Judicial report: An inquiry was opened and adjourned while further inquiries are made into alleged misconduct by a Licence Holder towards a Club Official.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	KHAL DRAGO and KENNEL BOY were slow to jump from the boxes losing four lengths. VEE VEERY LOVELY checked off the back of TERRA TRIP going into the bend and went back onto DARK WITCH and KENNEL BOY and they lost several lengths and all chance. TERRA TRIP finished in 3rd place but was observed to be in some discomfort soon after and fell at the lure. He was suspected to be suffering from cramp and was transported to the Vet for assessment where cramp was confirmed and no stand down was required.
Race 2	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 520	KENTUCKY DOLL was slow to begin and settled back at the rear where she stayed throughout the race. GOLDSTAR LEXIE shifted out from the start and crowded BLACK ROADSTAR and JAZZ HILL and they lost three lengths. PANDA RING shifted in when going to the lead on the first corner and caused checks to CHARLIE BO BO and KING HIT MIKE and they lost four lengths.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	PEEJAY PRINGLES was checked and lost two lengths soon after the start. SO UNBELIEVABLE and AZURE DREAMS were awkwardly places in restricted room going into the bend and they were checked back to the rear. ODD FELLOW shifted out on the home turn forcing PETITE JOY into the line of OPAWA TOMMO and they were checked and forced very wide into the home straight. PEEJAY PRINGLES was also affected and lost ground in the incident.
Race 4	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	MILLY RIVERS was the slowest to begin losing a length. Soon after the start, PACIFIC SUNRISE shifted in and crowded MILLY RIVERS which was hampered for a short distance. Going into the first bend, PACIFIC SUNRISE checked off the back of HOMEBUSH NAKI and shifted out forcing MILLY RIVERS wide and they both lost two lengths. MILLY RIVERS was again hampered and lost momentum when crowded by inward movement from OPAWA AMBER on the home turn. HOMEBUSH NAKI was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have tricep muscle pain.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	KNOCKA FEW BACK shifted in from the start and hampered ALAMEIN JAH and MAD MUSIC for a short distance. PIXIE DUST, MAD MUSIC and ALAMEIN JAH jostled together going into the bend and they all lost ground with MAD MUSIC the most affected and she finished the race several lengths in the rear and was referred to the Vet for assessment. MAD MUSIC was cleared of injury.
Race 6	PATRICIA GILLING BIRTHDAY BASH C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE BRAE shifted in going to the first corner and caused checks to CAWBOURNE KITT and LAGOON VICTORY. LAGOON VICTORY then shifted out and jostled with CAWBOURNE KITT and THAT'S KING and they lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last three places. GOODTIME MIKE was also affected in the incident and was forced to race very wide into the first bend covering extra ground.
Race 7	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 305	MEAT DAMON was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but he recovered quickly to make up ground and finished 2nd. CAWBOURNE NEVADA and BIG BOY DENO jostled together for some distance in the back straight and BIG BOY DENO then shifted in going to the bend and checked CAWBOURNE SARAH which lost three lengths. BIG BOY DENO then faltered and stayed back to finish in last place and was referred to the Vet for assessment and was found to have gracilis muscle pain.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	HEART YOU was in 2nd place going into the first bend but shifted out and was clipped from behind by DOUBLE ENTENDRE and they both lost several lengths and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 9	KEENAN CONCRETE C3 - C3 - 305	All clear.
Race 10	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	CHECK THE MAIL dwelt at the start and lost a length. SKUZI shifted out from the start and hampered ALLMENDINGER which lost a little ground. SPRINGVALE HARRY ranged up outside the leader going into the final bend but then eased and lost momentum. After viewing the available films and hearing from the Kennel representative, it could not be conclusively established whether there had been contact between SPRINGVALE HARRY and SMASH ALLEGRO at the time of easing and so no further action could be taken on this occasion.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C4 - C4 - 305	CAESAR CHANCE was the slowest away from the boxes and lost a length. SUBIC BAY shifted in going into the bend and checked BOHANNON which went back causing checks to MAKING TIME, CAESAR CHANCE and STELLAR FORCE which all lost ground. BOHANNON was referred to the Vet for assessment at the trainers request and found to have pain in both shoulder muscles.
Race 12	THE ROCK 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	CHEAP SHOT MATTY led into the bend but shifted out to race wide covering extra ground and eventually finished in 5th place.
