Track: Good The Track was presented in a good racing condition being well watered and groomed through out the programme. All other equipment operated well.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The Stewards allowed Trainer Carolyn Hore kennels 2 starters today to be scratched on compassionate grounds due a Family illness.
OPAWA SAM race 7 ( Black/Steele ) must complete a satisfactory Trial/s before being eligible to be nominated again.

Race 1	MTA Gift Vouchers Sprint Series Final - C1f - 318	TRIPLED PARKED ( fav ) was only fairly away from box 5, soon after coming off the mat was tightened inwards as THRILLING WIGGLE angled across, a couple of strides on FORTIS FIONA came across as THRILLING WIGGLE was bumped outwards resulting in bumping and jostling between FORTIS FIONA, THRILLING WIGGLE, TRIPLE PARKED, and CALZINI, BOHABA GIRL in behind was checked as runners came back onto her. TRIPLE PARK caught heels soon after on a couple of occasions losing momentum and going back on to BOHABA GIRL as they raced in to the first bend. BOHABA GIRL was badly inconvenienced losing more ground where she recovered well to finish in to 4th placing at the line. TRIPLE PARKED only battled there after finishing in 5th placing at the line.
Race 2	AGRC Rewards Sprint - C0 - 318	ROLLING DOUGHNUT box 6 went up with the lids as he jumped away, soon after he angled outwards coming together with SCOTT THE LOOT with both runners bumping for several strides. ROLLING DOUGHNUT lost a length or so soon after crossing to the rail as the field raced in to the first bend. ROLLING DOUGHNUT made contact with the rail going off stride losing ground to a clear last in the running and was unable to improve there after and was referred to the Vet for assessment. ROLLING DOUGHNUT was found to have a sprain to the left hind toes.
Race 3	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C1 - 318	Racing in to the first bend PROCRASINATION was checked as OPAWA UNO angled across. PROCRASTINATION lost momentum and several lengths, then ran widest in to and around the bend in to the home straight covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing n the rear at the line. PROCRASTINATION was referred to the Vet for assessment and was found to have a sprained off fore wrist.
Race 4	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1/2 - 318	Soon after the start VINCENT GALLO ran outwards bumping in to MR JULES and LOLA'S QUEST. Racing in to the first bend LOLA'S QUEST angled inwards across heels and became unbalanced for a few strides losing ground and was unable to improve from the rear there after.
Race 5	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start FRANKINCENSE ran outwards forcing LORD DE AIR out on to VIKING CRUISER, ALLEGRO TYCOON and RED RASCAL ( fav ) all these runners came together bumping and jostling for a couple of strides. VIKING CRUISER was checked back to the rear and was unable to get back in to contention there after. RED RASCAL recovered well to get back in to contention racing across the top bend finishing in 3rd placing at the line.
Race 6	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C1/2 - 527	racing in to the bend on the first occasion OUR SAMBO box 1 caught the heels of CONTEMPERANEOUS and shifted outwards bumping JETSUN QUAKER out on to JETSUN LORD all three dogs were hampered losing a couple of lengths. Racing to the back straight BILL RUSH angled in across the face of CONTEMPERANEOUS who ran out over heels bumping in to LUCKY COLLECT causing this runner to go sideways for a stride or so losing ground back past midfield. OUR SAMBO after early trouble raced wide and was unable to get back in to contention there after. BILL RUSH was referred to the Vet after returning to the kennel block and was found to have suffered a triceps muscle injury.
Race 7	$25k Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C4/5 - 318	VINTAGE OSTI was scratched in this this with the permission of the Stewards on compassionate grounds. OPAWA SAM was last to jump racing in the rear to the first bend where he was slightly hampered for a stride or so as losing momentum. Racing across the top bend SOMETIME SOON racing up handy was checked as STYLISH FANCY ran in to her hind quarters, SOMETIME SOON became awkwardly placed for some strides losing ground back to midfield finishing in 6th placing at the line. Nearing the home turn OPAWA SAM ran wide losing appearing to be very uncomfortable in his galloping action turning in to and the run down the home straight. OPAWA SAM was referred to the Vet for assessment where he was found to have left side superficial pectoral pain with the dog being very reactive to vet checking. On reviewing the race with co Trainer J Black it was clear to see the dog was not hitting out well. OPAWA SAM must complete a satisfactory trial before being eligible to nominate again .
Race 8	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing to the first bend SANDOR GLEGANE angled in across the face of VERY CHILLY as PRAIRIE KACHINA angled outwards from box 2.VERY CHILLY soon after changed ground outwards being in last position entering the bend and was unable to improve in to contention there after beating BOSTON STRIKE to the line after this runner ran widest in to and around the bend in to the home straight covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running.
Race 9	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C1/2 - 318	Racing in to the first bend LE ROI attempted to angle in across the face of STAINLESS KNOCKA as ROCKETSHIP MAC across sharply resulting in LE ROI being checked back on to STAINLESS KNOCKA who ran on to the back of LE ROI dragging this runner down on his haunches STAINLESS KNOCKA also almost lost his footing in behind ,just ahead ROCKETSHIP MAC was then checked as ASTA raced across ROCKETSHIP MAC lost momentum going back with STAINLESS KNOCKA and LE ROI all three runners lost all chance there after. STAINLESS KNOCKA, LE ROI and ROCKETSHIP MAC were all referred to the Vet for assessment with all three dogs being cleared of abnormalities.
Race 10	Carol's TAB Manurewa Stakes - C1 - 527	Racing to the bend on the first occasion ILLICIT TWIST was tightened and checked out of midfield, soon after ILLICIT TWIST made ground along the inner only to be tightened and checked back again as the field raced in to the back straight losing more ground . ILLICIT TWIST steadily made ground across the top bend to finish in to 5th placing at the line.
Race 11	Stitiches Upholstery Stakes - C3/4 - 527	PREMIER OSTI was a scratching on compassionate grounds with the permission of the Stewards. KISSEN RUN box 3 jumped well racing midfield to the bend on the first occasion and started to give ground soon after finishing a margin in the rear at the line. KISSEN RUN was referred to the Vet for assessment and was found to have right hind metatarsal pain.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	In the run to the first bend there was bumping and jostling as HIRSUTE angled across pushing PEAKNUCKLE in on to QUEEN STAR in on to PLAITING PUSS. HIRSUTE kept up the pressure on these runners with QUEEN STAR being forced back and going in across the face of PERCENTAGE GIRL and PLAITING PUSS with these runners checked back to the rear . PEAKNUCKLE after striking trouble early and losing ground finished strongest in the run home to catch HANNIBEL LECTER on the line.
