Judicial report: Trainer M Grant was issued with and fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to have the certificate of registration available for his bitch STARBURST EMMA.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295	Mr. NOVEMBER (9\4) was slow to jump. Shortly after the start SKETCHY STEVE (5) came outwards and impeded the running line of CHICAGO BLACK (6) which in turn caused a inconvenience to IDOL GEORGIE (7). Racing round the bend MIDNIGHT ACTION (1) was awkwardly placed onto the heels of WALLY BAXTER (2) which in consequence caused an inconvenience to MR. NOVEMBER and IDOL GEORGE. CHICAGO BLACK was obliged to check off the heels of WALLY BAXTER when also racing round the bend.
Race 2	Little Brown Jug Sprint - C1 - 295	MINIMAL (1), EUG THE SCROOGE (5) and JOEY BAXTER (7) were all slow to leave the boxes with MINIMAL being placed in restricted room by EUG THE SCROOGE prior to the bend. MAGIC DOZER (3) was checked rounding the bend after THESEUS (2) looked to improved outwards to the outside of ULTRA ACTION (8). As a result of making contact to MAGIC DOZER, THESEUS then continued to race up the track. TAYLA'S FRIEND (4) and JOEY BAXTER made contact when racing round the bend.
Race 3	Garrard's Horse And Hound Dash - C1 - 295	ANOTHER KEY (1) was very slow to leave the boxes. LUCAS SCOTT (8) came inwards at the start and impeded the racing line of UNO JAMES (7) before bumping with PADDY THE BAKER (6). CHIPPY JORDY (4) came down the track prior to the bend forcing BIGTIME TIP (3) down onto KINLOCH POWER (2) which had to change ground. As a result of this PADDY THE BAKER was checked and lost all momentum. A post - race veterinary check cleared PADDY THE BAKER of injury.
Race 4	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C1 - 295	PAWTON SAWYER (2), ANOTHER SPIN (4) and LEXIE RAE (6) were all slow to leave the boxes. LEXIE RAE then raced wide on the track in the lead up to the bend. SAL'S BABE (1) and SPRINKLES (3) jostled when racing towards the bend. SAL'S BABE was then placed in restricted room between this runner and the rail when racing into the bend causing severe checks to firstly ANOTHER SPIN and as a consequence of this SAL'S BABE.
Race 5	Jinjarango At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	IIABB (4) came inwards at the start bumping with PLUTONIUM (3) as did HIGH ON VEE (8) onto JEWEL APACHE (7). IIABB then lost ground and caused checks to BROOKE DAVIS (1) and DEFINITE (2) when awkwardly placed to the inside of CAWBOURNE CRAIG (5) prior to the bend. PLUTONIUM and CAWBOURNE CRAIG bumped when racing round the bend causing CAWBOURNE CRAIG to lose ground and force HIGH ON VEE up the track.
Race 6	Glenbyre Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	PATTY'S PIC (7) came down the track entering the first bend forcing STEEL THE GOLD (6) to check when placed awkwardly to the outside of GOLDSTAR COCO (3). As a result of this PATTY'S PICK then raced wide forcing OPAWA BUCKS EYE (8) up the track. MAJESTIC ACTION (4) was placed in restricted room entering the bend when racing between HOMEBUSH ERROL (5) and RUSHCUTTER ACTION (1). MAJESTIC ACTION faltered and lost ground when awkwardly placed to the outside of RUSHCUTTER ACTION(1) when racing round the final bend. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed MAJESTIC ACTION to have sustained slight lacerations to its left hind leg but no stand down was required.
Race 7	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295	BLAZING HOT (4) was slow to jump. BHUJA (3) came inwards shortly after the start forcing NOBLE FANTASY (2) down onto MORNING GYPSY (1). TIME SLAYER (5) and VERBATIM (7) jostled on several occasions leading up to the bend. VERBATIM then lost momentum when placed in restricted room rounding the bend.
Race 8	Fast Archer At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA JEMAINE (4) and CAWBOURNE KIN (5) were slow to jump. CAWBOURNE KIN was placed in restricted room and lost ground prior to the first bend and then raced wide down the back straight. OPAWA SMOKE (3) came outwards shortly after the start and bumped with BOTANY LIZ (6).
Race 9	Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C1 - 295	KNOW STRUGGLE (4) was placed in restricted room between HOMEBUSH JUSTINE (3) and ZIPPORA BLAZE (5) shortly after the start. KNOW STRUGGLE then lost ground when crowded between ZIPPORA BLAZE (6) and the running rail when racing into the bend with this causing a check to HAYLEY JAMES (7). HAYLEY JAMES then had to had to change ground to the inside of KNOW STRUGGLE entering the home straight.
Race 10	Business Time At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	SKILLZ TAYLOR (3) and CAWBOURNE MIAMI (8) were both slow to jump.RAEWYN (7) came inwards at the start and impeded the running line of inside runners. OPAWA MINSTREL (5) lost ground when having to change ground to the inside of KNOW STYLE (4) prior to the first bend. ANOTHER CRUISE (2) gave ground rounding the final bend.
Race 11	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	MAGIC MIKE (5) and ALEX RUMBLE (7) came together several times in the run to the bend. MAX BRAINSTRAIN (1) came outwards checking JINNO GINO (2) just prior to the bend, This in turn caused an inconvenience to MAGIC MIKE and DOOSH (8). RIO ACTION (9/4) improved outwards to make a run rounding the bend and in the process contacted MAX BRAINSTRAIN with RIO ACTION continuing to run wide. JINNO GINO and MAX BRAINSTRAIN came together racing into the home straight.
Race 12	Snow-e Muscle, Energy & Fertility Dash - C1 - 295	JINJA WILLY (7) was hard to box for its handler and will now be boxed first. GO TOMMO (4) and JINJA WILLY (7) were both slow to jump. VAL BAXTER (6) came inwards and bumped with KNOW ENERGY (5) on several occasions in the run to the bend. KNOW ENERGY was then awkwardly placed on the back of COLERIDGE JIM (3) when racing into the bend with this causing an inconvenience to VAL BAXTER. GO TOMMO was obliged to race wide for racing room rounding the bend.
