MUMBLES losing ground. THRILLING GALAXY and BRITNEY STAR then continued to make contact racing down the back straight with BRITNEY STAR losing ground. THRILLING GALAXY, LITTLE DREAMS and BELCROFT BANKER (1)then came together for a distance racing into the first turn with these runners unbalanced losing ground and shifting out. BRITNEY STAR and MR. MUMBLES came together entering the first turn with these runners then inconvenienced having to shift out off heels. CALAMITY FREE (6) shifted out off heels rounding the bend briefly inconveniencing KIT AND CABOODLE (8). |
| Race 2 | AGRC Rewards Sprint - C1 - 318 | G Clark was issued with a warning under Rule 71.2 for being late to collect VEE VEERY LOVELY for this event. JACQUI ATTACK (1) and SCOTT TO GO (5) were last to leave the boxes with JACQUI ATTACK then further inconvenienced when ROMAN ACTION (2) shifted in. TINY GREY (6) shifted in slightly racing into the first turn inconveniencing VEE VEERY LOVELY (3) who lost ground. Entering first turn ROMAN ACTION, VEE VEERY LOVELY, MALIGNED (4), SCOTT TO GO (5) and SCOTT THE LOOKS (8) all came together and were hampered losing ground with ZULU MERCEDES (7) also shifting in making contact with these runners. Also inconvenienced as a result was JACQUI ATTACK who had to steady and shift wide. |
| Race 3 | The Rock FM Gimme Hot Chips Sprint - C0 - 318 | HANAO (2), ROCKY MCAWESOME (4) and MINUTE SIXTEEN (5) were slow away. HOT STAR (6) and GIMME HOT CHIPS (7) came together leaving the boxes with these runners then badly hampered soon after the start when MADSTONE (3) shifted out abruptly making contact with these runners with GIMME HOT CHIPS then shifting out into the line of LOCHA KNOCKA (8) who was inconvenienced shifting in across this runners heels. Racing down the back straight LOCHA KNOCKA shifted in abruptly making solid contact with HOT STAR (6), ROCKY MCAWESOME, HANAO and CYNDI ACTION (1) with these runners all hampered. CYNDI ACTION and LOCHA KNOCKA then continued to make contact entering the first turn with these runners losing ground inconveniencing HANAO, ROCKY MCAWESOME, MINUTE SIXTEEN and HOT STAR. LOCHA KNOCKA continued to attempt to shift in rounding the bend making contact with HANAO for a distance with HANAO losing ground. |
| Race 4 | Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C3 - 318 | MR. JULES (2) was slow away. WAERENGA STAR (7) shifted in soon after the start inconveniencing PAT NOT PLAIT (6) and HAYLEY HOLT (5). MULTI CHASER (1), SKYLER WHITE (3) and ATOONGA AIR (8) came together for a distance racing down the back straight with MULTI CHASER and SKYLER WHITE badly hampered losing ground entering the first turn with SKYLER WHITE going back making contact with MKR. JULES. Rounding the first turn NO MORE DEBT (4) and WAERENGA STAR came together for several strides with these runners losing momentum. As a result HAYLEY HOLT shifted out off heels inconveniencing PAT NOT PLAIT. Rounding the final bend PAT NOT PLAIT became awkwardly placed to the inside of WAERENGA STAR with PAT NOT PLAIT shifting out making solid contact with this runners hindquarters losing ground. |
| Race 5 | Stitches Upholstery Stakes - C1 - 527 | MR. FUSS POT (4) and LUCKY COLLECT (9) came together soon after the start. CRYING IN VEGAS (5) and ZALIA (6) came together racing toward the first turn. LUCKY COLLECT (favourite) was tightened losing ground racing into the back straight with LUCKY COLLECT then losing contact with the field with a post race veterinary examination revealing an injury to the left gracilis with a 42 day stand down imposed. |
| Race 6 | Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C4 - 318 | TEE KAY YAPPER (1) was slow away. HALLO STAR (4) shifted in leaving the boxes inconveniencing POWDER JACK (3). SANDOR GLEGANE (2) shifted in entering the first turn tightening POWDER JACK who was checked losing ground. HALLO STAR and ANUI (5) came together rounding the first turn with these runners shifting out inconveniencing GOOD RETURN (6) who was tightened losing ground. Rounding the bend POWDER JACK was tightened losing ground inconveniencing TEE KAY YAPPER. POWDER JACK was referred to the veterinarian following this event with no abnormality detected. |
| Race 7 | Hewlett Electrical Stakes - C2 - 527 | ELECTRIC IMPULSE (2) and CALYPSO STAR (8) were slow away. LOCHINVAR BELLE (1) and JINJALESS (3) came together racing toward the first turn with LOCHINVAR BELLE then losing ground inconveniencing ELECTRIC IMPULSE who tightened YOU'RE SO FREE (6) onto KITTY'S SHIRAZ (7), who had shifted in, with YOU'RE SO FREE losing ground. ELECTRIC IMPULSE shifted out off heels rounding the final bend. |
| Race 8 | Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C2 - 318 | COOKIE MONSTER (5) and CASUAL SLIPPER (7) were slow away. OPAWA UNO (6) shifted in soon after the start making contact with SCOTT MY MONEY (3) for a distance before coming together with CYCLONE LUSI (2) with these runners making contact on several occasions racing toward the first turn. WAIRIO DEE JAY (4) and DIVA POSE (8) came together and jostled for a distance with these runners shifting in entering the first turn making solid contact with SCOTT MY MONEY who was taken in onto CASUAL SLIPPER with SCOTT MY MONEY, WAIRIO DEE JAY and CASUAL SLIPPER all badly hampered losing ground. Rounding the first turn OPAWA UNO shifted in into the line of SONIC ATTACK (1) who was hampered shifting out across this runners hindquarters into the line of DIVA POSE who was also inconvenienced. CYCLONE LUSI was showing signs of lameness following this event with a post race veterinary examination revealing an injury to the right fore with a 42 day stand down imposed. |

NEW LOOK, ZIMMER FRAME (5) and LOCHINVAR MAINE (6) came together racing toward the first turn with MISS VELOCETTE (8) then shifting in coming together with LOCHINVAR MAINE. CAWBORNE WALES and LUCKY MAN (4) made solid contact rounding the first turn with CAWBOURNE WALES losing ground. NEW LOOK and ZIMMER FRAME came together entering the final straight. |
| Race 10 | DogZone Sprint - C5 - 318 | BRIGHT STAR (5) and NANGAR STAR (6) made brief contact soon after the start. SUBIC BAY (8) shifted in abruptly racing down the back straight inconveniencing BAYMAX (7) then made solid contact with BRIGHT STAR on several occasions with SUBIC BAY continuing to shift in entering the first turn taking BRIGHT STAR in hampering WILD EFFECTIVE (1),SIMPLY SAM (4) and SPEEDY BEAT (3) who made contact with the running rail with SPEEDY BEAT, SIMPLY SAM and BRIGHT STAR all losing ground. SUBIC BAY then continued to shift in rounding the bend making contact with WILD EFFECTIVE with these runners jostling for several strides with SUBIC BAY then losing ground. SPEEDY BEAT and SUBIC BAY came together for several strides in the final straight. SPEEDY BEAT, BRIGHT STAR and SUBIC BAY were all referred to the veterinarian following this event with no abnormalities detected. |

SCOTT NO ODDS (6) checked off heels entering the first turn. JUMP ON IT (1) and TONGARIRO (9) came together rounding the first turn with JUMP ON IT checked losing ground. THRILLING CARTER (2) raced wide throughout. |
| Race 12 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318 | STAINLESS KNOCKA (2), ON DEMAND (5) and SCOTT NO LIMBS (8) were slow away with ON DEMAND then shifting in making contact with the hindquarters of LE ROI (4) then continuing to shift in onto the hindquarters of STAINLESS KNOCKA. ASTA (3) and LE ROI came together and jostled for a distance racing into the first turn with LE ROI losing ground coming together with KRACK IT (7) who lost ground coming together with SCOTT NO LIMBS. Entering the first turn MORE SALT NEEDED (6) shifted in making solid contact with STAINLESS KNOCKA with these runners unbalanced losing ground with ON DEMAND inconvenienced shifting wider as a result. ON DEMAND and KRACK IT came together rounding the bend. LE ROI and SCOTT NO LIMBS came together rounding the final bend with LE ROI shifting out taking SCOTT NO LIMBS and ON DEMAND very wide on the track. |
