Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: MIDNIGHT ENEMY was a late scratching due to an identification issue when another identical looking Greyhound was brought to the track in its place. Handler B.Cole advised the Stewards that the correct dog was left at home in its kennel and the Trainer L.Ahern was fined $ 150-00 under the minor infringement Table for a breach of Rule 64.3 in relation to the matter. No other Greyhound missed out on a start due to the mistake.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	PLUM KRAZY began awkwardly losing four lengths and CALA D'OR also dwelt at the start and lost a length. HAZEL AND GRANNY shifted in going to the first corner and crowded MOCHA CHINO which was unbalanced losing ground. A short distance further on, CALA D'OR and MOCHA CHINO jostled together and MOCHA CHINO lost several lengths and stayed back to finish last.
Race 2	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C0 - C0 - 305	WINE O'CLOCK, JACK'S UP, MISS MUFFET and EBONY HAZE jostled together going into the bend and they lost ground and stayed back.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520	NOONOO was slow to begin and settled back. SHE'S MUSTARD and HOWARD I KNOW collided going into the first bend and were unbalanced losing four lengths. NOONOO was checked on the final bend and lost four lengths and the chance of a first four placing.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	BOTANY VICKI shifted in going into the bend and tightened NOT LISTENING in onto SPEARMINT JUJU which fell. NOT LISTENING was dragged down behind in the incident and was classed as falling and both dogs were referred to the Vet for assessment. NOT LISTENING was found to have quadricep pain and SPEARMINT JUJU suffered from shoulder bruising. CONSUMATE EASE was also affected in the incident and lost ground.
Race 6	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 305	TRINITY FLIGHT shifted in abruptly from the start and checked over the back of CHIEF BAXTER which was inconvenienced momentarily. TRINITY FLIGHT continued to shift in towards the rail and settled at the rear and stayed well back. NO MORE MARMITE and BIT COIN came together soon after the start and jostled for a short distance and settled well back.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH GINGER, PLAITING PUSS and JOHNNYBRUCE jostled together for some distance going to the first turn and HOMEBUSH GINGER and PLAITING PUSS were eventually checked losing several lengths and they went back to the rear and stayed back to fill the last two places.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 HT1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	WORLD FREAKSHOW and CAWBOURNE FOXY were slow away from the boxes losing two lengths.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 HT2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	ALLEGRO BEAU and IZZY BOWEN were the slowest away from the start and they settled back. OPAWA BUCKS and ALLEGRO BEAU bumped together on the first bend and they were inconvenienced losing ground and stayed back for the remainder of the race. TAKE ACTION was checked losing four lengths going into the final bend.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C1 HT3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	PRIVATE ACTION was slow to begin but recovered well to be in the body of the field going into the first bend. WORBOYS and CAWBOURNE DALLAS bumped together soon after the start and were momentarily inconvenienced.
Race 11	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	THAT'S A WRAP began very awkwardly losing several lengths but he recovered well to make up ground and finished in 6th place. MISS BUNNYTHORPE, BIG BEN and GULLY YAPPA bumped together for some distance going to the first turn and they were unbalanced losing ground. MISS BUNNYTHORPE recovered the best of the three and finished in 4th place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	VEE VEERY LOVELY shifted in from the start and checked KING HIT MIKE which lost ground and settled back. VEE VEERY LOVELY and JOBS RITE then jostled together for some distance and JOBS RITE was pushed into an awkwardly position in restricted room behind CHASE ME APATCHE going into the bend and was held up for a short distance.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	BUSTER BOY shifted in from the start and crowded HOMEBUSH BOUNCE and TERRA TRIP which were inconvenienced for a short distance. CAWBOURNE OHIO and HOMEBUSH BOUNCE bumped and lost ground going into the bend but CAWBOURNE OHIO recovered quickly and made up ground to finish in 3rd place.
Race 15	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	SASHA MCBELL shifted in going into the bend and hampered ANNIE WAY which checked off heels losing three lengths. OPAWA SMOKE rolled out going into the bend and made contact with OPEHU FLYER and they were unbalanced losing ground and KIRKHAM JASPER on their outside was also inconvenienced and they stayed back to finish in the rear group.
