Track: Good Track was presented in a good racing condition. All other equipment operated well through out.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: HALLO STAR was a late scratching at pre race parade for race 10 after getting away from Trainer B Bond and injuring a toe in the process.
Trainer S Ross was reminded of her obligations in making sure the collar and lead are properly affixed after FOREVER IRIS slipped her collar when being kennelled.

Race 1	General Engravers Ltd Sprint - C0 - 375	SCOTT THE LOOT and SEMI AUTOMATIC were both slow away. SEMI AUTOMATIC was last in to the first bend by several lengths. Racing in to the first bend OLIVIA angled across checked BIT RUBY back on to SCOTT THE LOOT,TEEFONIC ran in to the hind of SCOTT THE LOOT and was checked going back several lengths. SCOTT THE LOOT and TEEFONIC were unable to make ground there after finishing in the rear at the line. In the run to the first turn wider out SCOTT TIED UP was checked as OLIVIA went through on his inner . SCOTT TIED UP ran wide across the top bend finishing well in to 3rd placing at the line and was referred to the vet at the Handlers request where he was found to have a left hind nail injury a 10 day stand down was recommended.
Race 2	Image Apparel Sprint - C1 - 375	Soon after the start DIVA POSE and LOCHINVAR BELLE came together ,with DIVA POSE angling inwards pushing LOCHINVAR BELLE in on to TYRION and SCOTT THE LOOKS being badly tightened and checked back to the rear. RASSO after being slightly hampered soon after the start was well back racing in to the first bend where he raced out wide covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing strongly in the latter stages to run down DIPSY LALA on the line. TYRION and SCOTT THE LOOKS after striking trouble in to the first bend were unable to get back in to contention finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 3	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C2 - 375	Racing in to the first bend TRIDENT moved out making contact with the hind of THRILLING FOREST who ran out wide on to the bend. Racing towards the home bend TRIDENT attempting to improve wider out caught the heels of THRILLING FOREST losing a couple of lengths running wide in to the home straight finishing in last placing at the line.
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C1 - 375	MOCKING JAY ( fav ) was only fairly away from the boxes being back on the inner racing in to the first bend where she was tightened being checked off the hind of CORUBA CATE. MOCKING JAY went back to the rear she was slightly hampered nearing the home turn for a stride or so and was observed to be uncomfortable in her galloping action in the run home where she finished a margin in the rear at the line. MOCKING JAY was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. CORUBA CATE after being checked racing in to the first bend ran out wide covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running there after finishing strongly in the run home in to 4th placing at the line.
Race 5	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C2 - 375	Racing away from the start SNAPCHAT box 5 ran across bumping in to CAWBOURNE NEVADA who bumped in to ARMASTICE DAY unbalancing this runner for a stride or so. Racing in to the first bend CRYING IN VEGAS angled inwards on to CAWBOURNE NEVADA checking this runner back a couple of lengths back on to LITTLE DREAMS with SNAPCHAT in behind being slightly hampered. SNAPCHAT went back to the rear and failed to improve there after finishing several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 6	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Sprint - C4 - 375	Racing to the first bend AYRA STARK and BAYMAX came together bumping a couple of times with BAYMAX catching the hind of ANIU, BAYMAX caught the outside hind leg of ANIU for a stride becoming unbalanced and running widest on to the bend then racing widest out on the track thereafter covering a lot of extra ground In behind SHINZAG after a slow start raced up on to the heels of AYRA STARK checking this runner . AYRA STARK went back to the rear and was observed to be uncomfortable in his galloping action there after finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 7	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Sprint - C3 - 375	In the run in to the first bend JINJA FANTASY angled in on to BIG BOY DENO pushing this runner across on to FESTIVAL MISS who was checked back . ZAFONIC from box 7 raced towards the lead at this point angling across the face of THRILLING CARTER who ran in to the shoulder of JINJA FANTASY who stumbled for a stride losing a couple of lengths. JINJA FANTASY after losing ground earlier ran on well in to 3rd placing at the line.
Race 8	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C4/5 - 375	Racing in to the first bend there was tightening and jostling as NANGAR STAR angled across on to ,GOOD RETURN, GUMBALANYA, with COUNTRY GUN further in angling in across the face of SOLARIAN who was forced in across OUR SAMBO who was severely tightened and checked back to the rear along with SOLARIAN. NANGAR STAR ( fav ) from box 8 wasn't the best away and was forced to race wide when attempting to improve, racing to the home turn NANGAR STAR was able to angle in between runners but only battled in the run home to finish in 4th placing at the line.
Race 9	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C2/3 - 457	Racing in to the first bend there were several dogs vying for the lead with ACAMAS improving past GOLDEN IVY angled in across the face of this runner. GOLDEN IVY was severely checked with SANTA SANGRE ( fav ) galloping on to the back of GOLDEN IVY dragging this runner down on her haunches with MR MUMBLES being pushed hard in to the side of GOLDEN IVY, JINJA LUCA in behind these was checked back to the rear. GOLDEN IVY after being sat on her haunches twice in this incident lost all chance there after finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. MR MUMBLES after being severely checked recovered well to finish in 4th placing at the line and was referred to the vet fro assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 10	Box 1 Gold Sprint - C4/5 - 375	HALLO STAR was a late scratching out of the pre race parade area after playing up and getting away from Trainer Mr B Bond. HALLO STAR suffered a toe injury a 7 day stand down was recommended. Racing away from the start DR ROBBIE bumped PROPHECY in on to SPEED LORDE and UMAGA RAMA. Some strides on MACJAM angled across the face of PROPHECY forcing this runner in on to SPEED LORDE who caught the heels of MACJAM and fell. SPEED LORDE was quickly to his paws to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 11	Palamountains Nutrition Stakes - C4/5 - 457	Soon after the start there was bumping and jostling as STINGER angled across bumping FABIO in on to the heels of OPTIC SHIMMER and TALKIN FANCY, all these runners were checked and jostled for a few strides. Racing in to the first bend BUSTER BLUTH on the inner was checked losing momentum as FANTASTIC SID crossed to the rail and was further tightened and checked as STINGER angled in on to FABIO and TALKIN FANCY checking these runners back . BUSTER BLUTH lost 5 or so lengths being a clear last in the running across the top bend and was unable to get into contention there after.
Race 12	Te Awamutu Self Storage Stakes - C1 - 457	PLENTY OF TIME and BILL RUSH were slowest away. PLENTY OF TIME recovered from a slow start to be in a handy position in to the home straight where he was checked as BILL RUSH improving angled in across the face of PLENTY OF TIME who lost momentum for a couple of strides going back towards the rear and was unable to pick up again finishing in last placing at the line.
