DOOSH ran inwards entering the bend momentarily hampering ULTRA ACTION (3) which became awkwardly placed near that runners heels. CHILE MUSTARD and PROMISES MAID collided into the bend, with PROMISES MAID losing ground. |
| Race 2 | Jinjarango At Stud Sprint - C0 - 295 | PASS WITH CARE (1) and ROYAL BASH (3) were slow to jump. HOMEBUSH KAYLA (9/7) was crowded briefly in the early stages between COLDRUM (6) and HOMEBUSH JOHNNY (8) which ran down the track. COLDRUM and HOMEBUSH JOHNNY collided rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH JOHNNY was then further hampered when awkwardly placed to the outside of COLDRUM, with the trailing PASS WITH CARE having to run wide to avoid the heels of HOMEBUSH JOHNNY. PASS WITH CARE had to check over the concluding stages when improving up onto the heels of HOMEBUSH KAYLA. |
| Race 3 | Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C0 - 520 | NARITI (4) was crowded leaving the boxes between OPAWA TOP (3) and PATTY'S PICK (5) which ran inwards abruptly. RICH ACTION (7) was slow to jump. RICH ACTION had to check outwards rounding the final bend when awkwardly near the heels of OPAWA TOP. |
| Race 4 | Opawa Bowl & Jack Tavern Dash - C0 - 295 | NICKY MCBELL (10/5), COSMOHOLIC (6) and SOME EXCITMENT (7) were hampered soon after the start when inside GO MCINDOE (8) ran inwards abruptly. BIG CATCH (1) collided with JUST WONG (2) entering the bend resulting in JUST WONG being forced outwards into the line of GO MCINDOE which was severely unbalanced. JUST WONG was checked soon after clipping the heel of GO MCINDOE and blundering. JUST WONG failed to finish the event and was subject to a post-race examination. ABIT SCARLET (3) had to check outwards across the heels of PRIVATE AGENDA (4) entering the straight. GO MCINDOE was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. |
| Race 5 | Barron's Supplies Sprint - C0 - 295 | PRINCLEY MONEY (8) was slow to jump (6L). JAMES MCBELL (2) and REALITY (7) were tightened for room entering the bend between KELLY'S BOY (1) and MAX STIX (6) which ran inwards. MAX STIX and WOW MADONNA (3) collided soon after, with MAX STIX being further hampered when dragged down by the trailing REALITY. MAX STIX was examined the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. |

CRONOS (6) ran inwards through the early stages forcing MAJESTIC ACTION (3) into the line of OPAWA FAITH (1) which was unbalanced. CAWBOURNE OHIO (8) ran inwards abruptly approaching the bend hampering CRONOS, MAJESTIC ACTION and OPAWA FAITH, with OPAWA FAITH and CRONOS colliding soon after. |
| Race 7 | Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C2 - 295 | BOTANY ZENVO (7) ran inwards through the early stages colliding with HERSHY PIE (3). HERSHY PIE then raced in restricted room entering the bend between HOMEBUSH RILEY (2) and BOTANY ZENVO which was forced inwards by CAWBOURNE TEASH (8). BOTANY ZENVO and BUSINESS REVIEW (4) were crowded soon after, with BUSINESS REVIEW losing ground. BUSINESS REVIEW was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. |
| Race 8 | DogZone Stakes - C2 - 520 | OPAWA ROCKY (3) ran inwards from the boxes colliding with BENJAMIN BLACK (2) which in turn bumped ALL ABOUT ECHO (1). OPAWA ROCKY was tightened in the early stages between BENJAMIN BLACK and RUN ZOLA (6), both of which shifted ground abruptly. SHINES BRIGHT (4) was crowded entering the first bend when racing to the inside of LAGOON BELLE (9/5) which crossed to the running line. SHINES BRIGHT was then further hampered when dragged down by the trailing ALL ABOUT ECHO. SHINES BRIGHT was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. LAGOON BELLE was subject to a veterinary examination following the event and found to have a toe-nail injury, with a 10-day stand down imposed. |

BLACK SAILS (4) ran inwards through the early stages colliding with FEKITOA (2) which in turn bumped with RUNAWAY TAXI (1). OPAWA KENDAL and RUNAWAY TAXI collided entering the first bend. OPAWA NORRIS (5) was examined by veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. |

OHOKA BILLY and ROYAL ACTION (6) collided in the early stages. JINJA LOCH and BAD WEEK (8) were tightened entering the bend between SLEEPER AGENT (2) and ROYAL ACTION, with JINJA LOCH losing ground. BAD WEEK was dragged down soon after when contacted by the improving ROYAL ACTION, with the trailing MAGIC ARROW (7) being hampered when unable to avoid the heels of BAD WEEK. BAD WEEK was examined by the veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. |
