Track: Good The track was presented in good order and was well watered and groomed throughout the programme. The scales have been checked and calibrated since the last meeting.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: ALLEGRO MASTER was stood down for 3 months for a 2nd breach of Rule 79.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 80.1 before next racing. The connections indicated that consideration would be given to retiring ALLEGRO MASTER from his racing career.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	AUTUMN LIGHTS, COCOA BEAR and GULLY SCREAMER were all slow away from the boxes losing three lengths. SMART DANDY lay out for some distance going into and around the bend and hampered CAWBOURNE SPREE on several occasions. AFRICAN PRINCESS lay out going into the first turn and checked EVE NING HILL which went back to last. A short distance further on, AUTUMN LIGHTS galloped on the back of AFRICAN PRINCESS and shifted out abruptly forcing EVE NING HILL very wide on the bend. AFRICAN PRINCESS was also checked losing several lengths in the incident.
Race 2	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 520	CAWBOURNE STEPS went up with the box lids and lost four lengths. CAWBOURNE MARCY was slightly hampered going into the first corner and again into the final bend and she lost ground on both occasions. She had fallen at her previous start and her future racing manners will be closely monitored.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	MANGAMAHU JACK was slow away from the boxes and lost three lengths but he ran on well to finish in 4th place. HOMEBUSH GINGER and SAMMY BAXTER jostled together soon after the start and lost momentum briefly. OPAL JEWEL and GULLY CRUSHER jostled together for some distance going into the bend and they both lost ground and finished near the rear. GULLY CRUSHER was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and cleared of injury.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	KIRKHAM HARVEY and CAWBOURNE SATIN bumped together when the start was made and they were unbalanced and settled back. KIRKHAM HARVEY recovered well to make up ground for 3rd place. DEBONAIR PIRATE shifted in going into the first bend and hampered TENNESSEE SMILE which lost ground and she never recovered.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	JOBS RITE and CASUAL SLIPPER bumped soon after the start and CASUAL SLIPPER was unbalanced and lost ground. JOBS RITE, RAPPER DASH and ALLEGRO ALL GO jostled together going into the bend and they lost momentum and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 6	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNNE KITT was the slowest to begin losing three lengths but she made up ground to finish in 4th place. LAGOON VICTORY was awkwardly placed between runners going to the first corner and was checked and fell but regained his feet to finish onto the lure. FOX IN BOX was hampered in the incident and settled at the rear. LAGOON VICTORY was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have minor general bruising.
Race 7	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 520	ZIMMER FRAME was slow to jump from the boxes and lost three lengths. MAGIC WHITELOCK was awkwardly positioned between runners going to the first corner and was checked and went down behind losing several lengths and all chance and was referred to the Vet for assessment. OLLIE BAXTER, THRILLING AVA and ZIMMER FRAME were all hampered in the incident and lost ground. MAGIC WHITELOCK suffered minor grazing but no stand down was required.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C3 - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE CLAY was the slowest to begin and settled back. CAWBOURNE CLAY was denied a run which he attempted to the inside of BIGTIME REDFOO in the home straight and had to change ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 9	KEENAN CONCRETE WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	NERO was the slowest away from the boxes losing three lengths. WHY OH WHY checked off the heels of WILD EFFECTIVE going into the bend and lost three lengths and she stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. CHEAP SHOT MATTY led on the bend but shortened stride and went back through the field to finish in last place and was referred to the Vet for assessment. CHEAP SHOT MATTY was found to have pectoral muscle pain.
Race 10	LASER PLUMBING C3 - C3 - 520	TUFF DIAMOND and KNUCKLE BUMP were the slowest to begin losing three lengths and they settled at the rear. HEART YOU raced handy into the first bend but in restricted room between runners and was severely checked and went back onto KNUCKLE BUMP and ANOTHER HABIT. They all lost several lengths and all chance and stayed back for the remainder of the race.
Race 11	FIRST SECURITY C3 - C3/4 - 305	CAWBOURNE GEORGE was slow to begin losing two lengths. SERENA ROSE shifted in going into the bend and crowded ANGIE ZARR which was unbalanced and lost three lengths and HOMEBUSH OLIVE was also affected and lost ground in the incident.
Race 12	THE ROCK 95.2FM C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	ALLEGRO MASTER was handy going to the first corner but eased and went back to a clear last where he stayed for the remainder of the race. ALLEGRO MASTER was subjected to a Vets inspection, was cleared of injury and as this was the 2nd occasion that the dog has breached the pursuit rule, he was stood down for 3 months under rule 79.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing again. CHOCDEE ALICE shifted in going into the bend and crowded FUNKY FREDDY and ALL IN BERLIN and they lost three lengths.
