| Race 1 | Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375 | Racing off the mats BILLY MARLOW ran in bumping GHOSTFACE. Racing in to the first bend SHE'S MUSTARD angled across forcing BILLY MARLOW on to GHOSTFACE turning this runner sideways, BILLY MARLOW went back on to the heels of GHOSTFACE checking this runner again. GHOSTFACE lost several lengths back to the rear and was unable to improve there after. GHOSTFACE was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have spike wounds to the right hind a 5 day stand down was recommended. |
| Race 2 | J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 375 | Soon after the start there was tightening and jostling as ANOTHER MISS raced across the face of the field resulting in ANOTHER KEY being pushed in on to FRAPPUCINO ( fav ) and BELFAST BARRY. FRAPPUCINO was checked back along with BUSINESS REVIEW towards the rear, both runners angled across heels and were tightened and checked again in to the first bend as SASHA MCBELL from box 8 improved on their outer angling across. FRAPPUCINO recovered quickly to race up handy on to the bend angling out off the heels of ANOTHER KEY bumping SASHA MCBELL who lost a couple of lengths. FRAPPUCINO and BUSINESS REVIEW after striking trouble both recovered to finish off well in the run home. TERRA TRIP after being slowest away was forced to race wide throughout when attempting to improve around runners across the top bend. ALCUDIA was referred to the vet at the Trainers request later in the meeting and was found to have pain over the left pectoral muscle a 10 day stand down was recommended |
| Race 3 | Greyhounds As Pets C1 - C1 - 375 | Racing on to the bend there was tightening to several runners as LURE ME IN moved in on to CHAIR UP and CLEARLY MAGIC resulting in these runners losing some ground and were not able to get back in to contention there after. |
| Race 4 | Go to the Melbourne Cup with Boys Trip.co.nz C1 - C1 - 375 | MR MAIZE ( fav ) box 8 was slowest in to stride. MR MAIZE was forced to improve around runners racing across the top bend before clearing them to angle down towards he rail where he ran in towards the rail propping for a stride becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides. finishing in to 2nd placing at the line. Racing in to the first bend CHASE ME APATCHE racing on the inner was hampered for a stride or so when avoiding the heels of JAQUI ATTACK. In the run across the top bend JAQUI ATTACK racing in restricted quarters was jostled for a couple of strides losing ground back towards the rear. |
| Race 5 | Affordable Pet Accessories C2 - C2 - 375 | WORKING JEWEL was a late scratching pre kennelling when found to be in Season. This race was delayed 3 minutes due to communication issues on course for this race. BIG WONDER was tardy away from midfield crossing to the rail in the run in to the first bend where she was bumped and tightened losing a length or so. TRENDY VIV from box 8 after being last away was forced to race widest throughout finishing several lengths in the rear at the line. |
| Race 6 | totalbodyshop.co.nz C1 - C1 - 375 | Racing in to the first bend OPAWA SPICE angled in across the face of CAWBOURNE JAZZY ( fav ) forcing this runner back on to LICK IT UP.CAWBOURNE JAZZY and LICK IT UP lost momentum going back several lengths.CAWBOURNE JAZZY recovered to improve along the inner racing to the home turn finishing strongly in the run home in to 2nd placing at the line. LAGOON VICTORY was referred to the vet at the trainers request and was found to have pain over the right triceps area a 10 day stand down was recommended. |
| Race 7 | Brooks Timing C2 Final - C2f - 375 | Racing from the boxes HOMEBUSH LUCIFER ran in bumping TO THE BANK . Racing in to the first bend HOMEBUSH LUCIFER angled across heels tightening over on to TO THE BANK who made contact with the rail losing momentum back to last in the running. MATTIE BLUEBLOOD from box 8 was forced to race widest in to the bend. TO THE BANK finished several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have pain over the left triceps& quadriceps muscles a 10 day stand down was recommended. |

Racing in to the first bend PURE LEE raced across angling towards the rail tightening in on to SPIRIT RUN and IT'S THE LOVELY checking these runners back a couple of lengths. BOSTON LIGHTNING widest in to the first bend ran on to the hind of SPIRIT RUN and checked out off heels stumbling for a stride losing momentum, after rebalancing BOSTON LIGHTNING made good ground up in to 4th placing at the line. |

Soon after the start RED EXPRESS raced across coming together with ALLEGRO BEATY with HOMEBUSH BUCK catching the hind of RED EXPRESS checking both runners for a stride KIRKHAM HARVEY was referred to the vet at the Trainers request and was found to have left pectoral muscle injury & spike wound to the right hind a 10 day stand down was recommended. |
