| Race 1 | Happy Birthday Barbara Craik Sprint - C2 - 375 | COOKIE MONSTER (4) and SPRINGVALE HARRY (8) were slow away. COOKIE MONSTER made contact with the hindquarters of RASSO (3) soon after the start. LADY JANE (6) and PRAIRIE KACHINA (7) came together racing toward the first turn. Racing into the first turn COOKIE MONSTER shifted in making contact with RASSO who was taken in onto SPINEL (1) who was checked with these three runners losing ground. LADY JANE was tightened losing ground rounding the bend. COOKIE MONSTER and LADY JANE made brief contact rounding the final bend with LADY JANE then shifting wide briefly inconveniencing SPINEL. |
| Race 2 | Couplands Dog Biscuits Sprint - C1 - 375 | ZIPPING SONIA (4), CORUBA CATE (5) and JINJA MIA (8) were last to leave the boxes with ZIPPING SONIA and CORUBA CATE then coming together soon after the start. Entering the first turn DIVA POSE (6) angled in making contact with ZIPPING SONIA. ZULU MERCEDES (7) and JINJA MIA came together rounding the first turn losing momentum and shifting wider. ZIPPING SONIA and DIVA POSE came together on several occasions rounding the bend with these runners both unbalanced with ZIPPING SONIA losing considerable ground. CORUBA CATE raced wide throughout. |
| Race 3 | DogZone Sprint - C3 - 375 | THRILLING CARTER (8) was slow away. CRYING IN VEGAS (2) and MELMAN (3) came together soon after the start. BORIS (4) and SIMPLY SAM (5) shifted in coming together entering the first turn. Tightened coming together, when trailing these runners, were CRYING IN VEGAS and JINJA FANTASY (1) with SANDOR GLEGANE (6) then shifting in coming together with these runners with CRYING IN VEGAS checked losing considerable ground. SONIC ATTACK (7) shifted in rounding the bend making contact with BORIS who was tightened with these runners losing momentum with BORIS then having to steady and shift out off this runners heels. JINJA FANTASY and SANDOR GLEGANE shifted out off heels rounding the bend. |
| Race 4 | Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C1 - 375 | FABRELEE (3) and LOCHINVAR BELLE (8) were slow away. Racing into the first turn CONTEMPORANEOUS (1) was inconvenienced when JUST ABOUT READY (2) shifted in into the line of this runner. At the same time WHAT'S UP WATTO (7) angled in making solid contact with FABRELEE with these runners unbalanced crowding CONTEMPORANEOUS. FABRELEE and WHAT'S UP WATTO continued to make contact for a distance with WHAT'S UP WATTO losing ground and FABRELEE then shifting wider off heels. |
| Race 5 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Stakes - C1 - 457 | FANTASTIC RICKI (2) shifted out soon after the start inconveniencing DECEPTIVE LAD (3) and TRIDENT (4). TRIDENT and MR. FUSS POT (6) came together racing toward the first turn. Entering the first bend TYRION (5) shifted in making contact with ROMAN ACTION (1) losing ground. OPAWA LARRY (8) was showing signs of lameness in the right hind leg following this event with the veterinarian imposing a 28 day stand down. |
| Race 6 | The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 375 | FRESCO STAR (5) and KAPUTSKI (6) were slow away with these runners then coming together when UNBROKEN (7) angled in. LUCKY MAN (4) and GOOD RETURN (2) came together losing momentum rounding the first turn. |
| Race 7 | Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Sprint - C4/5 - 375 | HALLO STAR (7) was slow away. KEVIN IN BANGKOK (2) and SOLARIAN (3) came together leaving the boxes. IRISH BLUE (1), KEVIN IN BANGKOK and SOLARIAN came together entering the first turn with these runners losing ground. At the same time TALKIN FANCY (6) shifted in tightening these runners with ROCKY BOY (8) and HALLO STAR (7) then shifting in coming together with HALLO STAR then making contact with the hindquarters of TALKIN FANCY with these runners losing ground. Also inconvenienced as a result was GUMBALANYA (4) who was checked losing ground. GUMBALANYA shifted out getting on the heels of ROCKY BOY for a stride rounding the bend when racing at the rear of the field. |
| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Charlston State Stakes - C4/5 - 457 | UMAGA RAMA (4) and TIMMY TRUMPET (8) were last to leave the boxes. NANGAR STAR (5) shifted in soon after the start inconveniencing UMAGA RAMA with NANGAR STAR then coming together with TEEGAMBO (3) for several strides. Soon after TAKAMORI (1) shifted out taking NANGAR STAR out onto DR. ROBBIE with these runners further hampered when TIMMY TRUMPET angled in taking OPTIC SHIMMER (7) in onto these runners with DR. ROBBIE losing ground. Soon after NANGAR STAR got on the heels of TAKAMORI becoming badly unbalanced inconveniencing OPTIC SHIMMER with NANGAR STAR losing ground. NANGAR STAR was referred to the veterinarian with pain in the right shoulder detected and a 14 day stand down imposed. |
| Race 9 | Happy Birthday Tracy Steele Stakes - C3 - 457 | JAZZBOY JACK (2), SCODELARIO (3) and ATOONGA AIR came together leaving the boxes. Entering the first turn ATOONGA AIR angled in into the line of SCODELARIO who got on this runners heels becoming unbalanced shifting out hampering OUR SAMBO (6) with these runners losing ground. |
| Race 10 | Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C2 - 457 | SANTA SANGRE (2) and THRILLING EVIE (3) came together leaving the boxes. KINLOCH OSTI (4) was tightened and inconvenienced soon after the start when DYLANS A VILLAN (5) angled in. PREMIER DIVISION (1) and THRILLING EVIE came together and jostled for a distance racing down the back straight with these runners losing ground. THRILLING RIOT (6) and KNUCKLE BUMP came together rounding the bend. |
