Track: Good The track was well presented throughout the day. A problem was encountered with the infield semaphore board and electronic timing over the early part of the meeting with this issue being address by the Club.

Judicial report: M Black (Handler of HANAO) was fined $50 under Rule 71.4 for failing to arrange for another handler to be in attendance at the catching area prior to the commencement of Race 2.

Race 1	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C2 - 375	BILL RUSH (7) was slow to jump. THRILLING CARTER (5) lost ground entering the first turn when FRANKINCENSE (3) shifted out of the heels of CRYING IN VEGAS (6), with FRANKINCENSE also losing ground after contacting AGENT SCHRADER (8). FRANKINCENSE then shifted wide when at the rear entering the home straight after checking off the back of THRILLING CARTER.
Race 2	Couplands Dog Biscuits Sprint - C0 - 375	MADSTONE (4) shifted out on jumping making contact with FASHION'S FANCY (5). MY FRIEND MIKE (2) was checked and lost ground entering the first turn when UNO MARCUS (3) shifted down to the rail. FASHION'S FANCY was hampered shortly after when MADSTONE checked out off the back of MY FRIEND MIKE. FASHION'S FANCY ran wide entering the home straight.
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C1 - 375	LOCHINVAR MAINE (6) and KNOCKA SLOY (7) made contact shortly after jumping. Rounding the turn RUBEUS HAGRID eased noticeably when leading and went back on TRINITY FLIGHT (4), FABRELEE (1) and SCOTT NO VALUE (5) which were all checked, with RUBEUS HAGRID losing all chance. RUBEUS HAGRID underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormality. REBEUS HAGRID was subsequently stood down under Rule 79.1b for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure in this incident. An investigation was held into the manner in which TRINITY FLIGHT (4) reacted to REBEUS HAGRID easing and shifting down the track rounding the turn. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions from trainer I George, the connections of TRINITY FLIGHT were given the benefit of the doubt and no further action was taken other than to advise Mr George that the racing manners of TRINITY FLIGHT would be closely monitored in its future racing. TRINITY FLIGHT underwent a Veterinary examination following this event which revealed a wound to the inside of the left hind with a 7 day stand down imposed.
Race 4	Palamountains Nutrition Stakes - C1 - 457	TEEFONIC (3) and MR. FUSSPOT (4) came together shortly after the start. TEEFONIC had to check off the back off LOCHINVAR (2) on the home turn.
Race 5	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 375	UNBROKEN (6) shifted in on jumping forcing STYLISH FANCY (5) down onto HALLO STAR for several strides. SIMPLY SAM (8) angled in approaching the first turn which dictated MELMAN (7) down onto UNBROKEN, HALLO STAR and TALKIN FANCY (3), which was forced down onto ANIU (1). HALLO STAR and UNBROKEN were the worst affected in this incident.
Race 6	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C3 - 375	ROTOVEGAS RARA (2) was difficult to load and will be boxed first in future racing. SIMPLY YETI (5) shifted in early forcing LUCKY MAN (4) down onto NEW LOOK (3) and ROTOVEGAS RARA (2), with LUCKY MAN and NEW LOOK both losing ground. WHO ROCKS (6) was checked entering the first turn when FRESCO STAR (7) shifted in. BIGTIME DASHER (1) lost ground rounding the turn when having to firstly check off the heels of EVA KANEVA (8) and then SIMPLY YETI (5), when that runner shifted down to the rail. ROTOVEGAS RARA lost ground when appearing to falter on the final turn and referred to the Vet for assessment which revealed no abnormality. A post race veterinary examination of FRESCO STAR revealed a laceration to the near forearm with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	ANGVELLA (5) shifted in early after jumping well and contacted SPEED LORDE (1) for several strides. MACJAM (6) lost ground entering the first turn when racing to the outside of ANGVELLA and hampered NANGAR STAR (4) for a stride. SUBIC BAY (2) shifted out abruptly across the heels of SPEED LORDE and ANGVELLA on the final turn checking NANGAR STAR, which was forced wider.
Race 8	Hautapu Veterinary Services Sprint - C1 - 375	JUST ABOUT READY (5) was checked entering the first turn when ARMISTICE DAY (6) shifted in. ARMISTICE DAY then continued to shift in, when racing to the inside of SCOTT THE LOOKS (8), forcing CONTEMPORANEOUS (3) down onto CORUBA CATE (2) which was checked and lost considerable ground. CONTEMPORANEOUS also lost ground in this incident.
Race 9	DogZone Stakes - C4 - 457	DR. ROBBIE (5) was slow to jump. BUSTER BLUTH (7) and ACAMAS (8) came together briefly shortly after the start. STINGER (1) stumbled for a stride entering the first turn. DR. ROBBIE was referred to the Vet for assessment after appearing lame on pulling up which revealed a strained right hip support muscle with a 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 10	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Stakes - C3 - 457	KINLOCH OSTI (6) was slow early. MYRINONG GIRL (8) shifted in entering the first turn forcing KINLOCH OSTI down onto KNUCKLE BUMP (5), which was turned sideways, with KINLOCH OSTI being badly checked and falling. KINLOCH OSTI was referred to the Vet for assessment which revealed a strained right wrist with a 14 day stand down imposed. ROCKY BOY (2) lost considerable ground rounding the turn after appearing to falter. A subsequent veterinary examination of ROCKY BOY revealed a torn left gracilis with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 11	Box1 Gold Stakes - C1/2 - 457	ZIPPING SONIA (9 - Box 5) shifted out shortly after the start, after having made slight contact with LUCKY COLLECT (3), and forced THRILLING RIOT (6) out onto JINJALESS (8).
