Judicial report: Race 5 The 318 metre boxes malfunctioned in that they were slow to open which resulted in several runners making contact with the lids. In consequence the Stewards determined that there had not been a fair start and declared a No Race under Rule 76.1. The 318 metre races were all hand started for the remainder of the meeting. The Club will be carrying out remedial work and testing the boxes prior to the commencement of the next meeting.

Race 1	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C3 - 318	RASSO was a late scratching at 12.27pm on veterinary advice. BELCROFT BANKER (10) shifted in leaving the boxes taking MELMAN (9) in onto SIMPLY YETI (5). Racing down the back straight MYRNIONG GIRL (2) shifted out abruptly making contact with SIMPLY YETI who came together with MELMAN with these runners all briefly unbalanced with MELMAN then shifting out across heels. Entering the first turn SIMPLY YETI shifted in into the line of MYRNIONG GIRL who had to steady. MELMAN, SIMPLY YETI and LITTLE RASCAL (8) came together rounding the first turn with MELMAN losing ground. SOMETIME SOON and BELCROFT BANKER came together rounding the bend with these runners losing momentum. As a result SIMPLY YETI, LITTLE RASCAL and MYRIONG GIRL shifted wider.
Race 2	AGRC Rewards Sprint - C0 - 318	MINUTE SIXTEEN (5) was the last to leave the boxes. WILLI GAS IT (7) and EM HOLLAND (6) made contact leaving the boxes. Soon after the start IDOL EVE (3) shifted in inconveniencing MADSTONE (1) and IDOL EVE (2) who came together with these runners then continuing to make contact shifting out onto UNO MARCUS (4) and MINUTE SIXTEEN (5) who were jostling with these runners all briefly unbalanced, UNO MARCUS losing ground. Entering the first turn IDOL EVE shifted out into the line of MINUTE SIXTEEN who got on this runners heels with IDOL EVE then making contact with WILLI GAS IT who was taken wider. MINUTE SIXTEEN shifted out rounding the first turn inconveniencing UNO MARCUS who was taken wider becoming briefly unbalanced on heels.
Race 3	Hewlett Electrical Stakes - C1 - 527	ZIMMER FRAME (6) and MR. FUSS POT (8) were last to leave the boxes with FANTASTIC RICKI (5) then shifting out further inconveniencing ZIMMER FRAME. CHATEAU NEUF (2) and NANGAR GEM (3) came together soon after the start with FORTIS SLIER (4) then shifting in making solid contact with these runners with these three runners making contact on several occasions racing toward the first turn. Entering the first turn LUCKY COLLECT (7) shifted in tightening FORTIS FLIER, NANGAR GEM, CHATEAU NEUF and ZIMMER FRAME with these runners all coming together becoming unbalanced making contact with MR. FUSS POT who was also hampered.
Race 4	Stitches Upholstery Series Heat 1 - C2q - 318 Heat 1	AGENT SCHRADER (8) began awkwardly losing ground. LOOKS ALL GOOD (4) shifted in soon after the start taking EVA KANEVA (2) in onto FRANKINCENSE (1) who were both unbalanced. JUMP ON IT (6) was tightened making contact with THRILLING CARTER (5) and SPEARMINT JUJU (7) entering the first turn with JUMP ON IT losing ground. EVA KANEVA and FRANKINCENSE came together again entering the first turn with EVA KANEVA then inconvenienced by JUMP ON IT.

Race 6	Happy Birthday Shaun & Shauny Smith Stakes - C1/2 - 527	APRIL'S MY MUM (5) and GLOBAL CONQUEST (8) were slow away. PERCENTAGE GIRL (6) shifted in soon after the start inconveniencing APRIL'S MY MUM. Entering the first turn PERCENTAGE GIRL shifted in making contact with OPAWA KURU (4) who made contact with the hindquarters of GOLDEN IVY (1) who was badly unbalanced coming together with MR. MUMBLES (7). As a result OPAWA KURU became unbalanced shifting out hampering PERCENTAGE GIRL, GLOBAL CONQUEST (8) and APRIL'S MY MUM with these runners all losing ground. Entering the back straight THRILLING RIOT became awkwardly placed on the heels of MR. MUMBLES having to steady. Racing down the back straight CONTEMPORANEOUS (6) was checked losing ground when placed in restricted room. GLOBAL CONQUEST (8) was tightened having to steady entering the bend leaving the back straight. Rounding the final bend THRILLING RIOT (2) became awkwardly placed making contact with the hindquarters of MR. MUMBLES.
Race 7	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	WOBOURN ABBEY (1), SCOTT TO GO (2) and CORUBA CATE (8) were last to leave the boxes. CABELLE (3) shifted in soon after the start inconveniencing SCOTT TO GO. Racing down the back straight WOBOURNE ABBEY shifted out and MEAN AS MENA (5) shifted in with these runners tightening SCOTT TO GO who was hampered losing ground with WOBOURN ABBEY and MEAN AS MEANA then coming together. Entering the first turn WOBOURN ABBEY shifted in making solid contact with WOBOURN ABBEY who was unbalanced shifting in making contact with MEAN AS MENA with these runners then badly unbalanced losing considerable ground. MEAN AS MENA was referred to the veterinarian following this event with pain in the left lateral flexor tendon with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 8	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Sprint - C4 - 318	KIMETTO (8) was slow away. KIT AND CABOODLE (3) and GOOD RETURN (4) came together soon after the start. Entering the first turn ANIU (5) shifted in tightening GOOD RETURN and SIMPLY SAM (2) who both lost ground with ANIU then coming together with MR. JULES (10) with these runners losing momentum shifting out making contact with the hindquarters of UMAGA RAMA. Rounding the final bend MR. JULES, UMAGA RAMA, KIMETTO and ANIU all came together with theses runners all becoming unbalanced losing momentum.
Race 9	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C1 - 318	KNOCKA SLOY (3) began awkwardly losing considerable ground. Entering the first turn EKALI (2) shifted in tightening LE ROI (1) who made contact with the hindquarters of this runner with both becoming unbalanced shifting out with LURE ME IN (5) then making contact with the hindquarters of EKALI shifting out losing ground. Also checked losing ground was THAT ICE COLD (6) who lost ground going back onto BOTANY HOT SHOT (9). OUR SWIFT BUDDY (8) was also inconvenienced having to shift wider.
Race 10	Bellbird Arms Tavern Stakes - C3/4 - 527	LUCKY MAN (10) and WHO DAT BOY (7) came together soon after leaving the boxes. LET'S GO LETTIE (5) and FABIO (6) came together on several occasions soon after the start with LET'S GO LETTIE then making brief contact with RUBY MURRAY (4). Entering the first turn KITTY'S SHIRAZ (2) shifted in onto CAWBOURNE WALES (9) who was checked losing ground. WHO DAT BOY shifted out off heels rounding the first turn losing ground. Entering the back straight RUBY MURRAY and LET'S GO LETTIE were badly checked losing considerable ground after being tightened between LUCKY MAN and KITTY'S SHIRAZ. RUBY MURRAY was referred to the veterinarian following this event an injury to the left hind detected and a 42 day stand down imposed.
Race 11	Plasterboard Ltd Sprint - C4/5 - 318	SHARELLA (4) and NANGAR STAR (6) came together soon after the start with SHARELLA losing ground. TALKIN FANCY (1) and THRILLING GALAXY (2) came together racing toward the first turn losing ground.
Race 12	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C1 - 318	BARRA BOY (7) and OPAWA UNO (6) were slow away. SCOTT MY MONEY (4) and QUEEN STAR (5) came together racing down the back straight. Racing toward the first turn PLAITING PUSS (2) shifted out coming together with OPAWA UNO (6) with these runners making contact on several occasions entering the first turn. SCOTT MY MONEY and QUEEN STAR came together entering the first turn. BOTANY HOLLY (1) and QUEEN STAR came together rounding the bend losing ground. Inconvenienced shifting wider were OPAWA UNO and BARRA BOY with these runners then coming together on several occasions rounding the final bend and entering the final straight.
Race 13	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	ZOE'S FUNK (9) and MALIGNED (7) were slow away. IDOL GEE (8) shifted in leaving the boxes inconveniencing BOTANY BEV (5) and SCOTT NO LIMBS (6). BOTANY BEV then shifted out making contact with SCOTT NO LIMBS (6) who was taken out onto MALIGNED losing with BOTANY BEV then racing wide. IDOL GEE and WHAT'S UP WATTO (3) jostle for a distance racing down the back straight with WHAT'S UP WATTO losing ground entering the first turn going back onto ZOE'S FUNK with these runners losing ground. Rounding the bend LOCHINVAR BELLE (1) was tightened losing ground. WHAT'S UP WATTO and MALIGNED came together rounding the final bend becoming unbalanced inconveniencing ZOE'S FUNK. BOTANY BEV continued to race very wide throughout.
