| Race 1 | ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305 | SCOTT TIED UP box 7 missed the start by 5 or so lengths . SCOTT TIED UP was able to make good ground racing on to the bend due to interference and finished on in to 4th placing at the line. Racing in to the first bend SMART DANDY and PACIFIC VIBE bumped on a couple of occasions. Racing in to the bend KILLALEA STAR angled in on to PACIFIC VIBE in on to SMART DANDY forcing this runner in across the face of BELFAST SMARTY who went back with EYES ON KITTY galloping up on to the back of BELFAST SMARTY dragging this runner down on his haunches. EYES ON KITTY then ran in to KILLALEA STAR knocking this runner to the outer of the track. Towards the inner at this point VEE SCINTILLATING ran on to the heels of SMART DANDY and went off stride losing ground to a clear last in the running finishing on to the lure . VEE SCINTILLATING, KILLILEA STAR, EYES ON KITTY and BELFAST SMARTY were all referred to the vet for assessment. KILLILEA STAR and BELFAST SMARTY were found to have no abnormalities. EYES ON KITTY was found to have pain in the left hip support muscles area. |
| Race 2 | KEENAN CONCRETE WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305 | Racing to the first bend there was bumping and jostling between ZIGGY BAXTER, BELK ROAD and TANK'S ROB as this runner attempted to race in to a gap between them. Racing on to the top bend IF IT FITZ box 1 vying for the lead drifted outwards on to STEFFI'S STAR pushing this runner out in to the line of SWIRLING EDDIE who was unable to avoid running in to the hind of STEFFI'S STAR. SWIRLING EDDIE recovered well after being forced wide to finish in to 5th placing at the line. |
| Race 3 | ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 520 | COCOA BEAR box 7 began awkwardly being last away in the early running Racing past the post on the first occasion CANDY CRUSHER box 1 was checked back losing several lengths as JAZZ HILL raced up angling in across his face to the rail. Racing in to the bend SHE'S MUSTARD in the lead was severely checked when being forced to galloping over the hind quarters of AUNTY TRACE as this dog went to the lead angling in sharply across the face of SHE'S MUSTARD. SHE'S MUSTARD ran wide at this point in recovering her balance and finished on in to 5th placing at the line. |
| Race 4 | J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305 | EVA'S STORM dwelt at the start. Soon after the start MEAT DAMON box 1 ran out on to SCOTT SOME TICKA pushing this dog out on to NANA' S GIRL who went back and in on to PISTOLS PRINCESS pushing this runner in on to GULLY SCREAMER . these three runners bumped and jostled for a few strides with PISTOLS PRINCESS ending up in the rear racing in to the bend. Racing in to the bend EVA'S STORM ran wide taking SCOTT NO SHOW widest across the top bend towards the home straight. ANNIE WAY the early leader towards the home turn ran wide losing ground this allowed MEAT DAMON racing near the inner to gain a clear run to the lead and was never headed there after. ANNIE' S WAY finished in to 3rd placing at the line. |
| Race 5 | LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305 | Racing in to the first bend COME ON MICKEY bumped BIG BEN with this runner racing wide on to the top bend . Racing in to the home straight COME ON MICKEY came out bumping BIG BEN these two runners were well back at this point |

| Race 7 | WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305 | Racing in to the first bend FANGIRL racing handy to the lead was checked as CAWBOURNE MARK angled inwards bumping FANGIRL who lost her back footing for a stride going back on to PLAITING PUSS who was unable to avoid running in to her hind quarters . FANGIRL lost momentum going back to last in the running and was unable to get back in to contention there after and was referred to the vet for assessment where she was found to have pain along lumber muscles. PLAITING PUSS after striking trouble in to the first bend finished on in to 5th placing at the line. |
| Race 8 | AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520 | ELUSIVE BABE dwelt at the start. Racing in to the bend on the first occasion ELUSIVE BABE angled out slightly coming together with ZIMMER FRAME ( fav ) who was pressured inwards at this point as ARCHI BALE angled across. Soon after racing on to the bend ELUSIVE BABE angled outwards over the heels of BUNDORAN LASS, ELUSIVE BABE raced widest in to and along the back straight and was unable to improve there after. |
| Race 9 | FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305 | Racing in to the first bend CAWBOURNE ELPASO ( fav ) angled across on to the shoulder of ANOTHER CHARM pushing this runner in on to the heels of QUEEN STAR . ANOTHER CHARM was checked back and ran out over the heels of QUEEN STAR and CAWBOURNE ELPASO. ANOTHER CHARM went very wide as the field raced across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground being widest in to the home straight finishing in to 5th placing at the line. |
| Race 10 | PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 520 | PRINCESS NOVAK from box 7 was forced to race wide in to the bend on the first occasion, PRINCESS NOVAK raced widest in to the back straight where she attempted to improve with CAWBOURNE SATIN racing through on her inner keeping PRINCESS NOVAK out wide as the field raced on to the far bend CAWBOURNE SATIN moved out resulting in PRINCESS NOVAK clipping heels stumbling slightly losing several lengths. PRINCESS NOVAK recovered to make ground in the run home. |
| Race 11 | LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305 | ALAMEIN BLONDE box 2 wasn't best away, being last in to the first bend ,racing across the top bend ALAMEIN BLONDE was hampered as SNOW BALL CHANCE moved ground. ALAMEIN BLONDE raced widest in to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line. |
| Race 12 | FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C2 - C2 - 305 | In the run to the first bend SCOTT THE LOOKS near the lead was hampered as CASUAL SIPPER angled inwards making contact with his hind. SCOTT THE LOOKS became unbalanced for a few strides losing ground back to the midfield and only battled there after to finish in to 4th placing at the line. SERVE YA PURPOSE box 5 angled out widest in the run in to the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in the rear at the line. |
| Race 13 | DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE SPREE box 6 was only fairly away, she was forced to race wide in to the first bend settled in midfield and although running on at the finish could only finish in to 5th placing at the line. Racing on to the bend MIGHTY TWIST and SCOTT NO VALUE came together bumping. SCOTT NO VALUE became awkwardly balanced for a few strides racing on to the point of the top bend, he recovered well to finish in to 4th placing at the line. |
| Race 14 | MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305 | MACGYVER RAMA box 4 went up with the lids being last away in the early rush. Wider out racing to the first bend there was bumping and jostling between DANDY STAR, DREAMZONE and GOODTIME ALLANAH for a few strides. Racing in to the first bend SECOND TIME was checked going in the air slightly as SCOTT A MOTOR in the lead angled inwards forcing UNO SHAY in towards the rail and back on to SECOND TIME who came out bumping in to DREAMAZONE out in to the racing line of CONSUMATE EASE who caught the hind of DREAMZONE and both runners ran wide on to the top bend. After being slow away MACGYVER RAMA made ground along to inner to midfield, he weakened back soon after turning for home finishing in last placing at the line. MACGYVER RAMA was referred to the vet as a precaution where he was found to have cramped up, he recovered soon after with no other abnormalities. |
| Race 15 | BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH PIPPI box 1 was best away from the boxes where she soon angled outwards across the face of RAPPER DASH and in to the shoulder of PAT NOT PLAIT Racing in to the first bend HOMEBUSH PIPPI vying for the lead kept on pushing outwards with WORKING JEWEL in the middle and OPAL JEWEL on the outer resulting in WORKING JEWEL being tightened and checked out jostling with OPAL JEWEL. Soon after MISS VOTCHKA in midfield angled outwards sharply under the neck of PAT NOT PLAIT running in to OPAL JEWEL with WORKING JEWEL being bumped hard in the shoulder and going sideways for a stride or so. On the inner racing in to the first bend MAGIC DANDY was tightened inwards and was forced to check off the back of RAPPER DASH, MAGIC DANDY lost momentum and a couple of lengths further when checking off MISS VOTCHKA as this runner improved. MAGIC DANDY when in the clear ran very wide across the top bend and down the home straight and was sent to the vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found. Mr B Hunt was shown a replay of the run in to the first bend where MAGIC DANDY lost ground, after hearing from Mr B Hunt in regards to the dogs racing style the Stewards advised that MAGIC DANDY future performances will be monitored. WORKING JEWEL was referred to the vet for assessment and was found to have pain on flexion of right shoulder. |
