Judicial report: 1) LAGOON TWIST (C Roberts) completed a Satisfactory Trial as required by Rule 79. 2) PROMISES MAID (K Cassidy) must complete a box trial after turning in the boxes at the start of Race 6. 3) HOMEBUSH MINION (J McInerney) must complete a box trial after turning in the boxes at the start of Race 6.

Race 1	Super Pets Maiden Heat 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	EKALI (8) was last to jump. ULTRA ACTION (2) ran outwards in the early stages with JON SNOW LIVES (3) being dictated wider on the track. NARITI (6) and ANOTHER ZIRCON (5) shifted down the track into the first bend with HAVANA STOGIE (1) being tightened along the rail. HAVANA STOGIE then ran wide around the first bend. ANOTHER ZIRCON raced wide on the bend into the back straight. HAVANA STOGIE again ran wide on the home turn pushing ANOTHER ZIRCON over extra ground when this pair were racing at the rear.
Race 2	Super Pets Maiden Heat 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	BELFAST BARRY (3) was very slow to jump. CRONOS (4) ran inwards colliding with KRISTA BARISTA (2) and OPAWA JEMAINE (1) in the early stages. ANOTHER RANGER (7) angled inwards coming together with CULVIE DEN (5) in the run to the first bend. COLDRUM (8) was checked on the first bend and lost ground with CULVIE DEN and ANOTHER RANGER forced wider on the track. BELFAST BARRY and COLDRUM came together on that bend. KRISTA BARISTA and CRONOS collided on the bend into the back straight. BELFAST BARRY ran very wide in the home straight.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C0 - 295	WHERES CANDY (3) was last to jump. CHILE MUSTARD (4) ran inwards in the early stages checking ROYAL BASH (2) and HYDE BAXTER (1). ROYAL BASH then made heavy contact with the rail in the back straight and dropped to a clear last with this dog being referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of injury. HYDE BAXTER and CHILE MUSTARD again came together at this point. WHERES CANDY was held up for room on the bend.
Race 4	Garden City Chem-Dry Sprint - C0 - 295	GOD PARTICLE (1) was last to jump. ANOTHER CASINO (4) ran inwards in the early stages forcing GORDONS MY MATE (3) down the track. Into the bend GOD PARTICLE dragged down BELFAST SMARTY (5) which lost its footing. GOD PARTICLE then collided with the trailing JUST WONG (6) with this pair falling. GORDONS MY MATE (3) was unable to avoid these runners and also took a heavy fall. On the home turn CAIRNELLA (7) angled outwards pushing REDLINE ACTION (8) wider on the track. All of the fallers were referred to the vet for assessment with GORDONS MY MATE sustaining a laceration to its tail and JUST WONG having mild shoulder soreness.
Race 5	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	KNOW ATTEMPT (3) was a clear last at the jump. BLACK SAILS (5) was tightened and ran outwards in the early stages with this dog running wide around the first bend. KNOW ATTEMPT and BLACK SAILS bumped for a stride in the back straight.
Race 6	Angler Arms Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	GO MCINDOE (2) was hard to box in this event and will be boxed first in future. PROMISES MAID (3) and HOMEBUSH MINION (6) both turned in the boxes and were some distance from the field. This pair will both have to complete a box trial before resuming. REALITY (8) was slow to jump. Authorisation of placings was delayed until Stewards were satisfied that no dog was denied a fair start in this event.
Race 7	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C2 - 520	LAGOON MYTYE (8) was awkwardly away and settled last. OPAWA KENDAL (5) ran inwards in the run to the first bend pushing ZIPPING SONNY (3) down the track. LAGOON MYTYE was forced a touch wide around the first bend. ZIPPING SONNY was tightened at the end of the back straight losing ground. CAWBOURNE MIAMI (7) was forced wide around the home turn.
Race 8	Livamol Sprint Heat 1 - C2q - 295 Heat 1	RAINCHECK (2) ran outwards in the early stages checking WINNE WILLOW (3) simultaneously to HARSESIS (5) running inwards and tightening SLINGO (4). KNOW FAVOURS (6) ran wide around the bend losing ground. WINNE WILLOW raced wide around the home turn. EL GRAND SHADOW (8) faltered in the run home and dropped back through the field causing a check to SLINGO. EL GRAND SHADOW was referred to the vet for assessment and found to have an injured hock..
Race 9	Livamol Sprint Heat 2 - C2q - 295 Heat 2	GO TOMMO (5) ran outwards in the back straight checking MONACO DENVER (7) and CRONK WENT PLONK (8). MONACO DENVER then ran inwards into the bend making contact with the rail and losing ground. MONACO DENVER was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of injury. GO TOMMO ran wide around the home turn.
Race 10	Livamol Sprint Heat 3 - C2q - 295 Heat 3	EBONY FANCY (3) and NOBLE FANTASY (7) were the last pair from the traps. SLEEPER AGENT (1) shifted up the track in the back straight causing checks to HOMEBUSH ZIPPY (4) and JINJA LOCH (5). SLEEPER AGENT continued to run outwards into the bend pushing JINJA LOCH and EXPECT DELAY (6) wider on the track. CAR BOOTLE (8) ran wide on the home turn.
Race 11	Livamol Sprint Heat 4 - C2q - 295 Heat 4	BELIEVE (1) was last to jump. BELLWAVE (3) shifted outwards in the early stages checking ROB'S MATE (4) which lost ground. CULVIE GODFATHER (2) attempted to run outwards into the bend checking KINGMAN (5) and then was badly dragged down dropping to the rear. CULVIE GODFATHER was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any abnormality.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint Heat 5 - C2q - 295 Heat 5	OPAWA CRUSADE (4) was last to jump. MAUDIE'S BABE (8), THAT'S A WRAP (6) and CHERRY CRUSHER (7) all raced wide into the bend. Trainer R Adcock was questioned in regards to the vastly improved performance of the winner BIRCHBROOK (5). Mr Adcock explained today was the bitch's second run back from a spell and the first time it had started over a sprint distance. Mr Adcock added that BIRCHBROOK has trialled exceptionally well on Monday.
