBUSH BUCK ( 2 ) was a late scratching on vets advice after being found to be unwell when retrieved from his kennel prior to pre race parade. HOMEBUSH BUCK was found to have a temperature and enteritis a 14 day stand down was recommended COOL RYTHAM ( 1 ) and CHAI LATTE ( 3 ) bumped and jostled for a couple of strides soon after the start KNEAD YOU ( 4 ) ran on to the hind of CULVIE DEN ( 5 ) racing on to the top bend CULVIE DEN drifted to the rear on the home turn finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have an injury to the right gracilis muscle a 14 day stand down was recommended
Race 10	Shakey Jakey @ Stud C2 - C2 - 457	CAWBOURNE SERINA ( 1 ) and MR MAIZE ( 2 )were slowest away CAWBOURE SERINA soon after the start angled out racing wide there after covering extra ground in the running finishing in the rear at the line CHARLIE BO BO ( 5 ) and NITRO MARY ( 3 ) bumped and jostled for some strides racing in to the first bend PETAL SANETTE ( 7 ) vying for the lead in to the first bend was bumped in the hindquarters by FRAPPUCINO ( 8 ) as this runner improved on her outer angling inwards. ALLEGRO BEATY racing handy to the home turn ran out wide losing ground finishing towards the rear at the line. PETAL SANETTE lost ground back past midfield finishing on in to 5th placing at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found
Race 11	Preston's Master Butchers C3 - C3 - 457	STORMY DAYS ( 1 ) fav ) was bumped and jostled soon after the start as BOSTON LIGHTNING ( 3 ) angled across to the rail STORMY DAYS went back a length or so at this point finishing on in to 2nd placing at the line KNUCKLE BUMP( 8 ) raced out wide in to and across the top bend. KIRKHAM COBY ( 7 ) ran wide in to the home straight losing some ground he ran on late in to 4th placing at the line
Race 12	wheeldeal.co.nz C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	KIRKHAM WEBBY ( 3 ) racing handy in to the first bend angled out to the center of the track covering extra ground in the running finishing in 4th placing at the line.
Race 13	Manawatu Harness Racing C1 - C1 - 375	REPEAT VISIT ( 2 ) stumbled coming off the mat REPEAT VISIT raced several lengths in the rear nearing the home turn he improved along to inner finishing close up in 7th place at the line APATCHE AJAY racing handy on the home turn angled inwards becoming unbalanced for a stride or so losing a length or so before finishing on strongly in to second placing at the line
