Judicial report: HOMEBUSH OLIVE was a late scratching shortly before start time when found to have a cut foot when removed from the kennels to prepare to race.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	MISS ELDORA shifted in when leading into the bend and checked LOLA BAXTER which went back onto HOMEUSH BUTTON and they lost three lengths but recovered to finish in 3rd and 4th places. PLAITING PUSS and WORKING JEWEL bumped together for a short distance when racing at the rear entering the final straight.
Race 2	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1 - C1 - 520	REPEAT VISIT and SPOT ON MAGGIE bumped together going into the first bend and SPOT ON MAGGIE lost two lengths. YOU'RE SO FREE was checked going into the back straight when SPOT ON MAGGIE went past on the outside. REPEAT VISIT appeared to tire and drifted over the final stages to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet as a precaution. REPEAT VISIT was found to have deep pectoral muscle pain and had possibly cramped during the race. It was REPEAT VISIT's first race over further than a sprint distance.
Race 3	THE ROCK 95.2FM C2 FINAL - C2f - 305	PIXIE DUST shifted in from the start and checked off the back of SPRINGVALE HARRY and settled back. SPRINGVALE HARRY and CAWBOURNE KIWI brushed together going into the bend and CAWBOURNE KIWI was momentarily unbalanced and shifted wide losing ground. ELITE DOSE checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH CHAOS going into the bend and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 4	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	CAWBOURNE CLOVER was slow to begin losing two lengths.
Race 5	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BYE BYE MYSTERY and HOMEBUSH ZANE began awkwardly and the bumped together and settled back. EXPONENTIAL LILY and ALL IN BERLIN were crowded going to the first turn when runners drawn further out shifted in and they were eventually checked losing ground and they stayed back for the remainder of the race.
Race 6	KEENAN CONCRETE WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	One of the favourites MISS ALLEGRO led in the early and middle stages but was checked when BOX OF FLUFFIES moved through on the inside and she went back onto BOTANY WIN and they stayed back to finish near the rear.
Race 7	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE DOUST and LORD DE AIR were the slowest to begin losing three lengths. CAWBOURNE DOUST shifted out on the bend and hampered LORD DE AIR, FANGIRL and CAPTAIN'S CHOICE which all lost ground and finished at the rear.
Race 8	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 305	RUA RAMA and HERE WITHOUT YOU collided going into the bend and were unbalanced losing ground and stayed back for the remainder of the race and finished at the rear.
Race 9	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	BIGTIME REDFOO shifted in from the start and bumped with CAWBOURNE ROWAN and they were both briefly unbalanced and lost momentum for a short distance. BIG BOY DENO shifted in going to the first corner and crowded BIGTIME REDFOO, CAWBOURNE ROWAN and BIGTIME REIGN and they went back to the rear and remained there for the remainder of the race.
Race 10	FIRST SECURITY C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	LAGOON VICTORY and CAWBOURNE GRACIE bumped together going to the first corner and CAWBOURNE GRACIE dropped back to the rear. JETSUN QUAKER and LAGOON VICTORY jostled together for the length of the home straight which hampered both and they lost some momentum. JETSUN QUAKER pulled up quickly after the finish line and may have suffered from cramp and was referred to the Vet for assessment. BOTANY RITCHIE drifted off the back of the field over the final 250 metres and finished several lengths last. He was also referred to the Vet for assessment and both Greyhounds were cleared of injury.
Race 11	AON CPF C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	CAWBOURNE STEVE was tightened between POPSOME TAGS and CAWBOURNE BUTTSY when the start was made and he fell but was quickly back on his feet. CAWBOURNE STEVE finished onto the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have slight quadricep pain.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	BLUE I AM was one of the slowest to begin but quickly made up ground until he was checked and fell going into the bend and he took no further part in the race, was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a serious foreleg injury. FEAR MARINA was unable to avoid the fallen BLUE I AM and was brought down but regained his feet and finished onto the lure. FEAR MARINA was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have bruising and grazing to a thigh and toe joint pain.
