| Race 1 | ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305 | BUZZY GEM and KNEAD YOU were slow away losing four lengths. LISSADELL BABE shifted out on the first corner and hampered ORANGEY YELLOW which was briefly inconvenieced. HANAO shifted out going into the bend and bumped with UNO AGAIN and they both lost ground and stayed back from there to the finish. |
| Race 2 | WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305 | BIGTIME SAM was up in weight by 1.9 kilograms and this was intentional. KILLALEA STAR and PICKERING were the slowest from the boxes and they stayed back throughout. KILLALEA STAR dropped off the back of the field to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. MISS MUFFET and EBONY HAZE bumped entering the home straight and were briefly unbalanced. |

ALQUEZAR and CONSUMATE EASE started from the outside two boxes and they stayed out wide throughout covering extra ground. STEFFI'S STAR was handy going into the bend but was checked when POLLY CRACKER shifted in and STEFFIS STAR lost several lengths and finished in last place. |

CAITLIN BLUEBLOOD and THATS KING were the slowest away from the boxes losing two lengths. YOU'RE SO FREE and RIKKI'S REBEL were tightened and shuffled back to the rear going to the first corner and they stayed back for the remainder. CAITLIN BLUEBLOOD was checked and lost ground going into the back straight. |

| Race 9 | PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520 | LILY MA'S SMOKING and WORLD FREAKSHOW were slow to begin losing two lengths and they settled back. SEDGEBROOK ASSET was checked on two ocassions on the first bend and he went back to the rear. He then appeared awkward in his galloping action and drifted to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. SEDGEBROOK ASSET was found to have hip support pain in both hind legs. |
| Race 10 | FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305 | PEEJAY PRINGLES shifted in abruptly from the start and crowded inside runners and LICK IT UP was checked and fell but regained her feet and finished onto the lure. QUEEN STAR was bumped in the earlier incident and she then began to lose ground going to the first turn and eventually finished several lengths last. Both bitches were referred to the Vet for assessment with QUEEN STAR cleared and LICK IT UP found to have general bruising. |

OPAWA BUCKS shifted out soon after the start and forced LEKTRA SPIDER on to CULVIE DEN and this resulted in OPAWA SHILOH clipping a heel and blundering and she lost ground and stayed well back. |
