Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY FROM CHRISTCHURCH GRC - 4 NOVEMBER 2015 --- At a JCA hearing at Addington on 27 November 2015, handler B Evans was fined $100.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 87.1.o. the details of which were that she had omitted to remove the collar off GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE prior to the running of Race 8.

Trainers S & B Evans were issued with a Minor Infringement Notice under Rule 69.11 and fined $100.00 for presenting PRIVATE ACTION (Race 4) up 1.7kgs from its most recent start.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295	TRACEY (2) was slow to jump. HOMEBUSH FINE (7) came inwards abruptly at the start impeding the running line of OHOKA HOPE (6). HOMEBUSH FINE continued to improve down the track causing VAN GERWIN (4) a significant check which in turn forced GIGANAIRE (1) to check and hit the running rail. Both VAN GERWIN and GIGANAIRE were subjected to post race veterinary checks and cleared of injury.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Dave Matheson Sprint - C1 - 295	JOHNNY BRUCE (1) came up with the boxes beginning awkwardly. Racing into the bend GOLDSTAR MAGIC (5) was placed in restricted room and lost ground when racing between MR. NOVEMBER (3) and BELFAST EEJIT (7). ZULU DEB (6) became awkwardly placed to the outside of THESEUS (4) when racing round the bend with this in turn forcing TIME SLAYER (8) to race wider on the track and lose momentum.
Race 3	DogZone Dash - C1 - 295	FOXY BABE(1) got its inside front foot caught briefly in its muzzle and began awkwardly. MAGIC ARROW (4) and HOMEBUSH JUSTINE (5) came together just after the start. Racing into the bend BOSTON MONA (3) came outwards and bumped with MAGIC ARROW resulting in HOMEBUSH JUSTINE and FIRST OFFICER(6) being placed in restricted room with DEANO (8) also being disadvantaged. BUDGIE RIGHT (2) changed its stride and raced wide around the bend before faltering with this forcing both GOLDSTAR ROSIE (7) and FIRST OFFICER up the track. BUDGIE RIGHT was subjected to a post race veterinary examination which found the bitch to have sustained wrist and shoulder injuries and was subsequently stood down for 21 days.
Race 4	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	MEGA VOLT (2) was slow to jump. GOLDSTAR ARCHIE (6) was placed in restricted room racing to the first bend when racing between NICKY NOIR (4) and RAEWYN (7). Racing into the home straight GOLDSTAR ARCHIE bumped with RAEWYN. Following the race OAK SPUR (1) was found to have split its webbing.
Race 5	Business Time At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295	ANOTHER RUSS (6) began awkwardly and came inwards causing a slight inconvenience to UNO MARGUERITE (4) and RAPAKI KATH (5).
Race 6	Greyhounds As Pets Dash - C1 - 295	JEWEL APACHE (3) came inwards and caused itself a check after impeding the running line of MARK BE GOOD (1) shortly after the start. Racing into the bend GRAYSON BLUE (9) lost ground when having to check off the heels of HAT TRICK CHAOS (8).
Race 7	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE KIN (7) was slow to jump. Racing into the bend PROTONIC PEDRO (6) lost ground when placed in restricted room to the inside of WHIP UPPA STORM (8). OPAWA SHILOH (3) came inwards at the first bend forcing OPAWA GAVIN (2) to have to check off heels with KINLOCH SILVER (4) also receiving an inconvenience. PROTONIC PEDRO had to check off the heels of KINLOCH SILVER racing round the first bend.
Race 8	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C1 - 295	JACKPOT JAKE (8) came inwards shortly after the start and bumped with LIGNITE GIRL (7). ANOTHER KEY (1) lost ground when placed in restricted room to the inside of OUT BACK BILL(3) when negotiating the bend. ARCHIES DIJON(4) and TAYLA'S FRIEND (6) were also placed in restricted room racing into the bend.
Race 9	Yella Mustard At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	SPINE CHILLING (3) was slow to jump. OPAWA PAUL (4) was placed in restricted room and had to check racing into the first bend. ZULU CHANEL (1) raced wide entering the back straight forcing LUMINARY (2) up the track.
Race 10	Shirley Vet Clinic Dash - C1 - 295	STRUGGLE IS REAL (7) came inwards at the start impeding with JINJA WILLY's (6) racing line. Racing into the bend TERRA ALERT(8) lost ground and momentum after being dragged down by JINJA WILLY. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed no injury to TERRA ALERT. Co-Trainer R Casey advised that he would now be sending this dog for a brief spell.
Race 11	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	MALCY (9) had a warning placed on its racing record after it was slow to jump and failed to be competitive. SUMMER LOVE (5) faltered when leading into the bend and losing ground causing a slight inconvenience to CANDYBOY (6) and GREET THE JUDGE (7) who were forced wide. This bitch was stood down for 28 days after a veterinary examination revealed her to have a gracilis strain. MAGIC GINA(4) was held up for racing room rounding the bend.
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C1 - 295	MAIA BAXTER(5) was squeezed for racing room early. COLERIDGE JIM (6) became awkwardly placed on the heels of KNOW STRUGGLE (4) rounding the bend resulting in both dogs losing momentum. MAIA BAXTER and COLERIDGE JIM came together entering the home straight.
