Judicial report: 1) SUPPLEMENTARY FROM 09 DECEMBER 2015 - RACE 13 'DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING' - A post-mortem conducted on ALLGAIER which collapsed and died following the running of this event revealed that the cause of death was an internal haemorrhage. 2) OPAWA TOM failed to pursue the lure throughout the running of race 11 and was subsequently stood down for 28-days pursuant to rule 79.1(b), with a satisfactory trial required prior to racing next.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE PIRATE (2) went up with the lids at the start, losing ground. QUEVADO (8) was slow to jump. CAWBOURNE PIRATE, BLAZE'S CORPORAL (1) and ANOTHER PEARL (3) were crowded in the early stages when racing to the inside of SO UNBELIEVABLE (9) which was forced down the track by ALLEGRO ALL GO (7). BLAZE'S CORPORAL collided with QUEVADO soon after when checking outwards across the heels of ANOTHER PEARL, with both runners becoming unbalanced losing several lengths.
Race 2	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 305	BRILLIANT AVA (8) ran inwards from the boxes hampering STAINLESS KNOCKA (7). KIRKHAM HARVEY (6) ran outwards slightly soon after resulting in BRILLIANT AVA and STAINLESS KNOCKA bumping on several occasions. BRILLIANT AVA shifted ground inward entering the bend resulting in STAINLESS KNOCKA being tightened, checking outwards onto the heels of BRILLIANT AVA which was dragged down. GUMMY GUMPSTA (3) ran outwards across the heels of PAT NOT PLAIT (1) rounding the bend pushing HOMEBUSH DODGER (2) wider on the track. HOMEBUSH DODGER then ran inwards resulting in the improving KIRKHAM HARVEY having to check outwards across that runners heels. PAT NOT PLAIT ran outwards marginally in the early stages of the home straight resulting in the trailing CABALLE (4) becoming awkwardly placed on that runners heels.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	TRINITY FLIGHT (8) was last to jump. PLAITING PUSS (9/5) ran inwards from the boxes becoming awkwardly placed near the heels of MCJOPSON (4). MCJOPSON ran outwards soon after colliding with SNOW DEMON (6) which in turn bumped with SNOW BALL CHANCE (7). SNOW BALL CHANCE ran inwards entering the bend colliding with SNOW DEMON which lost momentum. ALLEGRO STYLE (2) was checked rounding the bend when attempting a run between the leading OPAL JEWEL (1) and HOMEBUSH GINGER (3) which ran inwards. ALLEGRO STYLE and TRINITY FLIGHT jostled throughout the home straight.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	YOUR SAY (1) was declared a late scratching at 4:32pm when found to have a right-hind toe injury when being presented for kenneling. ASTERIA (3) was slow to jump. PETITE JOY (9/5) and SASHA MCBELL (6) collided leaving the boxes. KINETIC ASSASSIN (7) ran inwards entering the bend placing PETITE JOY, HOMEBUSH SARAH (8) and SASHA MCBELL in restricted room, with HOMEBUSH SARAH being crowded soon after losing ground.
Race 5	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 520	BUNDORAN LAD (9/7) was slow to jump. CAWBOURNE LOCH (2) and ARCHI BALE (3) collided leaving the boxes, with ARCHI BALE losing ground. HOMEBUSH MISHA (5) was crowded entering the first bend when in tight quarters between FOX IN BOX (4) and HOMEBUSH NAKI (6).
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	ALLEGRO SENOR (7) was slow to jump. PRINCESS NOVAK (2) was crowded in the early stages when to the inside of MR. ZAFONIC (5) which was forced down the track by BRILLIANT ASHLEE (6). NO MORE MARMITE (4) ran outwards approaching the bend momentarily hampering ALLEGRO SENOR. NO MORE MARMITE raced wide for the remainder. OPAWA TOKEN (1) struck the running rail entering the bend when crowded for room by MR. ZAFONIC which ran inwards. OPAWA TOKEN ran outwards soon after across the heels of MR. ZAFONIC losing momentum. ALLEGRO SENOR ran inwards rounding the bend hampering PRINCESS NOVAK which had to check when awkwardly near that runners heels. OPAWA TOKEN was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have soreness in the left-shoulder.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	BOHANNON (7) ran inwards from the boxes contacting the hind-quarters of KA PAI (6) which in turn bumped with WHAT'S UP GEE (5). KA PAI ran inwards through the early stages crowding WHAT'S UP GEE which lost ground. JOBS RITE (1) checked outwards across the heels of BOTANY WIN (2) approaching the bend resulting in the trailing KNOCKA FEW BACK (4) being inconvenienced.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	BRUISER BALE (2) and ZIPPING JOCK (8) were slow to jump, with BRUISER BALE being further hampered when LAGOON VICTORY (3) ran inwards. SUE SEWS SOCKS (4) was crowded entering the first bend when racing to the inside of OPAWA SHAY (5) which ran inwards.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	MISS ALLEGRO (6) was declared a late scratching at 3:05pm after sustaining a paw injury en-route to the racecourse. LOLA BAXTER (3) was last to jump. CHINESE STAR (5) was tightened in the early stages between BOX OF FLUFFIES (7) and CODIE BREA (4) which ran outwards abruptly. BOX OF FLUFFIES ran inwards approaching the bend placing CHINESE STAR in restricted room. BOX OF FLUFFIES continued its inward movement, clipping the heel of LOLA BAXTER soon after and falling, with the trailing CHINESE STAR being inconvenienced. BOX OF FLUFFIES regained its footing and finished at the lure, with a subsequent veterinary inspection revealing generalised soreness.
Race 10	LASER PLUMBING C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	HOMEBUSH SPOOK (7) ran inwards from the boxes colliding with GRAND LEGACY (6) which in turn bumped with PREMIER DIVISION (5). PREMIER DIVISION, GRAND LEGACY and HOMEBUSH SPOOK were crowded soon after between ZIMMER FRAME (8) and GLAD'S APOPPING (3) which ran outwards abruptly. THRILLING STYLE (2) was crowded briefly entering the first bend when to the inside of GLAD'S APOPPING. THRILLING STYLE failed to maintain its position with the field thereafter and was distanced at the finish, with a subsequent veterinary examination revealing a torn left-hind gracilis. GLAD'S APOPPING shifted outwards rounding the first bend hampering PREMIER DIVISION and GRAND LEGACY for several strides. HOMEBUSH SPOOK ran outwards entering the home straight colliding with BIGTIME RANSON (1) which was unbalanced.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE CLAY (1) and DEATHSTAR (3) were last to jump. BRITNEY STAR (2) ran outwards in the early stages into the line of ELITE DOSE (4) which checked inwards across that runners heels, losing momentum. OPAWA TOM (8) eased for several strides approaching the bend when free of interference. OPAWA TOM was examined by the veterinarian following the event and found to have generalised muscle soreness, with a 5-day stand-down imposed. OPAWA TOM was subsequently stood down for 28-days pursuant to rule 79.1(b) and must complete a satisfactory trial for racing next. This trial was completed on 12 February. ELITE DOSE ran outwards entering the home straight contacting the hind-quarters of BIGTIME REDFOO (7) which was unbalanced briefly.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	SEDGEBROOK BABE (1) and RED MOOVA HOOVA (2) collided leaving the boxes. THRILLING GALAXY (7) was crowded on jumping between CAWBOURNE MIDGET (6) and CAWBOURNE MATTY (8) which ran inwards. RED MOOVA HOOVA and CAWBOURNE STEVE (3) were crowded in the early stages between SEDGEBROOK BABE and ONE BROKE GIRL (4), both of which shifted ground. RED MOOVA HOOVA had to check approaching the bend when awkwardly placed near the heels of CAWBOURNE STEVE. CAWBOURNE MIDGET and CAWBOURNE MATTY collided in the early stages of the home straight.
