Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1) MARLOW MARINA (JT McInerney) which was stood down at the Palmerston North GRC meeting on 07th March 2016 was re-presented under the provisions of Rule 81.5, with no injury detected and the original Certificate of Incapacitation rescinded. 2) LOLA BAXTER (JT McInerney) which was declared a late scratching when found to be In-season at the Wanganui GRC meeting on 24th February 2016 was re-presented under the provisions of Rule 81.5, with the original Certificate of Incapacitation to continue after found to still be showing signs of being In-season. 3) Trainers D Kettlewell & N Phillips were fined $100-00 under the provisions of Rule 69.11 after NO MORE MARMITE (R14) was presented to race 2.4 kilograms down from its previous start on 10th February 2016.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	RALLY SARIOUS (8) was last to jump. EM HOLLAND (6) and KALISI (3) collided soon after the start. EM HOLLAND and KALISI were then crowded briefly when racing inside HOMEBUSH FREDDO (7) which was inclined to shift ground inward. NANA'S GIRL checked outwards across the heels of RALLY SARIOUS racing into the bend, losing momentum.
Race 2	LASER PLUMBING C0 - C0 - 305	EVA'S STORM was crowded briefly leaving the boxes between OPAWA MAF (1) and UNO NIGEL (3) which ran inwards. TOTES (6) and KILLALEA STAR (7) collided on jumping, with KILLALEA STAR (7) being further hampered when TOTES shifted up the track. STEFFI'S STAR (4) ran inwards approaching the bend resulting in the leading OPAWA MAF becoming awkwardly placed near that runners heels, checking outwards and hampering UNO NIGEL and EVA'S STORM, both of which were pushed wider on the track.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 520	WRONG NUMBER (3) and MOLLY O'SHEA (4) made heavy contact on jumping, with MOLLY O'SHEA and CANDY CRUSHER (5) colliding soon after. CANDY CRUSHER raced in restricted room rounding the final bend contacting the hindquarters of MOLLY O'SHEA which was unbalanced.
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 - C0 - 305	BILLY MARLOW (7) and BOYISH CHARMS (5) were slow to begin, with BOYISH CHARMS being further hampered when TERRA TRIP (3) ran outwards. KAY MARTING (4) ran inwards entering the bend crowding SCOOTER'S ROSE (6) onto SEDGEBROOK ASSET (2). BOYISH CHARMS and BILLY MARLOW jostled rounding the bend, with BOYISH CHARMS checking outwards across that runners heels losing several lengths. SCOOTER'S ROSE was inclined to shift up the track throughout the home straight. BILLY MARLOW was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 5	THE CHRONICLE C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	JOEY BAXTER (4) and WITCH MISTY (5) were crowded leaving the boxes between CAPTAIN'S CHOICE (3) and MAGIC GINA (7), both of which shifted ground. CAPTAIN'S CHOICE was then inclined to shift up the track forcing AFRICAN PRINCESS (8) wider. MAGIC GINA ran outwards approaching the bend momentarily hampering WITCH MISTY. MAGIC GINA and JOEY BAXTER collided on several occasions soon after.
Race 6	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	WICKED TYCOON (1) and PRINCELY MONEY (2) were slow to begin, with PRINCELY MONEY stumbling soon after losing several lengths. PRINCELY MONEY was examined by the Veterinarain following the event which revealed soreness in the right hock. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (4) ran outwards entering the bend forcing PLAITING PUSS (5) into the line of SASHA MCBELL (8) which was unbalanced. WICKED TYCOON and PRINCELY MONEY bumped in the early stages of the home straight.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH LUCIFER (2) proved difficult to load and will subsequently be ordered to box-first for its future engagements. GULLY FLAHERTY (5) was tightened approaching the bend between ANNIE WAY (1) which ran outwards and LIZ WATTO (7) which was forced inward by SPEARMINT JUJU (8). ANNIE WAY was then dragged down momentarily when shifting outwards into the line of GULLY FLAHERTY. LIN BAXTER (4) checked outwards across the heels of LACHIE JEWEL (6) rounding the bend resulting in SPEARMINT JUJU being pushed wider on the track. LACHIE JEWEL and THRILLING BORIS collided soon after resulting in LACHIE JEWEL being unbalanced, shifting outwards into the line of the trailing LIN BAXTER and SPEARMINT JUJU, both of which were severely hampered when unable to avoid that runners heels, effectively losing their chance in the event. ANNIE WAY ran outwards sharply entering the home straight resulting in SPEARMINT JUJU colliding with the hindquarters of ANNIE WAY which was unbalanced. LACHIE JEWEL was examined by the Veterinarian following the event which revealed a laceration in the left thigh muscle.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	CLEARLY MAGIC (10/7) ran outwards entering the bend pushing BLAZING HOT (8) wider on the track. CLEARLY MAGIC was then crowded entering the home straight when attempting a run between SEDGEBROOK CHARM (4) and BLAZING HOT. THRILLING FOREST (6) ran inwards over the concluding stages bumping with MIGHTY TWIST (1).
Race 9	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	GULLY RUNNER (5) and CAWBOURNE OHIO (6) were last to jump. KING HIT MIKE (2) ran outwards rounding the first bend inconveniencing GULLY RUNNER.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	BUNDORAN LASS (10/5) ran outwards from the boxes forcing EMBRACE ME (6) into the line of THAT'S KING (7) which was inconvenienced. LAGOON VICTORY (9/2) and PANDA RING (3) bumped on jumping. BUNDORAN LASS lost contact with the field through the early stages and was unable to make any discernible ground thereafter. BUNDORAN LASS was examined by the Veterinarian following the event which revealed no abnormalities. Trainer D Donlon advised that she would be restricting BUNDORAN LASS to the sprint distance, primarily at the Palmerston North circuit for its future starts.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	RIKKI'S REBEL (3) lost contact with the field soon after the start and remained there throughout the event. RIKKI'S REBEL was examined by the Veterinarian following the event which revealed soreness in the left deltoid and thigh muscle. WEE PING WAWA (6) ran inwards approaching the first bend forcing THRILLING CASSIE (5) into the line of CAWBOURNE JOSH (2) which was hampered for several strides. WEE PING WAWA then checked outwards across the heels of HOMEBUSH BOUNCE (7) resulting in ALAMEIN JAH (4) being forced wider.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICH C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	CAWBOURNE GABLE (8) ran inwards through the early stages colliding with OPAWA SHILOH (4) which in turn bumped LITTLE PROPHET (5). OPAWA SHILOH then lost its footing when dragged down briefly by the trailing CAWBOURNE GABLE. CHASE ME APATCHE (2) and READY MADE SIZE (7) bumped on several occasions rounding the first bend.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	ELECTRIC DANDY (4) was tightened approaching the bend between BOTANY ZENVO (3) and JOHNNY ANGEL (5) which ran inwards. JUMP ON IT (7) ran wide rounding the bend. BOTANY ZENVO was examined by the Veterinarian following the event which revealed a suspected torn lateral collateral ligament in the right hock.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	NO MORE MARMITE (7) was slow to begin. NUI MAGIC (6) ran inwards entering the bend checking GULLY YAPPA (5) which came back onto the trailing WINFIELD AUTUMN (2) which was unable to avoid that runners heels.
Race 15	METEOR OPD C1 - C1 - 305	MEAT DAMON (1) was declared a late scratching at 4.16pm when found to be showing signs of Diarrhea. SPRITE ON TIME (7) and COSMOHOLIC (8) collided on jumping. MINIMAL (6) was crowded entering the bend between CHIEF BAXTER (4) and SPRITE ON TIME which shifted down the track.
