CAITLIN BLUEBLOOD (7) shifted sharply inwards at the jump dictating CHARLIE RUNKEL (6) downwards checking WILLY BE BEST and tightening KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD (4). OBEYANCE (1) ran outwards from the start checking SMASH FIRE (10/3). In the run to the turn CHARLIE RUNKEL ran inwards clipping the rear of KAYLAH BLUEBLOOD with the trailing HOMEBUSH BAILEY (2) checked. Into the turn WILLY BE BEST ran outwards checking HOMEBUSH BAILEY. |
| Race 2 | ASCOT PARK CONSORTIUM - C0 - 457 | NARITI (3) and RHINEGOLDE (4) were tightened and lost ground as OCTAGONS GHOST (2) ran outwards. In the run to the turn ROOKIE RACER (6) checked outwards off the heels of RHINEGOLDE and checked HARLEQUIN PARADE (7). Into the turn OCTAGONS GHOST, RHINEGOLDE and ROOKIE RACER all bumped and were further tightened when HARLEQUIN PARADE crossed over on the turn. Into the straight OPAWA BUCKS (10/1) shifted ground outwards checking HARLEQUIN PARADE. After the race a veterinary check of NARITI revealed a left hind toe injury with a 14 day stand down recommended. |

| Race 4 | MR WHIPPY SOUTHLAND - C1 - 390 | BHUJA (5) and CAWBOURNE DOTTY (8) were slow to jump. Into the turn DEFINITE (7) ran inwards dictating GLORY HOG (6) in with the trailing BHUJA tightened. On the turn CAWBOURNE DOTTY shifted ground inwards with NO BRO (4) checked and losing momentum. |

In the run to the turn CAWBOURNE PATTY and ANOTHER FAN (6) were tightened between OPAWA CRIUSADE (7) and AIR EXPRESS (3). Into the turn LOTS OF BEERSIES (2) shifted ground outwards off the heels of OPAWA CRUSADE tightening CAWBOURNE PATTY and checking AIR EXPRESS. Also into the turn HARSESIS crossed and ANOTHER FAN (6) was badly checked being turned sideways and losing all chance. |
| Race 7 | CONGRATULATIONS FORBIDDEN FRUIT - C2 - 390 | SPEEDY RETURN (6), ALL ABOUT ECHO (7) and SHAKAYLA ROSE (9/5) were slow to jump. From the jump ANOTHER JAMIE (8) ran inwards checking SPEEDY RETURN and dictating SHAKAYLA ROSE inwards. SUBTERFUGE (4) and ANOTHER JAMIE then bumped with both dogs losing momentum. In the run to the turn OPAWA EXPRESS (1) ran outwards checking SPEEDY RETURN. Into the turn SPEEDY RETURN ran inwards tightening SHAKAYLA ROSE and ANOTHER JAMIE crossed and badly checked OPAWA EXPRESS who lost ground. ALL ABOUT ECHO and SHAKAYLA ROSE ran wide on the bend losing ground. |
| Race 8 | Les McLeod Memorial Final - R/Af - 457 | OPAWA KEVIN (2) began awkwardly and lost momentum. In the run to the turn HOMEBUSH HOWARD (3) shifted ground inwards and bumped OPAWA NORRIS (1) who fell heavily and lost all chance to finish well back. Into the turn OPAWA KNOCKA (5) shifted ground inwards severely tightening HOMEBUSH HOWARD who struck the running rail and was then hit from behind by the trailing ALEX RUMBLE (4) who stumbled and in turn was clipped from behind by HOMEBUSH GRU (7) and then turned sideways before both dogs ran wide on the track and lost all chance. After the race OPAWA NORRIS and HOMEBUSH HOWARD were subject to veterinary checks which revealed no injury to OPAWA NORRIS but a laceration and muscle tear to the left thigh of HOMEBUSH HOWARD with a 28 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 9 | SGRC $26 FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES - C2/3 - 457 | From the jump CHOKEHOLD (8) ran inwards tightening WHAT I LIKE (7). In the run to the turn the field came together with LUMINARY (2), IZZEY BALE (3) and JINJA JAFFA (4) all tightened and losing ground. Into the turn CHOKEHOLD ran inwards tightening DAD'S AMBITION (5) with the trailing LUMINARY held up. On the turn JON SNOW LIVES (1) and ROADWORKS (6) bumped with LUMINARY forced to run outwards and wide. Further into the turn WHAT I LIKE shifted downwards checking ROADWORKS. |
