Judicial report: SPRINGVALE HARRY was examined by the veterinarian and is cleared of any injury under Rule 81.6. Following an incident April 28 2016 Mr Roper was issued with a warning letter.

Race 1	DogZone Sprint - C1 - 318	CAWBOURN HINT (9) was slow away. BOTANY BEV (3) shifted out leaving the boxes making contact with the hindquarters of SCOTT SOME TICKA (4) then continued to shift out making contact with SAVED BY LOVE (6) for several strides. MISS BUNNYTHORPE (2) and SCOTT SOME TICKA made contact on several occasions racing down the back straight. SAVED BY LOVE and SCOTT SOME TICKA came together entering the first turn. MISS BUNNYTHORPE shifting in racing into the first turn becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail then shifted out hampering SCOTT SOME TICKA, SAVED BY LOVE and TEPIRITA AMBER with MISS BUNNYTHORPE then losing ground quickly inconveniencing CAWBOURNE HINT. TEPIRITA AMBER and CAWBOURNE HINT came together for a distance rounding the bend with these runners making contact with SCOTT SOME TICKA. BOTANY BEV raced wide throughout. MISS BUNNYTHORPE was referred to the veterinarian for assessment with no abnormality detected.
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	HANAO (1) and MINUTE SIXTEEN (4) were last to leave the boxes. CYNDI ACTION (5) shifted in leaving the boxes inconveniencing TEN FEET TALL (3).HOT STAR (6) and MISS SHELLAC (7) came together for several strides soon after the start. HANAO (1) and TEN FEET TALL made solid contact for several strides racing toward the first turn with both runners unbalanced losing ground. HOT STAR shifted in entering the first turn hampering CYNDI ACTION who lost ground with HOT STAR then making contact with ON DEMAND (2) with these runners further tightened by MISS SHELLAC which shifted in making contact with these runners with these runners losing momentum. As a result IDOL EVE (9) improved onto the heels of MISS SHELLAC with these runners both badly unbalanced with IDOL EVE then falling. HANAO and TEN FEET TALL came together rounding the bend. IDOL EVE regained its footing to finish the event some distance from the field with a post race veterinary examination revealing no abnormality. MISS SHELLAC was referred to the veterinarian and found to have metatarsal pain with a 21 day stand down imposed. HANAO underwent a post race veterinary examination with no abnormality detected.
Race 3	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318	SANDOR GLEGANE (3) was slow away. BAYMAX (4) and BELCROFT BANKER (5) came together soon after the start with BELCROFT BANKER then shifting out slightly making contact with MULTI CHASER (9). Entering the first turn BAYMAX shifted out making solid contact with MELMAN (7) for several strides with these runners losing momentum. THUNDERATION (8) then shifted in into the line of these runners with MELMAN getting on the heels of THUNDERATION with these runners both unbalanced losing ground. Also checked as a result were BELCROFT BANKER and MULTI CHASER.
Race 4	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C1 - 318	WOBOURN ABBEY (2) and SCOTT NO LIMBS (4) were slow away. SNIGGLEPUSS (3), LE ROI (5), MALIGNED (6) and JACK MCCOY (7) came together soon after the start with MALIGNED losing ground. MALIGNED, SCOTT NO LIMBS and WOBOURN ABBEY came together racing down the back straight. SNIGGLEPUSS and LE ROI came together racing toward the first turn. Entering the first turn JACK MCCOY shifted in abruptly hampering SCOTT NO LIMBS who lost ground Also checked as a result were WOBOURN ABBEY, MALIGNED and BIGTIME RUNNINGS (8). WOBOURN ABBEY and MALIGNED came together rounding the bend. Rounding the final bend SNIGGLEPUSS shifted out across the heels of LE ROI losing ground. WOBOURN ABBEY and SNIGGLEPUSS came together over the concluding stages. .
Race 5	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Stakes - C1/2 - 527	CRYING IN VEGAS (6) made contact with the hindquarters of CAWBOURNE GABLE (5) leaving the boxes losing ground. THRILLING RIOT (2) had to steady and shift out off the heels of CAWBOURNE GABLE entering the first turn. CALYPSO STAR (1), CAWBOURNE GABLE and CRYING IN VEGAS came together rounding the first turn. CALYPSO STAR and THRILLING RIOT came together entering the final straight with CALYPSO STAR then shifting in placing LUCKY COLLECT (7) and ELECTRIC IMPULSE (8) in restricted room for a distance.
Race 6	MTA Gift Vouchers Sprint - C2 - 318	JUMP ON IT (2) and COOKIE MONSTER (3) were last to leave the boxes and were then tightened coming together with SCOTT MY MONEY (1) which shifted out. SPRITE ON TIME (7) and OPAWA UNO (8) made solid contact soon after the start with both runners unbalanced with SPRITE ON TIME losing ground. OPAWA UNO shifted out entering the final straight inconveniencing COOKIE MONSTER who made contact with this runners hindquarters.
Race 7	Congratulations Kitty's Thunder 100 winners Stakes - C1/2 - 527	Racing toward the first turn FORTIS FLIER (4) shifted in tightening LOCHINVAR MAINE (2) which was checked. Entering the first turn FANTASTIC RICKI (8) shifted in causing tightening to runners inside with CAWBOURNE WALES (6), JINJALESS (5), MONTANA (3) and BORIS (1) coming together losing ground. It was noted the lure was closer than the required distance to the leading dog over the concluding stages of this event. After reviewing the footage Stewards were satisfied under Rule 75.1 that as a consequence of this variance no Greyhound has been substantially inconvenienced. The Lure Driver was shown the films and spoken to.
Race 8	Trophies Plus Sprint - C2/3 - 318	MISS VELOCETTE (6) shifted in leaving the boxes making contact with the hindquarters of NO MORE DEBT (3) soon after. DON'T BRAG (7) and DRURY (8) came together for several strides soon after leaving the boxes. Entering the first turn PAT NOT PLAIT and NO MORE DEBT (3) came together with NO MORE DEBT then shifting wider and PAT NOT PLAIT losing ground inconveniencing MYRNIONG GIRL (1) who briefly steadied. PAT NOT PLAIT (2) and CYCLONE LUSI (5) came together rounding the bend. NO MORE DEBT (3) and CYCLONE LUSI came together entering the final straight and continued to make contact for a distance in the final straight.
Race 9	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C4/5 - 318	EFFECTIVE POWER (5) and KIT AND CABOODLE (6) came together for a distance soon after the start. BECOMING PAW (7) and NANGAR STAR (8) came together soon after the start with BECOMING PAW then shifting in making contact with KIT AND CABOODLE racing down the back straight. EFFECTIVE POWER and KIT AND CABOODLE came together entering the first turn. VON TRAPP (2) was placed in restricted room for a distance rounding the bend to the inside of WILD EFFECTIVE with VON TRAPP then shifting out across the heels of WILD EFFECTIVE (4) making contact with NANGAR STAR. Also inconvenienced as a result was EFFECTIVE POWER who had to steady. MACJAM (1) and EFFECTIVE POWER came together entering the final straight. WILD EFFECTIVE and NANGAR STAR came together in the final straight.
Race 10	Stitches Upholstery Stakes - C1 - 527	CHATEAU NEUF (5) angled in racing toward the first turn dictating runners inside inwards with PERCENTAGE GIRL (4), JINJA MIA (3), YOU'RE SO FREE (2) and MR. FUSS POT (1) all tightened coming together with MR. FUSS POT becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail losing ground and YOU'RE SO FREE checked shifting wider losing ground. OPAWA SPICE (6) and CHATEAU NEUF came together rounding the first turn. MR. FUSS POT was referred to the veterinarian with no abnormality detected.
Race 11	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C3/4 - 527	EVA KANEVA (4) shifted out leaving the boxes hampering GLOBAL CONQUEST (5) and FABIO (6). Entering the first turn MELHAM (7) shifted in inconveniencing EVA KANEVA. UMAGA RAMA (3) tired over the concluding stages with a veterinary examination revealing no abnormality.
Race 12	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C4/5 - 318	SUBIC BAY (6) and STYLISH FANCY (7) came together leaving the boxes with STYLISH FANCY losing ground. SIMPLY SAM (1) and SPEEDY BEAT (3) came together for a distance racing down the back straight. ZIPPING STEVE (2) shifted out racing down he back straight making contact with GUMBALANYA (5) who then made contact with the hindquarters of SUBIC BAY losing ground. SIMPLY SAM had to steady off heels rounding the bend inconveniencing ZIPPING STEVE and SHARELLA (8). BRIGHT STAR (4) was tightened for several strides in the final straight.
Race 13	Lochinvar Marlow Sprint - C2/3 - 318	GO ANDWYN (1) was slow away. AFRICAN PRINCESS (8) and WAIRIO DEE JAY (9) came together leaving the boxes. OPAWA POPPY (3) and SKYLER WHITE (4) came together soon after the start with these runners then further hampered when WAERENGA STAR (5) shifted in making contact with these runners with SKYLER WHITE losing ground. OPAWA POPPY and WAERENGA STAR then came together and jostled for a distance with these runners becoming unbalanced losing ground racing into the first turn inconveniencing SIMPLY YETI (2) and AFRICAN PRINCESS. GO ANDWYN and SKYLER WHITE came together rounding the first turn with these runners becoming unbalanced losing ground. Rounding the bend GO ANDWYN shifted out across the heels of SKYLER WHITE. SIMPLY YETI and WAIRIO DEE JAY (9) made solid contact on several occasions rounding the final bend with these runners both unbalanced with SIMPLY YETI stumbling early in the final straight losing ground. A post race veterinary examination of SIMPLY YETI revealed a laceration to the left wrist with a 7 day stand down imposed.
