Judicial report: PRAIRIE KACHINA (race 1) was a late scratching at 12.35pm on veterinary advice. ALLEGRO TYCOON (race 12) was a late scratching at 12.49pm on veterinary advice following a transport incident en route to the races with all other runners from the kennel involved being thoroughly examined and passed fit to race.
HIRSUTE (race 9) - 28 day stand down (first offence) and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure 79.1b

Race 1	AGRC Rewards Sprint - C3 - 318	PRAIRIE KACHINA was a late scratching at 12.35pm on veterinary advice. ZULU MERCEDES (4) and MADE TIME (5) were last to leave the boxes. MADE TIME made contact with the hindquarters of ROCKIN' FANCY (2) entering the first turn, losing ground, with ROCKIN' FANCY then shifting out making brief contact with BOSTON STRIKE (8). As a result ZULU MERCEDES shifted out off heels with this runner then racing wide for the remainder of the event losing ground. CYLONE LUSI (3) and LITTLE RASCAL (7) came together, when in the lead, entering the final straight. BOSTON STRIKE raced wide throughout.
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	GOT TIME (7) began awkwardly shifting in hampering EMBRACE ME (6), who had been slow away, before making solid contact with hindquarters of CORUBA CATE (5) who was unbalanced. CORUBA CATE then shifted out into the line of SPOTTED FLYER (8) who got on this runners heels for a stride. EMBRACE ME and GOT TIME came together on several occasions racing into the first bend with these runners becoming unbalanced rounding the first turn shifting out into the line of SPOTTED FLYER with all three runners hampered with EMBRACE ME and SPOTTED FLYER losing considerable ground. CORUBA CATE raced wide throughout.
Race 3	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint Series Heat 1 - C2q - 318 Heat 1	HAYLEY HOLT (2) and ROTOVEGAS SPARKY (3) came together for a stride soon after the start. ASTA (6) and LE ROI (7) came together and jostled for several strides racing toward the first turn. Entering the first turn WALTER MITTY (1) steadied when in restricted room with MR. MUMBLES (9) then making contact with the hindquarters of WALTER MITTY with these runners shifting out as a result with WALTER MITTY then getting on the hindquarters of ROTOVEGAS SPARKY (3) and PEACOCK PRINCESS (5). Also badly hampered as a result were LE ROI and CALZINI (8) who were both taken wide on the track losing considerable ground.
Race 4	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint Series Heat 2 - C2q - 318 Heat 2	ACONAGUA (3) was slow away. TULIP MUNCHER (7) and SCREAMING SKULL (6) came together leaving the boxes with these runners then shifting in making brief contact with TRIPLE PARKED (5). Racing toward the first turn SCREAMING SKULL made contact with the hindquarters of SKYLER WHITE (8), who shifted in, with these runners both unbalanced for several strides losing ground. WAERENGA STAR (1) and ACONAGUA came together entering the first turn with ACONAGUA losing ground and WAERENGA STAR shifting out making contact with TULIP MUNCHER. Rounding the bend SKYLER WHITE improved onto the heels of WAERENGA STAR with both runners becoming unbalanced. ACONAGUA and SKYLER WHITE came together on several occasions rounding the bend and entering the final straight. SCREAMING SKULL raced wide rounding the final bend throughout the final straight. PEAKNUCKLE was referred to the veterinarian for examination for assessment with pain to the long head triceps revealed and a 7 day stand down imposed.
Race 5	Greyhound Function Centre Sprint Series Heat 3 - C2q - 318 Heat 3	Soon after the start CAWBOURNE KIWI (7) shifted in and TOXIC REVENGE (2) shifted out with YOU BETCHA NODDY (4), SECOND TIME (5) and NIPPO (6) becoming tightened for a distance with NIPPO then checked shifting out. TOXIC REVENGE and YOU BETCHA NODDY came together entering the first turn losing ground. SECOND TIME and NIPPO made contact rounding the bend with NIPPO losing momentum going back onto TRIDENT (8) with YOU BETCHA NODDY then inconvenienced shifting out across the heels of these runners. Entering the final straight CAWBOURNE KIWI shifted out making contact with NIPPO.
Race 6	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C1 - 318	There was a 3 minute delay to the start of this event at the request of TAB control. MISS BUNNYTHORPE (4) shifted in leaving the boxes inconveniencing GULLY RUNNER (3). PREOCCUPIED (5), SCOTT THE LOOKS (6) and TEPIRITA AVEDON (7) came together soon after the start. PREOCCUPIED shifted in making contact with GULLY RUNNER entering the first bend with PREOCCUPIED then hampered losing ground when SCOTT THE LOOKS angled in into the line of this runner. As a result PREOCCUPIED went back onto JUST ABOUT READY (8) who went back onto TEPIRITA AVEDON with these three runners inconvenienced losing ground. Rounding the final bend PREOCCUPIED shifted in placing JUST ABOUT READY in restricted room with JUST ABOUT READY then having to shift out making contact with this runners hindquarters with both runners becoming unbalanced.
Race 7	$25k Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C4 - 318	JACK ROB proved difficult to load, this dog will now be on observations for future starts. LADY ROSE (6) stumbled leaving the boxes becoming badly unbalanced losing considerable ground. SANDOR GLEGANE (2), ROTOVEGAS RARA (3), STYLISH FANCY (4) and HALLO STAR (7) came together entering the first turn. BIG JAMESY (5) was tightened losing ground rounding the first turn. SANDOR GLEGANE and JACK ROB (8) came together rounding the final bend with these runners momentarily unbalanced. BIG JAMESY underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the left hind with a 21 day stand down imposed. LADY ROSE was referred to the veterinarian with pain to the right semitendinosus revealed with a 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 8	Greyhounds As Pets Stakes - C1 - 527	There was a 2 minute delay to the start of this event at the request of TAB control. WHAT THAT DOES (1) was slow away. OPAWA PEARL (6) and LOCHINVAR MAINE (7) came together soon after the start. PERCENTAGE GIRL (2) was tightened losing ground rounding the first turn. PERCENTAGE GIRL raced wide down the back straight dictating WHAT THAT DOES wider on the track.
Race 9	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C1 - 318	OUR SWIFT BUDDY (3) and BOTANY HOLLY (9) were last to leave the boxes. Soon after the start HIRSUTE (8), IT'S THE DREAM (7) and WAIRO DEE JAY (10) came together with these runners shifting in making contact with OUR SWIFT BUDDY. Racing down the back straight HIRSUTE shifted in making contact with HANNIBAL LECTER (2) with these runners jostling for a distance with FRENCH CURVES (1), who was awkwardly placed to the inside of these runners , checked losing ground going back onto OUR SWIFT BUDDY who was inconvenienced. HIRSUTE continued to shift in tightening HANNIBAL LECTER who made contact with the running rail entering the first turn losing ground. FRENCH CURVES shifted in making contact with OUR SWIFT BUDDY entering the first turn with these runners unbalanced and FRENCH CURVES shifting out colliding with IT'S THE DREAM with FRENCH CURVES then further unbalanced shifting out into the line of BOTANY HOLLY (9) with these runners badly hampered losing considerable ground. OUR SWIFT BUDDY and IT'S THE DREAM came together rounding the first bend with these runners then hampered when HIRSUTE, who was in the lead, turned its head outwards and eased going back into the line of these runners with HIRSUTE and OUR SWIFT BUDDY making solid contact losing ground. Rounding the bend HIRSUTE shifted in tightening OUR SWIFT BUDDY who had to steady and shift out across this runners heels. As a result BOTANY HOLLY became awkwardly placed on the heels of OUR SWIFT BUDDY shifting out abruptly losing considerable ground. FRENCH CURVES, HIRSUTE and BOTANY HOLLY were all referred to the veterinarian following this event with no abnormalities detected. HANNIBAL LECTER underwent a post race veterinarian assessment which revealed pain in the left deep pectoral muscle with a 7 day stand imposed. HIRSUTE was stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 79.1b for failing to pursue the lure.
Race 10	Stitiches Upholstery Sprint - C4/5 - 318	SOMETIME SOON (2) and FESTIVAL MISS (7) were last to leave the boxes. OPAWA VENUS (8), FESTIVAL MISS (7) and HASHTAG JOSH (6) came together soon after the start when OPAWA VENUS shifted in with FESTIVAL MISS becoming unbalanced losing ground. SPEED LORDE (1), SOMETIME SOON and CALL ME BLUE came together and jostled racing down the back straight and continued to do so entering the first turn with these runners losing ground. Also inconvenienced as a result were FESTIVAL MISS and OPAWA VENUS who were taken wider on the track and HASHTAG JOSH who had to steady. CALL ME BLUE was tightened losing ground rounding the bend ground going back onto HASHTAG JOSH who was inconvenienced.
Race 11	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C4/5 - 527	Rounding the first turn TALKIN FANCY (3) made contact with WHO DAT BOY (7) who shifted out taking ELECTRIC IMPULSE (8) wider on the track. Rounding the bend leaving the back straight TALKIN FANCY was placed in restricted room to the inside of WINTERFELL (2) losing ground. Rounding the final bend MULTICAM LAD (4) shifted in tightening MISS VELOCETTE (5) and WINTERFELL who made contact with the running rail losing ground.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	ALLEGRO TYCOON was a late scratching at 12.49pm. HIGH CALIBRE (1) and COOKIE MONSTER (6) were slow away. TEPIRITA AMBER (5) raced in restricted room entering the first turn. BOTANY BEV (8) raced wide throughout.
