Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing order All other equipment operated well through out
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The Stewards inspected the Track several times in first half of the meeting after some concerns were raised after some clumps of sand remained after the track had been groomed .
This was quickly groomed over with no further problems.

Race 1	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C1 - 375	Racing from the start CORUBA RAGE box 2 ( fav ) and TRINITY FLIGHT box 3 came together, soon after AGENT SHRADER ran inwards tightening DECEPTIVE LAD, PREOCCUPIED and DON'T MUZZLE ME across on to TRINITY FLIGHT. All these runners were hampered for some strides allowing ENGLISH HONEY from box 8 a clear run across to the lead. Racing in to the first bend AGENT SCHRADER ran in bumping JETSUN DESIRE across on to CORUBA RAGE resulting in TRINITY FLIGHT in behind being checked and lost several lengths. Nearing the home turn PREOCCUPIED came together with JETSUN DESIRE jostling and hampering this runner for some distance.
Race 2	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C2 - 375	Racing in to the first bend YOU BETCHA NODDY box 1 angled back down towards the rail checking BIGTIME MOOLA back in on to ATOMIC LASS who caught heels faltered going back to a last in the running. ATOMIC LASS finished on to the lure some distance behind the rest of the field and was referred to the Vet for assessment where she was found to have a mild strain of the left triceps.
Race 3	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C1 - 375	Soon after the start WILD FALCON, OUR SAMBO, BEE LICHTER, TEPERITA AMBER and LOCHINVAR BELLE all came together bumping and jostling for a few strides. Nearing the home turn TEPERITA AMBER ran in to the hind of WILD FALCON both dogs were checked .As the field raced in to the home straight WILD FALCON and TEPERITA AMBER came together again with both dogs going sideways for a stride or so losing momentum as WILD FALCON straightened up she ran in to the hind of TEPERITA AMBER checking both runners again.
Race 4	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C1 - 375	Soon after the start LORD DE AIR box 7 ran inwards sharply forcing OUR SWIFT BUDDY in on to ATOMIC RUSH, OPAWA UNO, COMET FOOT and SONIC ATTACK all these runners bumped and jostled for some strides, SONIC ATTACK was further bumped going sideways but keeping his position handy to the lead. LOCKETTE IN EDDIE box 8 received a clear run through out finishing in 3rd placing at the line and was referred to the vet on returning to the kennel block where he was found to have pain on flexion of the near fore wrist.
Race 5	Waihou Engineering Ltd Sprint - C3 - 375	Racing in to the first bend ROCKY BOY angled in on to the shoulder of MISS UNIVERSE pushing this runner across on to BOSTON STRIKE. outside of this runner ESPIRITO angled in pushing SACRED CAN YOU in on to the heels of MACJAM, as SACRED CAN YOU went back she caught ha heel of ESPIRITO and stumbled for a stride running out wide with ESPIRITO forced to race widest on to the top bend. Racing on to the bend EZ FERRETI and MISS UNIVERSE racing in tight quarters were both checked back to the rear. EZ FERRETI recovered well to make good ground in to 3rd placing at the line, MISS UNIVERSE and SACRED CAN YOU were unable to get back in to contention.
Race 6	General Engravers Ltd Sprint - C3 - 375	Racing in to the first bend GUMBALANYA angled inwards bumping in to RASSO checking this runner almost stopping in his stride. RASSO lost momentum going back back to the rear along side CALIFORNIA KING. RASSO was unable to get back in to contention finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 7	Waihou Engineering Ltd Stakes - C2 - 457	Racing to the first bend COOL MARLOW box 8 angled in on to ACAMAS ( fav ) pushing this runner in on to NINJAGO. ACAMAS ran out of room being checked back in behind . COOL MARLOW kept on pushing over on to NINJAGO forcing this runner across the face of DYLAN'S A VILLAIN and LUCKY COLLECT these runners lost several lengths. DYLAN'S A VILLAIN recovered well to make ground along the inner to finish in to 2nd placing at the line.
Race 8	Come have a punt @ BOP TAB this summer Sprint - C4 - 375	This race was late boxing away due to the Harness meeting races running over time. OPAWA SAM was hampered racing away from the start as IRISH BLUE ran in across his racing line. Racing to the first bend JACK ROB and IRISH BLUE came together bumping and jostling, soon after ROTOVEGAS RARA angled in across the face of ARMASTICE DAY who was pushing in to IRISH BLUE and JACK ROB on the inner KERRY LANE box 1 was also tightened going back towards the rear.
Race 9	Vehicle & Tyre Services Sprint - C5 - 375	This race was boxed away 2 minutes behind time. Racing off the mat VINTAGE OSTI ran in bumping STYLISH FANCY who lost momentum at this point being last in to the first and ran on in to 6th placing at the line. PAY DA TRAIL ( fav ) was observed to be slightly lame on returning to the podium and was referred to the Vet for assessment. After cooling down there were no abnormalities found.
Race 10	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C4 - 457	This race was boxed away 6 minutes behind time due to the Harness meeting running over time. Racing from the boxes JESSE PINKMAN ran in to GOT AIR and RUBY MURRAY, SOLARIAN box 7 also at this point ran across on to these runners resulting in GOT AIR being checked back in behind . In the run to the first bend TALKIN FANCY bumped and jostled JESSE PINKMAN for some distance as TALKIN FANCY attempted to angle across. Racing in to the first bend TALKIN FANCY pushed across further on to RUBY MURRY tightening JESSE PINKMAN in across the face of BLACK DUDE who was badly checked back to the rear. BLACK DUDE was unable to get in to contention there after finishing towards the rear at the line.
Race 11	Waihou Engineering Ltd Stakes - C1 - 457	APRIL'S MY MUM from box 7 was forced to race wide in to the and across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in to 4th placing at the line.
