Judicial report: Trainers J and D Bell were fine $ 100-00 under Rule 69 11 when ROMAN ACTION was presented 1.7 kilograms down in weight from the last start on 18.07.16. KING'S CALL was stood down for 3 months for a 2nd offence of non pursuit under Rule 79.1 b in race 5 and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. KING SIMBA was stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1 b for failing to pursue the lure throughout in race 1 and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	LISSADELL MARCUS (1) and GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD (8) were slow to begin losing two lengths. BANSHEE REEL (2) and ORANGEY YELLOW (4) bumped going into the bend and ORANGEY YELLOW lost two lengths. KING SIMBA (7) led in the home straight but eased short of the finish line and finished 4th and was referred to the Vet for assessment. KING SIMBA was found to have gracilus and pectoral muscle pain with a ten day stand down recommended. However, a 28 day stand down was imposed under Rule 79.1 b for failing to pursue throughout and KING SIMBA is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.
Race 2	Go to the Melbourne Cup with Boys Trip.co.nz C1 - C1 - 375	CATLIN BLUEBLOOD (7) and SASHA MCBELL (8) began awkwardly losing two lengths. ALLEGRO POWER (6) shifted in and checked TRENDY BLASTER (3) and CAWBOURNE MARTIN (4) going into the bend and they lost three lengths. TRENDY BLASTER then checked off the back of REPEAT VISIT(1) approaching the home straight and went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 3	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 375	TAKE ACTION (9) lost her footing briefly at the start and settled back. PREMIER PRINCE (2) checked off heels going into the bend losing two lengths and then raced wide over extra ground entering the home straight.
Race 4	Greyhounds As Pets C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	DOCKER (1) and ENHANCER (7) began a little awkwardly and settled back. DOCKER checked over the back of BIG BOY DENO (5) when racing at the rear on the home turn and she lost three lengths and finished last.
Race 5	Manawatu Harness Racing C1 - C1 - 375	CAWBOURNE SERINA (6) shifted out and bumped BUSINESS REVIEW (7) when the start was made and they were briefly unbalanced. KINGS CALL (4) led from the start until the home turn where he shifted out and hampered CAWBOURNE SERINA for some distance and turned his head out. KINGS CALL was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a gracilis injury requiring a 10 day stand down. However, KINGS CALL was stood down for 3 months for a 2nd offence of non pursuit under rule 79.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 80.1.
Race 6	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 375	KIRKHAM HARVEY (4) and CAWBOURNE GUNNA (7) were awkwardly positioned between runners on the bend and were checked back to the rear where they stayed until the finish.
Race 7	Affordable Pet Accessories C2 - C2 - 375	All clear.
Race 8	Buck Fever At Stud C3 - C3 - 375	CAWBOURNE HINT (10) shifted in going into the bend and checked CAWBOURNE JARROD (2) and they were both briefly unbalanced losing ground.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C1 - C1 - 457	HOMEBUSH BUCK (2) and CHAI LATTE (3) josled together from the start and they lost momentum and settled back. CULVIE DEN (4) and BLACK ROADSTAR (6) jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and BLACK ROADSTAR was eventually checked back to last and never recovered.
Race 10	Shakey Jakey At Rocky Ridge C2 NZ Bred - C2 - 375	All clear.
Race 11	Preston's Master Butchers C1/2 - C1/2 - 457	RED EXPRESS (3) was tightened between runners soon after the start and he clipped a heel and fell but regained his feet to finish onto the lure. RED EXPRESS was referred to the Vet for assessment and was found to have minor bruising.
Race 12	wheeldeal.co.nz C3 - C3 - 457	CHARLIE BO BO (3) and BLACKIE CHAN (4) jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and lost ground and PETAL SANNETTE (2) which was following was also checked and she went back to last.
