Judicial report: 1. Trainer D Edlin was fined $100.00 under the provisions of rule 69.11 when DEBONAIR PIRATE (R3) was presented 1.8 kilograms down from its previous raceday start on 07 December 2015. 2. ALLGAIER collapsed and died following race 13, with a post-mortem examination to be carried out. 3. CALA D'OR and ALQUEZAR were both scratched on Tuesday, 8th December 2015 by order of the Stewards.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL CO - C0 - 305	THATZ MARION (7) was last to jump. THATZ MARION then made the bend awkwardly, shifting inwards and contacting the running rail becoming unbalanced for several strides. ELLA BAXTER (1) ran outwards entering the bend colliding with NANA'S GIRL (9) which was unbalanced, losing ground. THATZ MARION had to check rounding the bend when improving up onto the heels of NANA'S GIRL, with the trailing HIGHWAY HOUND (6) being inconvenienced briefly. THATZ MARION was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 2	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 - C0 - 305	THAT ICE COLD (3) and KING HIT MIKE (9) were slow to jump. RANGER'S WALTZ (5) was crowded approaching the bend between DARK WITCH (1) and SMART DANDY (7), both of which shifted ground. RANGER'S WALTZ was then further hampered when dragged down by KING HIT MIKE which improved up onto that runners heels. DARK WITCH and SMART DANDY collided soon after, with both runners becoming unbalanced. RANGER'S WALTZ was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have thigh muscle soreness.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 520	CHILL MORE (4) was slow to jump. DEBONAIR PIRATE (5) checked outwards across the heels of JAZZ HILL (3) entering the first bend, losing momentum. KENTUCKY DOLL (6) shifted inwards rounding the first bend hampering DEBONAIR PIRATE and CHILL MORE, with both runners losing ground.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C0 - C0 - 305	DOUBLE ICE (7) was crowded rounding the bend between MAGIC DANDY (8) and JUMP ON IT (2) which ran outwards, with DOUBLE ICE being further hampered when JUMP ON IT checked outwards when awkwardly near the heels of JACQUI ATTACK (9). STEFFI'S STAR (1) was checked rounding the bend when racing to the inside of DOUBLE ICE which shifted ground inwards. JUMP ON IT and DOUBLE ICE came together and bumped in the early stages of the home straight.
Race 5	LASER PLUMBING C1 - C1 - 305	CALM NUSKA (1) was checked entering the bend between KINETIC ASSASIN (2) and LICK IT UP (6) which was forced inwards by AZURE DREAMS (8), with the trailing PEDRO'S CARAT being hampered when unable to avoid the heels of CALM NUSKA. CALM NUSKA was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have a left-hind nail injury. PEDRO'S CARAT also underwent a veterinary inspection which reveal split webbing in the left-paw.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE LEGS (3) and MANGAMAHU JACK (6) were slow to jump. HOMEBUSH DAWN (5) and DANDY STAR (4) jostled in the early stages, with HOMEBUSH DAWN shifting inwards soon after crowding DENALI (2) and DIPSY LALA (1). DANDY STAR was checked entering the bend between DENALI and BUZZY AS (7), both of which shifted ground, with the trailing MANGAMAHU JACK being severely hampered when unable to avoid DANDY STAR. MANGAMAHU JACK and DANDY STAR were examined by the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. DIPSY LALA ran wide entering the home straight pushing CAWBOURNE LEGS wider on the track. BUZZY AS had to check momentarily entering the home straight when awkwardly near the heels of PEANUCKLE (8).
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 HT1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	ZIPPING JOCK (2) was slow to jump. BUNDORAN LASS (10/7) ran inwards from the boxes bumping with ANOTHER BELLE (6) which in turn bumped with JETSUN DESIRE (5). FOX IN BOX (1) checked outwards across the heels of ANOTHER BELLE entering the first bend, losing momentum. JETSUN DESIRE raced wide rounding the first bend. TENNESSEE SMILE (4) was crowded briefly entering the back straight between FOX IN BOX and ALAMEIN BLONDE (3). JETSUN DESIRE was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have hip-support soreness.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 HT2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	ARCHI BALE (3) ran inwards from the boxes hampering SUE SEWS SOCKS (2) which lost ground. CAWBOURNE GABLE (7) and SWIFTLY CHLOE (8) bumped soon after the start, with CAWBOURNE GABLE becoming unbalanced. SUE SEWS SOCKS and ARCHI BALE jostled for a short distance rounding the first bend. PHANTOM WAY (6) checked outwards across the heels SWIFTLY CHLOE rounding the bend, losing momentum.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 HT3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	MILLY RIVERS (3) was last to jump.
Race 10	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 HT4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	BUNDORAN LAD (3) was slow to jump. ELUSIVE BABE (4) ran inwards soon after the start colliding with HOMEBUSH MISHA (2). INDEFINITE ORDER (6) ran outwards in the early stages inconveniencing BOTANY SEL (7) and OPAWA SHAY (8), both of which were pushed wider on the track. OPAWA SHAY ran inwards entering the first bend colliding with ELUSIVE BABE which in turn bumped GOODTIME MIKE (1). ELUSIVE BABE was hampered soon after when to the inside of OPAWA SHAY which continued an inward movement, with both runners becoming unbalanced. HOMEBUSH MISHA raced in restricted room rounding the first bend.
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 HT5 - C1q - 520 Heat 5	TRENDY LASS (3) was last to jump. TERRA WAY (8), MARIAH (7) and PACIFIC SUNRISE (6) collided leaving the boxes. SILVER TOKAAM (1) ran outwards in the early stages pushing ZAMADDIS LASS (2) into the line of BRUISER BALE (5) which was hampered, with the trailing PACIFIC SUNRISE (6) being inconvenienced briefly. MARIAH ran inwards entering the bend colliding with ZAMADDIS LASS. TERRA WAY commenced to give ground entering the back straight and was distanced at the finish. TERRA WAY was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment. MARIAH was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have a laceration over the left-fore tendon.
Race 12	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C2 - C2 - 305	WAERENGA STAR (7) was declared a late scratching at 10:50am when found to have a left-fore paw injury when being presented for kenneling. STAINLESS KNOCKA (5) had to check entering the bend when awkwardly near the heels of BIGTIME MOOLA (8) which ran inwards. STAINLESS KNOCKA then ran outwards across the heels of CASUAL SIPPER (6), making the bend entering the home straight wide. CASUAL SIPPER was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have deltoid soreness.
Race 13	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C1 - C1 - 305	GULLY RUNNER (2) was slow to jump. PAT NOT PLAIT (1) and ASTERIA (3) collided soon after the start, with PAT NOT PLAIT becoming awkwardly placed near that runners heels briefly KAPAI LANA (4), HOMEBIUSH PIPPI(5) and ANOTHER CHARM (6) were tightened in the early stages when to the inside of HOMEBUSH SARAH (7) which was forced inwards by ALLGAIER (8). HOMEBUSH SARAH was dragged down soon after when shifting into the line of HOMEBUSH PIPPI which was unable to avoid that runners heels. HOMEBUSH PIPPI and HOMEBUSH SARAH were crowded rounding the bend between KAPAI LANA and ANOTHER CHARM. ALLGAIER collapsed and died following the event, with a post-mortem examination to be conducted.
Race 14	MAX REFRIDGERATION C1 - C1 - 305	FIVE KAY LEG (5) had to check briefly entering the bend when awkwardly near the heels of WORKING JEWEL (4). PETITE JOY (3) ran wide rounding the bend pushing WORKING JEWEL and VIVA LA VIXEN (6) wider on the track. BLAZE'S CORPORAL (2) ran outwards across the heels of PETITE JOY soon after, resulting in WORKING JEWEL and VIVA LA VIXEN being inconvenienced. BLAZE'S CORPORAL ran inwards though the early stages of the home straight contacting the hindquarters of PETITE JOY which was unbalanced. PETITE JOY was then further hampered when colliding with WORKING JEWEL.
Race 15	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	DEANO (9) was tightened soon after the start between OPAWA LACHLAN (2) and MACGYVER RAMA (5), both of which shifted ground. GUMMY GUMPSTA (4) was obliged to race wide throughout.
