Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1) HOTTIE DOTTI (Wearing Blinkers) and NEISY'S BABE trained by A Bradshaw and J McInerney respectively both completed satisfactory trials pursuant to Rule 80.2.d. 2) CAWBOURNE KENNY (Race 10) was shown as being trained by C Roberts as apposed to J Tanner in several publications. The correct information was disseminated through the appropriate channels. 3). FLASH THE CASH (Race 6) has been stood down for 28 days and pending a satisfactory trial after failing to pursue the lure.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295	FILL YA BOOTS (4) was slow to jump. OPAWA CRYSTAL (5) and MULBERRY THUNDER (3) came together shortly after the start. KATA (7) lost ground when racing round the bend after bumping with TRICKY ACTION (1).
Race 2	Happy Birthday Denise Barron Sprint - C1 - 295	YOU'RE THE BEST (5) and ARCHIES DIJON (6) came together shortly after the start. BO'S BUSINESS (3) was slightly turned inwards by SEA SPRAY ELSA (4) in the run to the bend. ARCHIES DIJON was awkwardly placed on the heels of OHOKA HOPE (1) when entering the bend.
Race 3	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	HELL'S a COMING (7) and HOMEBUSH HANSOME (8) were both slow to jump. HOMEBUSH HANSOME and JEWEL EAGLE (6) came together briefly when entering the first bend with JEWEL EAGLE then struggling to maintain its position with the field. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed minor back pain and a 7 day stand down was imposed.
Race 4	Greyhounds As Pets Dash - C1 - 295	CONALOO (4) was a late scratching on vets advice after being found to have dislocated its 4th toe on its left hind foot as a result of this injury the bitch was stood down for a period of 28 days HIGH ON VEE (3) came inwards at the start causing a check to GOD PARTICLE (2). GOD PARTICLE then improved outwards of the heels of CAWBOURNE SHADOW (5) rounding the bend with this causing SPARE ACTION to check and lose ground. HIGH ON VEE was inconvenienced by this. HOMEBUSH ARIEL (1) was cleared of injury after falling at the lure.
Race 5	Cheviot Trust Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	FERAL COASTER (6) was slow to jump. JINNO GINO (2) came outwards and bumped with UGO FLASH (4) in the run to the bend. BELLWAVE (5) lost ground when placed in restricted room between runners rounding the bend.
Race 6	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C1 - 295	OUR JOHN (1) was slow to jump. EUG THE SCROOGE (7) came inwards abruptly at the start impeding the racing room of ANOTHER VESPA (6), JIMMY NAIL (5) and GO MCINDOE (4). EUG THE SCROOGE continued down the track and bumped with HOLLY BLUE BLOOD (3) in the run to the bend. FLASH THE CASH (2) eased in its gait when leading round the bend causing a check to COSMIC CHELSEA (8). FLASH THE CASH was then turned outwards prior to the home straight by GO MCINDOE. A subsequent veterinary examination of FLASH THE CASH revealed no injury. Taking this examination into account and after viewing all available films Stewards were satisfied FLASH THE CASH had breached Rule 79.1.b and that this dog had failed to pursue the lure at this stage of the race. FLASH THE CASH was subsequently stood down for the mandatory 28 days and is required to trial satisfactorily on one occasion prior to resuming.
Race 7	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 520	JEWEL APACHE (7) began awkwardly. SMOKEY ACTION (4) came inwards at the start impeding the racing room of GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (3). SMOKEY ACTION then continued down the track forcing KNOW CHEERS (2) onto KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD (1). KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD came outwards when entering the first bend forcing JEWEL APACHE out onto CRYSTAL FLAME (5). LAGOON ALLIRA (8) and CRYSTAL FLAME came together rounding the first bend.
Race 8	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 295	ILABB (5) came inwards abruptly at the start forcing COSMOHOLIC (3) down onto WILLY BE BEST (2). ILABB and COSMOHOLIC then continued to jostle through the run to the bend. TAYLA'S FRIEND (7) came down the track when entering the bend with this placing FEAR MARINA (8) and WILLY BE BEST being forced to severely checked. This in turn caused terminal checks to GIANCANA (4) and MAX BRAINSTRAIN (6). WILLY BE BEST was cleared of injury by the on course veterinarian.
Race 9	Hampden Tavern Dash - C1 - 295	DEMAN BLUE BLOOD (7) placed SWEETABBY LEE (4) and WHIP UPPA STORM (3) in restricted room when entering the bend with WHIP UPPA STORM having to check and in turn HAT TRICK CHAOS (5) was inconvenienced. WHIP UPPA STORM was cleared of injury post race. Rounding the bend DEMAN BLUE BLOOD lost ground marginally when racing tight with SWEET ABBY LEE with this forcing DALLAS BAXTER (6) up the track.
Race 10	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520	MEGA VOLT (7) was slow to jump then raced wide rounding the first bend and down the back straight. REPLICA YELLA (3) came inwards prior to the first bend causing GRACIOUS OAK (2) to check. CAWBOURNE KENNY (4) was stood down for 28 days after being found to have fractured its 3rd and 4th toes on its right foot during the running.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295	TROUBLESOME BRIT (1) proved difficult to box. OAKS HILL (4) and IDOL GEORGE (6) were both slow to jump. BLACK SAILS (9/3) was placed in restricted room prior to the bend and was then dragged down by GOLDSTAR SCOOTER (8) shortly after. This resulted in both dogs and IDOL GEORGE racing up the track. BLACK SAILS was cleared of injury post race however GOLDSTAR SCOOTER was stood down for 14 days with a split webbing on its left hind foot.
Race 12	Snow-e Muscle, Energy & Fertility Dash - C1 - 295	VAN GERWIN (4) came inwards at the start checking SURGING EMBER (1). ADJUDICATOR (5) was stood down for 5 days with superficial grazing after falling to the track when placed in restricted room between runners when entering the bend which in turn caused a check to CAWBOURNE EDEN (6).
