| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295 | KNOW THANKS (4) was slow to begin. SCREW AND BOLT (2) and BELLA GRACE (3) came together at the start. SAHARA SAM (6) and SCREW AND BOLT bumped in the early stages. RAND (7) was checked by HARSESIS (8) approaching the first bend. Racing into the bend WEARS THE GOLD (1) and SAHARA SAM were tightened with both dogs losing ground. RAND was forced wider on the track by SAHARA SAM as a result. Shortly after SCREW AND BOLT checked off the heels of AIR EXPRESS (5) and HARSESIS hampering WEARS THE GOLD, SAHARA SAM and RAND. HARSESIS and SCREW AND BOLT collided early in the run home. |
| Race 2 | I Pave Concrete Dash - C3 - 295 | WOOLY WHATSIT (2) and TIMELY REMINDER (3) were slow to begin. TIMELY REMINDER and HOMEBUSH RUFUS (4) came together at the start. BARCIA EXPRESS (6) and FIERY FAGAN (7) also bumped at the start. BARCIA EXPRESS, HOMEBUSH RUFUS, TIMELY REMINDER and GORILLA ON DRUMS collided in the early stages. STRUGGLE IS REAL (1) and FIERY FAGAN came together racing into the bend resulting in FIERY FAGAN shifting outwards forcing TIMELY REMINDER, BARCIA EXPRESS and MUST DESIRE (8) wider on the track. WOOLY WHATSIT and GORILLA ON DRUMS collided rounding the bend. FIERY FAGAN and TIMELY REMINDER collided in the home straight. GORILLA ON DRUMS was examined by the Vet following the race and cleared of injury. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Pace Pick Sprint - C4 - 295 | SPEEDY RETURN (4) was slow to begin. BUMP (3) and WUNZEE (5) came together in the early stages. Racing into the bend SPEEDY RETURN, BUMP and WUNZEE collided. SPEEDY RETURN made contact with the hindquarters of CHOKEHOLD (8) shortly after. Rounding the bend COLLECTING MONEY (2) and RED MARGIN (1) came together. Further round the bend CHOKEHOLD shifted inwards checking SPEEDY RETURN, BUMP and WUNZEE. BUMP was examined by the Vet following the race and found to have skinned stopper pad with a 7 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 4 | Hampden Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295 | REPLAY (6) and THUNDER STORM (7) were slow to begin. TERRA MONDO (2) was checked by GOLDSTAR BOMBER (3) racing along the back straight with TERRA MONDO losing momentum. Racing into the bend GOLDSTAR BOMBER, REPLAY and THUNDER STORM came together. TERRA MONDO and THUNDER STORM collided leaving the bend. |
| Race 5 | Zebidiah At Stud Stakes - C3 - 520 | ALEX RUMBLE (8) was slow to begin. OPAWA VAL (6) and RUSHCUTER ACTION (7) collided at the start. OPAWA ROCKY (1) was checked by JINJA JAFFA (3) racing into the first bend and lost ground. OPAWA VAL and ALEX RUMBLE came together racing into the back straight. CAN'T CATCH TIM (5) was checked by RAEWYN (4) leaving the back straight. ESTER ACTION (2) checked off the heels of JINJA JAFFA rounding the final bend. |
| Race 6 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C4 - 295 | RAPAKI KATH (5) and MAGIC MIKE (6) came together at the start. OPAWA OPAL (3) was turned outwards by GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (4) in the early stages before becoming unbalanced after being checked by the trailing MAGIC MIKE. OPAWA OPAL, GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE and MAGIC MIKE collided racing into the bend. Shortly after MAGIC MIKE was placed in restricted room by HOMEBUSH PAIGE and made contact with the running rail. OPAWA OPAL and MAGIC MIKE were examined by the Vet following the race and cleared of injury. |
| Race 7 | Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C4/5 - 295 | PAPERBOND (2) and SWIMMING GOAT (3) collided at the start. OM NOM NOM (5) and ABOUT TOWN (6) were tightened between DYNA QUIRK (4) and TECHNIC (7) racing into the first bend with both OM NOM NOM and ABOUT TOWN losing ground. TECHNIC was dragged down by ARBRE CHENE rounding the bend with both dogs losing momentum. TECHNIC checked outwards in the early stages of the home straight to avoid the heels of DYNA QUIRK which had shifted up the track in search of clear running. TECHNIC was examined by the Vet following the race and cleared of injury. |
| Race 8 | Angler's Arm's Tavern Stakes - C4/5 - 520 | LEKTRA CONCORD (4), ACE BALE (5) and EBERT BALE (6) collided in the early stages. DREAM COLLECTOR (1) was checked by EBERT BALE racing into the first bend with LEKTRA CONCORD and ACE BALE being forced wider on the track. DREAM COLLECTOR checked off the heels of LEKTRA CONCORD racing into the back straight and lost ground. TRUST ISSUES (7) and DAD'S AMBITION (8) came together at the end of the back straight. DAD'S AMBITION was checked between LEKTRA CONCORD and TRUST ISSUES rounding the final bend. EBERT BALE and KNOW STYLE collided rounding the final bend with EBERT BALE losing momentum. DAD'S AMBITION and ACE BALE came together leaving the final bend. EBERT BALE checked off the heels of KNOW STYLE in the home straight hampering DREAM COLLECTOR and LEKTRA CONCORD. |

MICKEY TEE (1) and OHOKA BILLY were awkwardly placed to the rear of OPAWA ROCKET (2) racing along the back straight. Racing into the bend MICKEY TEE, OHOKA BILLY, BLACK CROW and PUMA PANTS (6) collided. OPAWA O'GRADY (3) and KNOW SCHOLAR (4) came together at the start. OPAWA O'GRADY, KNOW SCHOLAR and FEKITOA (7) collided racing into the first bend with the trailing GOLDSTAR AVERY (1) and KNOW DECISION being forced wide on the track. OPAWA O'GRADY and FEKITOA came together rounding the first bend. ANOTHER MESSAGE (5) was tightened between ARCTIC ACTION (6) and GOLDSTAR PO (2) rounding the first bend. KNOW SCHOLAR checked off the heels of FEKITOA entering the back straight and lost ground. ANOTHER MESSAGE and FEKITOA came together leaving the final bend. |
