Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition. All other equipment operated well through out.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: PEEJAY PRINGLES ( G & J Clarke ) was re-presented rule 79.4 and was found to have injuries consistent with the Vet check on Wednesday the 20-4-2016 the stand down under rule 79.1b stands.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	Soon after the start ASTERIA and HOMEBUSH OLIVE bumped a couple of strides on THUNDERATION ( fav ) after missing the start slightly ran out across the heels of HOMEBUSH DODGER running in to the hind of HOMEBUSH OLIVE catching her heels and going back to the rear. THUNDERATION took some strides to get re balanced and attempted to make ground along the inner nearing the home bend but was unable to get back in to contention finishing towards the rear at the line. THUNDERATION was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 2	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	MAGIC DANDY missed the jump by a couple of lengths he recovered quickly in to stride to race up along the inner in to midfield as they race on to the bend and only battled there after finishing amongst the beaten runners at the line. HOMEBUSH GINGER raced out wide across the top bend being widest in to the home straight finishing in last placing at the line.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C2 - C2 - 520	RED EXPRESS ( fav ) was only fairly away from box 4 and was checked soon after as ARCANE RAMPAGE raced across bumping in to him. Racing in to the bend on the first occasion ALAMEIN JAH angled in between runners across the heels of OPAWA SPICE and the face of RED EXPRESS,ALAMEIN JAH ran in on to the shoulder of BUSINESS REVIEW who was pushed on to FILANTE who made contact with the rail. RED EXPRESS was forced to race wide in to the first bend, soon after was able to gain a run between OPAWA SPICE and FREDDY BEDROCK where he made good ground to chase the tearaway leader BIGTIME RANSON, RED EXPRESS was able to finish stronger in the run home to run past BIGTIME RANSON in the latter stages. Racing near the lead around the first bend FREDDY BEDROCK struck interference when galloping up on to the hind of OPAWA SPICE. FILANTE was referred to the vet where he was found to have bruising left lateral hind leg a 5 days stand down was recommended.
Race 4	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	In the run to the first bend there was bumping and jostling to AZURE DREAMS, NUI MAGIC, ( fav ) CAWBOURNE NEVADA and ANOTHER KEY as BIGTIME MOOLA angled across with all these runners being hampered for some strides. ALAMEIN DUKE raced widest on to the top bend attempting to make ground from the rear. BIGTIME MOOLA after earlier trouble raced wide towards and in to the home straight finishing in to 4th placing at the line.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C3 - C3 - 305	In the run to the first bend there was bumping and jostling as OPAWA JACKIE box 6 raced across on to VENGA GUAPA forcing this runner inwards for a couple of strides where VENGA GUAPA went back a length hampering CHAIMBO ,outside these runners PACIFIC VIBE angled across on to MISS MOHAWK as AFRICAN PRINCESS from box 8 angled in on to PACIFIC VIBE and became unbalanced for a few strides. VENGA GUAPA, CHAIMBO, MISS MOHAWK, PACIFIC VIBE and AFRICAN PRINCESS all suffered checks losing momentum for some strides allowing DOWNGRADE KING, BRILLIANT AVA and OPAWA JACKIE to get away from these runners across the top bend. AFRICAN PRINCESS was unable to make ground after the earlier interference finishing several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet at the Trainers request and was found to have a cut to the front lateral metacarpal opening and old wound a 14 day stand down was recommended.
Race 6	HAYDEN PATTON & JODIE NIELSEN FOREVER C3 - C3 - 305	All clear
Race 7	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS Wanganui Distance Heats (Group 1) - C2dq - 755 Heat 1	Nearing the home turn CAN'T CATCH TIM was hampered for a couple of strides as SHANDELL racing up on his outer angled inwards.
Race 8	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS Wanganui Distance Heats (Group 1) - C2dq - 755 Heat 2	WILLIS from box 6 raced wide on the first round ,racing along the back straight on the second occasion WILLIS improved up on the outer towards the leaders, he drifted back towards the rear nearing the home turn and finished several lengths in the rear at the line . On pulling up to the lure WILLIS appeared to be slightly lame and was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have bruising on the left medial thigh a 7 day stand down was recommended.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	Soon after the start SEDGEBROOK BABE came out as FREEDOM FLYER raced across with both dogs coming together. ANGIE ZARR box 2 was last away ,she soon raced up in to the body of the field and clipped the heels of ALL IN BERLIN was pushed in across the face of ANGIE ZARR as VITO BAXTER angled inwards . ANGIE ZARR stumbled going down on her nose losing momentum and ground to be last in the running and was unable to improve there after. ANGIE ZARR was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	GRAND LEGACY was bumped and hampered for a stride or so in to the bend on the first occasion as he ran in to the hind of NITRO MARY. GRAND LEGACY lost momentum as he checked off the heels of NITRO MARY and was unable to get in to contention there after finishing in midfield at the line.
Race 11	AON CPF C4 - C4 - 305	Racing towards the first bend SEDGEBROOK MAGIC angled in off the heels of SECOND TIME bumping GET READY FREDDY who made slight contact with the rail at this point. Wider out racing in to the bend SECOND TIME ran outwards forcing INCREASING wide with MAKING TIME in behind having come out over heels forcing NERO wide on to the top bend. NERO lost momentum racing wide there after covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in last placing at the line. GET READY FREDDY was referred to the vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	Racing away from the start EFFECTIVE POWER angled across forcing DREAMZONE in on to TONGARIRO and BRITNEY STAR pushing across on to CAWBOURNE GIL, this was compounded by ONE BROKE GIRL from box 8 raced across colliding with EFFECTIVE POWER resulting in all these runners being checked further. As these runners sorted themselves out CAWBOURNE GIL angled across towards the rail bumping BIGTIME REIGN several times checking this runner back off heels to the rear.
