Judicial report: (1) ACE ACTION (JT McInerney) successfully completed a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with Rule 79.1.b (2) M&J Hill the trainers of MONACO DENVER (Race 7) were fined $100 under the MInor Infringement Table when the greyhound was presented 1.6kg under the dog's last start race weight. (3) OPAWA WHISPER (Lane/Wales) was suspended for 28 days under Rule 79.1.a for marring and required to complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming.

Race 1	Otago Greyhound Racing Club Sprint - C0 - 310	SLYNESS (6) and KELLY'S BOY (8) were slow to jump. Shortly after the jump CELTIC WARRIOR (2) and HOMEBUSH GRACIE (4) bumped with both dogs losing momentum. In the run to the turn CELTIC WARRIOR shifted ground inwards checking CHILL OUT RALPH (1). Into the turn OPAWA WHISPER (5) turned his head outwards making contact with SLYNESS who stumbled badly and lost ground with the trailing RIB CURLER (7) also checked. KELLY'S BOY (8) then struck the rear of SLYNESS and fell taking no competitive part in the race. After the race Stewards deemed OPAWA WHISPER had marred the running of SLYNESS and under Rule 79.1a the greyhound was suspended for 28 days for marring and required to complete a Satisfactory Trial before resuming. A veterinary check of KELLY'S BOY after the race revealed no injury.
Race 2	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 310	BRINDEE'S BRO (2) and APOLLO KING (6) were slow to jump. DEFINITE (3) jumped awkwardly and then bumped BRINDEE'S BRO with both dogs losing momentum. In the run to the turn BRINDEE'S BRO pushed outwards checking DEFINITE with both dogs again bumping in the turn to the straight.
Race 3	Racing Again Tuesday 5th April - C5 - 310	WHEELCHAIR NORM (4) crossed from the jump checking ROYAL ACTION (3) and OPAWA OPAL (2). In the run to the turn WHEELCHAIR NORM shifted ground inwards tightening WUNZEE (1) who struck the running rail and tailed off to finish at the rear. After the race WUNZEE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury. On the turn ROYAL ACTION ran wide.
Race 4	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C2 - 545	PUKEKO BOLT (2) was slow to jump. In the run to the first turn LA KINKS (3) shifted ground outwards checking UGO FLASH (4) and tightening the trailing OPAWA TRACY (6). On the first turn OPAWA TRACY ran wide and THRILLING LUKE (7) bumped KNOW NEGLECT (5) with both dogs losing momentum.
Race 5	Bramwell Scaffolding Sprint - C1 - 310	From the jump PUKEKO WARRIOR (3) shifted outwards checking SAM'S FLYIN NORM who in turn pushed ROB'S MATE (6) wide. Into the turn PUKEKO WARRIOR shifted ground outwards checking BUSINESS BOSS (10/5) and holding up SAM'S FLYIN NORM.
Race 6	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C1/2 - 310	TIMELY REMINDER (1) was very slow to jump and lost several lengths. From the jump SPRINKLES (5) ran inwards checking HELLO BLONDIE (4) and CHERRY CRUSHER (3). In the run to the turn TIMELY REMINDER was held up by HELLO BLONDIE and CHERRY CRUSHER. On the turn HARDEN FASTER (6) and ANOTHER JAMIE (7) bumped with both dogs losing momentum.
Race 7	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C1/2 - 310	WINNE WILLOW (2) was slow to jump. HOMEBUSH RILEY (8) ran inwards from the jump checking TILT (7). In the run to the turn GO TOMMO (4) and TEPIRITA HENDIXX (5) were tightened between SAN SEBASTIAN (3) who ran outwards and HOMEBUSH RILEY. Into the turn SAN SEBASTIAN continued to run outwards checking HOMEBUSH RILEY. On the turn GO TOMMO ran wide.
Race 8	Otago Novice Stakes - C1 - 545	From the jump HIS NIBS (6) ran inwards checking NO TINKERBELL (5) who stumbled and lost ground, while SPARE ACTION (2) shifted abruptly inwards severely checking PIANISSIMO (1) who scrambled to regain her footing and lost several lengths. Shortly afterwards HIS NIBS and GOLDSTAR SCOOTER (7) were checked as FRECKLE FLYER (8) crossed over. Into the straight NO TINKERBELL pushed outwards checking HIS NIBS.
Race 9	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C3/4 - 545	From the jump GOLDSTAR AVERY (2) ran outwards checking ZIPPING SONNY (3). In the run to the first turn KNOW MAYHEM (5) ran inwards checking KNOW WORTH (1). On the first turn GOLDSTAR AVERY checked outwards off the heels of ZIPPING SONNY. In the back and home straights KNOW WORTH ran wide on the track.
Race 10	Green Island Barber Sprint - C3 - 310	On the turn MR MARINE (4) ran inwards checking HOMEBUSH ERROL (3) who lost ground and held up BADUZZI (10/2). Into the straight ANOTHER FAN (1) and MR MARINE pushed against each other losing momentum.
Race 11	Otago Daily Times Sprint - C4 - 310	GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (10/4) scrambled on leaving the boxes and lost ground. In the run to the turn HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (5) shifted inwards checking AIDEN BAXTER (3). Into the turn HOMEBUSH CHOPPER checked off the rear of AIDEN BAXTER and lost ground.
