Track: Good The weighing of the greyhounds was abandoned during the initial stages of the process due to the scales providing inaccurate readings with one dog showing three different weights on three separate occasions. Stewards raised this issue with the Club Manager who advised that the scales would be re-calibrated and serviced prior to the meeting on Friday 5th February 2016.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	RALLY SARIOUS (6) ran inwards from the boxes crowding NANA'S GIRL (5) and ANOTHER JET (4). DALLAS BAXTER (2) was inclined to run up the track through the early stages. NANA'S GIRL and ANOTHER JET collided approaching the bend, with ANOTHER JET becoming unbalanced. HOMEBUSH INQUIRY (7) ran inwards rounding the bend checking the improving MR. MAIZE (3). NANA'S GIRL was examined by the veterinarian following the event which revealed soreness in the right metacarpal joint.
Race 2	LASER PLUMBING C0 - C0 - 305	ZIRCON was declared a late scratching at 11:15am when found to have an elevated temperature. TERRA TRIP (3), KENNEL BOY (6) and GULLY SCREAMER (9/8) were last to jump. ANOTHER CASINO (1) was hampered briefly entering the bend when racing to the inside of ZIGGY BAXTER (4) which shifted inwards to obtain a position adjacent to the running rail. KILLALEA STAR (5) was examined by the veterinarian following the event and was found to be over-heated, with no stand-down period recommended.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	CHIEF BAXTER was declared a late scratching at 11:19am when found to have an elevated temperature. RAND (3) was crowded soon after the start between TEEVEE KITTY (4) and KAY MARTING (10/2), both of which shifted ground. TEEVEE KITTY then ran outwards colliding with EVA'S STORM (6), with TEEVEE KITTY losing its footing momentarily. TEEVEE KITTY was further hampered entering the bend when awkwardly near the heels of EVA'S STORM which ran inwards. RAND was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 Ht1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	KENTUCKY DOLL (8) was last to jump. CHARLIE BO BO (6) and BLACK ROADSTAR (7) jostled through the early stages. ALQUEZAR (1) ran wide entering the back straight pushing CHARLIE BO BO wider on the track. ALQUEZAR and CHARLIE BO BO then collided on several occasions in the early stages of the home straight.
Race 5	THE CHRONICLE C0 Ht2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	PRINCELY MONEY (3) was crowded leaving the boxes between WRONG NUMBER (2) and PANDA RING (4) which ran inwards abruptly. JAZZ HILL (8) ran inwards approaching the first bend placing PRINCELY MONEY and WRONG NUMBER in restricted room, with JAZZ HILL being hampered soon after when CANDY CRUSHER (1) checked outwards across the heels of GOLDSTAR LEXIE (6). PRINCELY MONEY commenced to give ground rounding the final bend and appeared indifferent in its action. PRINCELY MONEY was examined by the veterinarian following the event which revealed cramp.
Race 6	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	MANYANA GROPER (5) was last to jump. PHANTOM WAY (6) checked outwards across the heels of SILVER TOKAAM (7) rounding the first bend resulting in the trailing COME ON MICKEY (10/4) being hampered. PHANTOM WAY then ran inwards into the back straight placing MANYANA GROPER in restricted room for several strides.
Race 7	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	ASIA OSTEE (6) ran inwards soon after the start forcing VENGA GUAPA (5) into the line of DENALI (4) which was checked, losing ground. ASIA OSTEE continued to shift ground through the early stages placing HOMEBUSH BOUNCE (3) and SASHA MCBELL (1) in restricted room. VENGA GUAPA collided with MAGIC DANDY (9/7) approaching the bend. SASHA MCBELL raced in restricted room entering the bend when to the inside of ASIA OSTEE which ran inwards marginally. MAGIC DANDY ran wide entering the home straight.
Race 8	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520	LAGOON VICTORY (4) was crowded soon after the start between CAWBOURNE SATIN (2) and ARCHI BALE (5) which ran inwards. ARCHI BALE continued to run down the track tightening LITTLE PROPHET (1) entering the first bend which lost several lengths.
Race 9	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE BIRD (6) was slow to jump. SERVE YA PURPOSE (2) raced in restricted room entering the bend when inside HOMEBUSH LUCIFER (3) which ran inwards.
Race 10	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	TORERO (10/7) was last to jump. CHASE ME APATCHE (4) ran inwards through the early stages collided with the hindquarters of ALAMEIN BLONDE (3) which was unbalanced. CAWBOURNE KITT (2) was tightened soon after between TAIKOREA LASS (1) and ALAMEIN BLONDE which collided with CHASE ME APATCHE and shifted inwards. ALAMEIN BLONDE checked outwards across the heels of PACIFIC SUNRISE (8) rounding the first bend, losing momentum.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	BERNIE'S BOY (5) and RUBBED OUT (4) bumped entering the first bend when in restricted room, with BERNIE'S BOY shifting outwards inconveniencing CAWBOURNE MARCY (7). CAWBOURNE MARCY was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. OPAWA LARRY underwent a veterianry inspection which revealed soreness in the right hip-support.
Race 12	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE NEVADA (5) ran outwards abruptly from the boxes hampering MR. JULES (6) and SHELLY MCBELL (7). CAWBOURNE NEVADA continued to shift up the track through the early stages crowding SHELLY MCBELL for several strides. HOMEBUSH LIMBO (4) and CAWBOURNE NEVADA collided entering the bend resulting in CAWBOURNE NEVADA becoming unbalanced, shifting outwards into the line of QUEEN STAR (9/8) which was then further hampered when the trailing MR. JULES improved up onto that runners heels. SHELLY MCBELL which trailed then field was also hampered.
Race 13	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	CLEARLY MAGIC (1) and OPAWA TOMMO (2) jostled through the early stages. CLEARLY MAGIC and OPAWA TOMMO were then hampered racing into the bend when inside HYDE BAXTER (3) which ran inwards when near the heels of GULLY CRUSHER (7), with OPAWA TOMMO making contact with the running rail. OPAWA TOMMO was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. OPAWA TOMMO raced in restricted room rounding the bend, checking outwards across the heels of HYDE BAXTER.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	GULLY RUNNER (4) was slow to jump GULLY RUNNER and PEAKY BLINDER (7) collided soon after the start. GULLY RUNNER then improved up onto the heels of WITCH MISTY (1) entering the bend, checking outwards across that runners heels. CAWBOURNE MARK checked outwards rounding the bend contacting the hindquarters of JOHNNY ANGEL (3) which lost its footing momentarily, with CAWBOURNE MARK being further hampered when GULLY RUNNER checked outwards. This resulted in PEAKY BLINDER being pushed wider on the track. JOHNNY ANGEL raced in restricted room rounding the home bend, checking outwards across the heels of CAWBOURNE MARK which resulted in GULLY RUNNER and PEAKY BLINDER being pushed wider on the track.
Race 15	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	JOBS RITE was declared a late scratching at 8:30am when found to be in-season. ALCUDIA (4) was last to jump. PACIFIC VIBE (2) was crowded soon after the start between KNOCKA FEW BACK (3) and HOMEBUSH PIPPI (1) which ran outwards. DEATHSTAR (7) was checked entering the bend when awkwardly near the heels of PEDRO'S CARAT (6) which ran outwards to avoid the heels of KNOCKA FEW BACK. ALCUDIA ran wide into the bend hampering PEDRO'S CARAT and GULLY YAPPA (8).
